Haha, see  something for everyone to like!

I really enjoy the short bit of instrumental starting at 0:50, now I want to head to my keywad to play it and add some parts to make something with the sound haha~

Probably not something so "glorious" sounding as the part before and after though...

Well the reason the video of that one was banned is simply because people didn't watch it to the end. It depicts the 'typical actions' of an asshole in a first person view. Then at the end you see that that 'asshole' is a gay female. But the woke/LGBTQ mob couldn't be bothered be depicted like that, and the truth couldn't be displayed, so the video got censored. Gods forbid fictional art; Right?

But another good song, that was way ahead of it's time from them is:

Eeeh bigots be bigoted beggars for reason.

Really enjoy the song, by the way, didn't hear them in some time~

Redundant and boring you say? Let's see what we have on the menu that fits that... Ah! Here we go! 10 hours of 'Row row row your boat'.

Redundant and boring music eh...

Ghost has a lot of songs that sound quite the same, it's like they barely changed the beat sometimes and mostly swapped lyrics...

Not to say they're not good, just melodically repetitive, I guess.

"Because I am hard you will not like me, but the more you hate me the more you will learn. I am hard but I am fair..."

~R. Lee Ermey as Gny. Sgt. Hartman, in the movie 'Full Metal Jacket'

Ha!

I think these are only reasons to not not like "you" haha~

What? Because I can best describe myself with a quote from Full Metal Jacket? Or is it because I quote it in the first place? Or maybe it's because I thought that '10 hours of Row, row, row you boat' was a funny as hell response to 'redundant and boring'? I mean we could just go back to this:

Still banging to the same song as earlier this week.

Well, as a flesh slave I have duties and another being hard is rather helpful in fulfilling them, to say the least haha~ ?

I was rather trippy writing this too since I'd gone sleepless last night. ?

Well trust me, you just caught me on a bad day, or in a bad place. Because if you see me on Steam, I become extremely unlikable very quickly. What with the amount of idiots running lose on that platform, and the 'meeting of the morons' running it, and my extreme intolerance of the brainless... It gets real bad, real fast. Much like this song;

In my roots, I also come from a heavy metal base. NIN in particular helped me through high school and college. (that was ~20 years ago, though).

Over the past couple of years, I've turned to electronica. So, I'm an aspiring writer, at this point in life, and I find that electronica has a lot of helpful music that gets me into the zone without distracting with lyrics. There's a song or a band for any kind of scene you want to write. Good also for lifting, cardio, chores, etc.

Bands that I've really enjoyed are Magic Sword, Kavinsky, Carpenter Brut, Perturbator, Dance with the Dead, Wice, Waveshaper, Bourgeoisie, Dynatron, Droid Bishop, etc.

I get the vast majority of my music through youtube streaming. Great channels for this are Prime Thanatos, New Retro Wave, Badjays, gofast4me, and others.

Some samples:

Hope that helps, for any other wannabe writers.

Yep, and an amazing collection of singers.   Also for some of us, these songs are tied to great memories, some use the songs to help them get through a tough time, others it just brings up a flood of memories.      This is one such song, even though I wasn't that big of a fan of it.

Like this one, though it comes with a frustration that Cher didn't opt to come to the East Coast and do the video on a carrier (or so the rumor goes).    Also, a scantily clad lady is about all you need to make sailors of the time to cheer wildly :) .

I don't listen to these guys any more, but this one song brings up a hell of a lot of memories.

And now the same song with English subtitles :

Who remembers Vukovar? A small town in Slavonia, Croatia, at the confluence of the Vuka and the Danube... It was the first martyred city of a long series until today... And now it's the turn of Donetsk, Luhansk, Slovyansk, Kharkiv... Vukovar was "executed" thirty-one years ago... November 18, 1991... Let us remember all the victims, killed or missing...

> Good song. These days all the news and talking are about Vukovar. Nevertheless, when talking about memorial war songs, I prefer this one:

Noice. If you don't know him yet, check KRTM. I think you'll like

But to elaborate further and make myself more clear : Peacock is a good artist, indeed. It's just my personnal taste I was talking about when I said "redudant and boring" :)
