What would you like to see more in player slavery mods?

I am just curious as to where you stand. What more do you want to see? A storyline? A system gives more immersion of being enslaved? Do you like to be enslaved at the beginning of the game, a short period of time or a recurring event that can happen at anytime?

I personnaly ind that sometimes slavery can become boring and even repetitive quite quickly. Hence I like it in short bursts...

Story I do like.  But personally for me, I like more... being the slaver?  (wow that sounded messed up).  A lot of slavery mods focus more on the aspect of becoming a slave; I'd like some more that would focus a bit more on the actual player being the slaver in a sense.  Training, breaking, using for money possibly.  Things like that.  And yes, I know there are a few that do that but none that seem to be very well... organized, or consistently updated? (other then Sex Slaves!)  I just feel something missing, hard to explain what persay.

I would like to see some slavery that let you continue to quest like in New Vegas. where your master followed you and abused you when ever it was the worst possible time to do it :P

It depends how it is done. As I usually do, I will site galgats mods for Oblivion (Lovers Blackmail and Lovers Crowning Isle) Edit: Oh and I cant forget Player Slave Encounters for Oblivion by Ichabod =/ as well as Asthai's work on Dark Investigations (And a special mention to SexoutBreeder which has significant player slavery elements) as the format of Player Slavery mod I enjoy most. Essentially linear story and adult content focused quest-based sex mods. I mean they get a bit tedious at times when they are like have sex 10 times and then something happens, have sex another time and then something else happens, but I understand why they are like that. As long as the story is enough to immerse me in the game its all good.

 

Player Slavery mods are generally my favorite and This question is raised quite often, and what I want to see is a long, detailed, story focused Player Slavery mod that resembles those mentioned previously. The issue is finding people with the time, patience and skills with the CK to make them =P

So where do you draw the line from intrusive slavery vs regular game play which allows the player go anywhere.

Someone mentioned the slaver following around but the immersion pretty much dies when the player is killing dragons right out of the sky.

I am interested in this missing element as well, besides the stereotypical slave activities like cooking, cleaning, crafting what kind of activity do you think would be fun? I though of things like sending the slave on errands outside and send bounty hunters should the player fail the time limit.

When the player is the slave, I'd like to see a story-driven enslavement experience. This eliminates the problem with enslavement being boring or redundant after a while. There will be a start and an end to it. Just make sure we can repeat it again later! One of the more important things left out by player slave mods is the psychological torture portion of being a slave. Sexual abuse is only half of it. It can range from the obvious things like being denied clothing or a warm bed to sleep in, to being thrown into complete isolation for days. Of course, while the character is suffering, the player will be entertained by the many hallucinations their character experiences.

 

When the player is the slaver, being able to break and train slaves is the critical component. It is just as rewarding to break a tough slave as it was capturing them. I feel that the few mods which allow the player to enslave NPCs focuses mostly on the "owning" part and leave out what lead to that. Ideally, every NPC will offer a varying level of resistance as you turn them into slaves. From being outright defiant and volatile, to being inherently submissive and subservient.

I'd like slavery mods to go through the enslaved process quicker, montage or something. But really what I'd like to see is just more slavery flavor, some kind of slavery-esque stuff happening in every city, even monsters being enslaved would be cool. And I'm not feeling Whiterun as the slavery hub. A larger city makes more sense to me, like solitude.

Player as a slaver mod needs something like contracts: 

 

We need 15 male slaves to work a mine, 10 female slaves for household duties and 3 female brothel slaves who need to be trained and we need them next week.

 

You then have to pick some fortresses and dungeons where you can capture all the slaves you need and a base where you can take them for any training, store any extras you got for the next contract and maybe even have some employees (former followers?) who train the slaves and guard the base.

A sense of world and place and PC/NPC response to it.

The technical details of fetch quests, sitting around, and random sex is a loop that needs balancing.

But what I am most interested in is how the enslaved experience is react in the world by the NPCs and what is the PC response to it. Furthermore what effects repeats and later encounters/re-enslavement have on PC and NPCs.

I don't mean just debuff or the likes either.

They will likely be execute through custom conditional dialog between PC, NPCs, and followers.

 

A termination of the PC would be good too if it is possible to resume control of a "new" PC by switching out faces and name but still carry on in the same world.

 As far as the Immersion part of the pc slave and the master follows or maybe the master heads off and instead of walking past the cave goes in side and says.

 "OK slut, time to earn your meal." master tosses you and old shield and a rusty dagger,and points into the cave for you to lead. " If you let me get hurt I will whip your ass and pass you around for a few days at the next bandit camp."

Hmm asking me to dream? Ok. First off, I agree, most slavery mods are missing 'something'. "Ho, go here, fuck him, come back, fuck me, go there fuck her..." (Not to mention that very few sport male slaves, that I've seen.) Yea, gets dull after a while. What I'd like to see is the entire world rebuilt - what I mean is, there was a war going on, things just don't go back to 'normal' after that. People are dead, struggling to survive, citys and towns have been razzed, farms destroyed. It should be a darker world than the one the PC was born into. People should be leary when a 'stranger' shows up... is s/he here to work, or, hunt?

 

Slaves, Slavers:

PC should be able to choose which path s/he wants to take. If your a slave, be prepared to be sold, alot. Trained by owner1 to clean, owner2, to be a 'wet nurse', owner3 <something different>. so on. Jarls buying slaves to rebuild, or for entertainment, or, lol both. Work during the day, entertain at night, who said being a slave is easy an comfy? Can the pc get out of being a slave? Sure. Should it be easy? Newp. Slavers, you not only have to capture slaves, and train them, but deleiver them as well - but it shouldnt be easy for you either - Rival slavers raiding your caravans, (Revamp bandits - each camp into its own slaver fraction. Fraction a meets b, they may, decide to duke it out, winner takes all... Slave is that your chance to escape?) so you'll need to hire guards to protect them. Watch out for that newhire, is s/he actually working for a rival, just waiting to slip a dagger between someones ribs? Miss a deadline, and pray your client is understanding, if not, could you risk becoming your clients newest slave?

 

Trusted followers capable of turning on you... how much complaining does Lydia do again? Is she tired of carrying around all your junk? Tired enough to slip a special 'herb' into that wine she just gave you? Wake up in a cage, with a collar around your neck, and Lydia laughing about you carrying all her burdens now.

 

What about the folks that just simply want a more 'realistic' ending for Skyrim? They may not necessarly want to BE a slave, or a slaver, so, let them get hired on as a caravan guard (escort type quests). "Hey, boss,  a slave just died, we'll have to replace him/her." Boss: "We've got the newblood, we'll just have to hope the clients don't notice..."

 

Lets also not forget about the vamps, or werewolfs - I don't think I've EVER seen them enslaved - but, they also have additional requirements, if a slaver wants to try to train them.... 'unique' food sources - blood for the vamps, humans for the wolfs - could be a way to keep your 'normal' slaves inline - how many would really want to risk being tossed into a cage with a starving vamp/wolf?

 

Yup, its a risky world, no matter what path you decide on. Yeah, I know, 'on paper' it looks simple, in the CK, not quite so easy, I did say 'dream' right?

Honestly I have what I want and that Is the combination of mods that already exist. What I'm missing
is some more detailed assets in the slavery department such as new slavery oriented animations, items
effects... yeah just "small" stuff ( i know making animations and implementing them are no small feats at all) :).

I think this place could already change its name from LoversLab to SlaversLab, taking into account the huge amount of slavery-themed mods. But i'm all for story and dialogue oriented stuff, if there's to be more.

I'd like to see NPC reactions to what they are forced to do so if your nice to your slave they come to like you and if your nasty they hate you and try to escape/attack you

 

Also some gratitude for not taking the simple option and killing the stupid npc that dared to challenge/attack you would be nice (would see death as a worse option than enslavement myself due to the permanence).

I'd also like even more slavery mods, both pc slavery and pc as slaver.

 

Imho it would be very interesting to explore the psychological side a bit too. It is always borderline how much you can do to your slave before he/she either tries to commit suicide or attempt a rebellion.

 

For a mere sexslave it is rather easy, either the slaver is simply brutal and just uses the slave for constant rape, keeping her always securely bound otherwise to avoid unwanted suicides. Or the slaver is rather kind and allows the slave many privilegdes, making her to a harem slave. In the harsh skyrim world such a fate does even seem better than having to life as a poor citizen with daily work and the threats of bandit attacks, abuses by guards/nobles .... .

 

But if you want to use someone as slave for hard labor as mineslave or farmslave it gets way more difficult. You have to give them pickaxes or other tools which make decent weapons. They have to work hard to be more profitable then simply employing poor citizens for a starvation wage. But why should they? The same problems arise with the last big slave group:

 

Warrior slaves and gladiator slaves. Keeping them from attacking their guards and motivated enough to fight is really difficult imho. There would be the route to grant them priviledges and a goal to dream for like regaining their freedom after some years of successful servitude, in real history the result of this was often though that they successfully became the new ruling elite eventually.

Or you use them only as cannonfodder, but then their military value is probably so questionable that they are simply not worth the effort at all.

 

 

Finally an interesting niche slave group might be sacrificial slaves, raised from their birth on to be sacrificed to a deadra or other powerful beings as young virgins. If raised from birth on they might have gotten brainwashed enough that they even believe it is a honor for them to be sacrified to e.g. Sanguine.

I'd like to see more storyline oriented player slave mods. We've had a few pop up that look promising, but variety is nice.

 

I'd also like to see more that make use of forced outfits and servitude, not necessarily sexual.

 

I actually like the idea of having slavery mods that place sex as a secondary focus rather than the primary one and focus more on chores.

 

I'm very fond of male chauvinism used in fantasy things like games. I would LOVE a mod that strongly demonstrates this by having "woman's work" type scenarios and concepts.

Honestly, what about a "Lesser Power" type effect that allowed you to use a retrievable and craftable item (irons, Smithing/ Lockpicking scores both make them harder to escape from in certain circumstances, see below *) to bind a foe who "yields" when near death into slavery? That makes lesser rival faction NPCs have some actual VALUE if kept alive and bound. Then it's just a matter of transport to a slaver hub or breaking them yourself. Their value as slaves could be based on whether they've been broken or trained (possibly through dialogue and repetition?), racial rarity (like the real-world slave trade favoring certain individuals based on appearance), and what you are selling them AS (gladiatorial slaves, labor slaves, pleasure slaves, etc.) giving an additional bonus based on stats or skills.

 

On the PC slave front, YOU could wind up clapped in irons yourself (as a death alternative perhaps?), able to make a check* to "Break Bonds" (health), "Slip Bonds" (Lockpicking or Pickpocket), or convincing them you are of more use as a business partner (Speech). NPCs could at least make the same first two checks that you could; after all, they DO have these stats/ skills too. Keeping an eye on the merchandise would become VERY important.

 

Just spit balling here, but I feel these ideas have some merit. If any are already implemented, apologies, as I've never truly used slave mods. Mostly I feared a break in immersion.

For me having a story for a slavery scenario is most important. I'm not fond of slavery mods where your character just gets assaulted over and over again ad nauseum and nothing else really happens.

 

The aforementioned Player Slave Encounters and Captured Dreams Shop have overall good examples of a story to go along with the slavery scenarios. Unfortunately some of those scenarios have the "get raped 10+ times before something happens then get raped another 10+ for something else to happen. To me it makes things rather dull if that starts to happen during a slavery story.

 

If the player must me assaulted multiple times in a slavery situation to advance the story, just have single sex scene or two then do a fade-to-black. After that just have a message box appear detailing what has happened during that time. This would keep the mod from getting dull and keep the story moving.

Although how the text is being presented makes it hard to read (like the text begins with the end of the sentence first then it works its way back to the beginning) But I don't know about you guys but the first person texts just make it odd for me. I have always enjoyed second person descriptions or even third person.

 

It personnaly gets awkward that it keeps saying you or I... What about you guys?

Although how the text is being presented makes it hard to read (like the text begins with the end of the sentence first then it works its way back to the beginning) But I don't know about you guys but the first person texts just make it odd for me. And if you had read the original post for that mod you would know that a different text display system has been created and will be a part of the next release, patience is the byword.

 

What you want is in the pipeline and a whole lot of other people want it too :).

Oh I am sorry but I did not mean it that way at all. I actually read the OP, its just that on the mod version I have, I am free to choose the first, second and third person option I was curious if people like reading these texts from first person perspective or third person which is more book like description.

That remind me of M&B Warband, I use to love to capture prisoners and sell them at the slave auction house or slave merchant. It'll be great if anybody implement something like that in skyrim.
