Beat me to it, even when they were singing the great hard rock ballads.    

 

 

Oh and you are in your wayback machine, several of your 60s era songs you posted, I don't remember.    My early memories (from the 70s) were decidedly country in nature because the only radio we (my brother and I) had was in the car (until about 77).
