The Sims 4 Mod Request Thread

This may sound a little weird, but, I just began processing the trauma from a previously abusive (in every sense of the word) relationship with my therapist and she knows how much i love the sims and thought it could be a good way for me to process the trauma. anyways, she told me to find a way/mods to re-create the trauma in a way that I can control. I haven't had much luck finding any mods for this and was hoping someone could help. long story short, my ex beat me, raped me, raped me with all sorts of fucked up objects (candles, legos, hotwheel cars, knife handles, etc.), he was mentally, emotionally, physically, and sexually abusive. so if you could help me create a mod to "complete my therapy homework and trauma processing" i would be super grateful. please let me know if this is do-able, thanks!

I would say Deviant Desires, you'd need to find the kinks add-on which will include some of the stuff you mentioned

I just started playing Sims 4 for the first time and I was looking for a mod that simply enables Elder-Teen romance/relationships as well as teen-adult. Basically exactly what this mod does but including elders as well as adults and young adults. I think it's possible with some of the bigger mods but I was hoping to install as little as possible (and I could be wrong; I'm not really that familiar with all the mods for this game yet). If there's a way to do it with Wonderful Whims I might be interested in that.

Does that not include Elders?  Usually Teen-Adult relationships would mean, Teens and anyone older than them.

That's the way I expected it to work as well but apparently not. In fact it seems they changed it specifically so elders and teens could not romance each other. Can't say I understand the logic behind that but oh well.

I think WW allows to have romance between elders and teens with post puberty, or is MCCC... Never had a problem with that ?

Hmm, I was just studying to improve my scarce modding skills and coincidentally I just learned how to change game tunnings, it shouldn't be too hard, the real question would be:

 

 

It would be too time consuming to test a mod like that for modders over here bc they all have those installed, specially if there is no demand, you should try your luck on Ts4 studio or Mod the sims forums to see if someone digs your idea.

i'm not gonna bother testing it, but looking into the package, it looks like it's just a simple age check test, so doing the following should enable elder-sim interactions:

open the Teen_Adult_Romance_ByPolarbearsims.package in Sims4Studio, select the Snippet Tuning, the on the right side in the XML tab, search for:

Say you expend hours learning something and more hours making something then a guy you don't even know get all the shit you have done, change it and post as all YOUR work was his, how would you feel about that?

Now, if you made it just to have fun and can't be bothered by it, if someone ASKS to update for you, most guys would say go ahead.

So, basically, if you don't ask the OG mod, you can't upload their stuff if they don't allow it bc they intend to do so someday, you CAN change ANYTHING on your own computer, but you can't upload something that others did with passion without asking them.

@Your question, not only it would be possible, probably some guys already did it, but they won't upload without permission... And permission is another thing that is very troublesome... So mostly, if the Og modder doesn't upload or someone actively takes the baton for him... It is easier to learn how to mod yourself.
