I was looking forward to this mod but took a while to finally test results. Let me know if anyone of you recognizes this issue I'm having.

After impregnating Serana, Beeing Female goes through the full cycle as expected. I wait ingame to see if the mod is working and it seems so, until labor, and finally birth. The cycle progresses through the widget, the labor pains and screams occur, but she never actually has a baby. I have the mod set to birth an actor, and no child spawns after giving birth as indicated by the widget. She also never stops screaming. I wait ingame again another 30 days and she's still screaming and never spawns a child. Could it be a load order problem? Or something else I'm missing? *scratches head*

Try choose NPC birth babies at General setting page.

If you didn't choose it, NPC will only give birth to placeholder packages, a.k.a. Air.

Hi there. I would just like to ask if BE 2.4 with Fix 3 compatible with the full release of Sexlab Framework 1.6? Thank you.

It should work.

Can anyone help or knows what causes the timer to go into negative. The mod works great, just alot of time the timer stays in negative. Positive replys would be helpful. thanks

This could be the mod itself on how it works there is a add to the mod that is there that is called abnormalities something like that. This affects the mod by making let say you ovulation state being longer than is set up to be cause it to be in the negative department. Or it could be a mod conflict with Being Female had one that made her run around pregnant 24/7 and never give birth.

I had this issue with estus chaurus + whenever ec paused bf's timer when ec was done with me i went into a neg timer and had to use the reset pc option to my knowledge there's no current fix but last i knew a fix attempt is in the next version.

maybe an other mistake :

in FWSaveLoad line 146 :

; Non-Pregnant Functions
if bIsPregnant == false
CurrentStatePercent = (cur - stateEnterTime) / fDur[CurrentState]

; Check for pregnancy
if bMayPregnant && (CurrentState==1 && CurrentStatePercent>50) || (CurrentState==2 && CurrentStatePercent<20)
...

max value of CurrentStatePercent is 1.0

CurrentStatePercent>50 is never true

CurrentStatePercent<20 is always true

CurrentStatePercent = ((cur - stateEnterTime) / fDur[CurrentState] ) * 100 must be OK

Thanks for the replies on the negative timer issue. Awhile back I deleted skyrim and all saved games because i wanted to try new mods. I installed only the required stuff for beeing female and still had the negative timer issue. It seem to happen often when fast traveling or waiting. I will continue to use the reset because the mod is very good. Look forward to update.

I have been at 98% and have been having ex with my spouse every few minutes but still says I am not pregnant. It seems like its  really hard to get pregnant. How long does it take the menu to update if she does get pregnant? I just don't understand why it isn't working.

You dont get pregnant at instance, do you have all settings correct? It can take some days, it do that IRL to.

And since you are at 98% you have 2% chance that you dont get pregnant.

I have had followers and npc that have been pregnant at 3% and those who have been at 98% not.

Whoa, My character must be strange.   I always aim (if trying to get pregnant) for when the info says egg is in uterus.  Whether it set at the default 30% or my personal favorite 86.5% Chance. With in about 4 to 6 game hours after intercourse, my character gets pregnant.  Sometimes when I check the status of the ova during ovulation, my percentage will go from 6% to 97% or so.  Again this is especially when the egg is in the uterus.  About the last 12 hours or so of ovulation. :blush:  ;)

Like Treguld says, you can't get pregnant until the egg implants into the Uterus, which is halfway through the ovulation stage.  You can still get pregnant in the luteal phase, but the percentage chance drops fairly quickly.  The big mistake you are making is having sex with your spouse every five minutes.  There is a virility setting for Sperm in the MCM, I think the default is two days.  If your spouse has sex more than once in those two days the virility of the sperm drops, every time you have sex it drops more.  It's usually not a significant drop, but as frequently as you are having sex your spouse is probably pretty infertile.  Best way to get pregnant is to not have sex with your spouse for a day or so before your ovulation cycle starts.  Once ovulation starts if you are in a fertile cycle (98 %) wait about 24 hours and then have sex once or twice.  When I do this I have never failed to get pregnant during a fertile cycle.  That 98 % chance is the likelihood you'll get pregnant each time the mod checks, it is not a one time deal, it checks every hour or so when you are fertile, so all you have to do is wait once you have viable sperm and an egg in the uterus.

I have defeat and a newer mod called Sexlab Eager NPCs (SLEN), so getting viable sperm is no problem for me. I have my new girl pregnant already.

I also have ramped up the chances in the mod menu and have the Ovulation Stage be twice as long as the rest of the stages. (Which I have at 2 days each)

So not only is my character gonna get pregnant, but any female that I see getting some will also. (if, of course, they are unique NPC's)

I have had Lydia pregnant many times before, though my current character is leaving the followers behind at this point.

I have a question. I've been using this mod for quite a long time now, but I've never seen the conception chance go beyond 2%. Very rarely, it'll be at 3%, but it doesn't even count to 5, and I'm convinced the percentage is pretty static at this point. Is there something going on, or do I have to configure something?

What you are seeing is normal, the mods default chance to conceive for player is 30 %.  This means that less than one in three menstrual cycles will be fertile.  However, I have seen as many as 6 complete cycles pass at the default without being fertile.  If you get tired of waiting you can go to MCM > Menstrual Cycle and Conception > chance to conceive and increase the value.  I usually set mine to about 60 %.  This really helps a lot because you will see a lot more fertile cycles, but they wont all be, so you can still watch the complete menstrual cycle.  You can tweek it up or down to suit your tastes.

I've noted this a few times for various characters I've played.   Usually what fixes it for me is going to the MCM menu.  During ovulation, just click on the percentage it is set at, without doing anything to adjust it.   Exit the MCM, and usually (99.9% of the time);  your fertility should readjust for your current ovulation phase.

This method has yet to fail me.   I hope it works for you as well. :)

I played around with the MCM, although instead of 60 I only went halfway. I noticed a steady increase up to 16%. When I fast traveled somewhere, it showed results in a big way, as the time passed showed the percentage at 60%. So that paid off and then some. Although my question now is that the mod considers who ever couldn't keep it in his pants as the father of a child. What happens if it's some random goon you offed like 20 minutes ago? I'm sure anyone running Defeat may have had at least one encounter where every bandit and their mother had fun with you, resulting in a werewolf transformation massacre. With any potential father's entrails now in my stomach, what becomes of the kid's father if anything became of it?

Beeing Female doesn't allow unnamed characters to father a child because they are not unique.  So you are safe from random dead bandits on the road.  Named characters who die before you give birth could be a problem.  I once had a child "fathered" by Susannah in Windhelm who was killed by the "Butcher" before I gave birth.  Everything went normal until the child was born, and at the point when it should have given a name to the new baby the after birth animation never ended.  I think this was because the data the mod needed was no longer available with a dead parent.  I would recommend avoiding pregnancy from a dead named character.  Use washout fluid or take a long swim before the sperm has been in for 6 hours just to be safe.

I've never had problems when my PC was pregnant by Kodlack Whitemane.    He died while my character was in the first trimester.   Of course, I always use the Item spawn as I usually just create my characters children via CK. :þ ;)

Funny thing is this time when prostituting my PC to Aela, she became pregnant by my PC. :lol:  Totally random.

Edit:  I thought that it was unnamed NPCs could not be impregnated.   My PCs  have had children from town guards, trolls, and anything else that got them when I hadn't any wash out fluids or what.

The father doesn't have to be unique, just the mother.  You can have babies with bandits all you want and it won't affect anything.

I've also never had any issue where the father was a unique NPC that died.  I had one game where Skjor knocked up Aela before he died, and Kodlak got my character pregnant before he died, and both children were born without issue.

I've never seen the father really be relevant to anything beyond the act of conception.

Well it could be because Susanna is a scripted death, she is removed and replaced with a dead character which might have caused the problem.  And I re-read the description of the Mod on page 1 of this thread and it does say that non-unique males can father children, so, always carry washout fluid for those unwanted sexual encounters I guess.
