Hey, milzschnitte. Do you think that there could be a possibility to have the option in the MCM to tell the child/children to "Go Home." Especially since I like for my PC's husband to be her follower and don't want a bunch of kids following them. The whole having sex while they watch weirds me out.

 

It would be neat to go home and visit them, and they'd be excited to see their mom or dad or both and ask if they got a present (like adopted kids), send them on a radiant quest and then while my PC and her husband/follower are out, there could be a message informing me that my PC's child has either completed or failed the quest. Just some thoughts. As I've mentioned, I love this mod so much, but I want the kids to stay at home or do quests on their own and not follow mommy and daddy. Please? :blush: xoxo

Hello, I have a follower pregnant. 1st trimester, still 30 or so days to birth. She has 100% chance of giving birth as I've set the abortion levels to 0%.

But whenever I wait or fast travel the pregnancy just disappears. I did a quick google search and couldn't find any solved problem related to this one in this thread.

So I hoped it's a known issue with any fix. Glad if anyone can help, thanks.

 

EDIT: This is the first time I'm using this mod, so maybe we should consider that.

 

Are you referring to just the belly disappearing or the whole pregnancy? Does it show anything, if you use the showAllStats-spell on the follower?

 

 

 

 

The whole thing. It's like she's not pregnant anymore at all. The information tab in the MCM gets empty from there on.

I wish I could do that. This was on of my targets with BeeingFemale 2.5 but it was way more complicated then I've thought. The "Go to my Spouse" should work and when the spouse is at the players house, the child will go there and stay for a while.

The problem is, that the children are high dynamicly. The adoption system from Hearthfires is static and limited to 2 children. Each command for the children got a "Child1" and a "Child2" Property.

But I'm not done with it yet. There are way more plans :)

But like I said, it felt a bit buggy. I wasn't 100% satisfied.

I took a look at that mod and got excited, but there's issues with moving to custom homes, I don't know if it works with Immersive Citizens, and the mod author said something about that mod not being compatible with any mods that give horses to followers and I use Convenient Horses. :(

 

So is a pregnancy armor mod required for this mod? Like will there be clipping on normal modded armors and such? Same question for the skeleton. Is that required as well?

 

It's not required, but you won't see the belly or boobs grow. You could download PSVAC or Remodeled Armor for CBBE Bodyslide HDT.

There are instructions how to install them and have it to work.

 

My self use Immerse Horses for my self and FLP for my followers.

 

For pregnancy belly you can also use Rustic clothing for clothes.

And it is one must to have correct skeleton and Fnis. It will not work if you dont have those.

yeah ...my pc never enter the first phase of pregnancy ...it repeats the ovulation cycle ....i manually install the mod ..how may i remove the past scripts from my steam / data files...??

 

The "Lore friendly" toggle could be a cause if the participants are different races.  Additionally, vampires also have a prego-able on/off toggle.

Basically yes. But it wasn't so "clean" as I hoped it would be.

It's been a while, but iirc the faction has different ranks. Starting from 1 (adoptable) to x (fully adopted). Between it was stuff like "You triggert the adoption but the kid didn't arrived at home, yet". Also giving them the last faction rank didn't work iirc. So you had to you trough the "I want to adopt you" dialogue for your own children.

But after that, and they moved in, they came up to me and used the Hearthfire Dialogue. Oh and I believe lost the option to take them as followers so I had them add to the follower faction again.

Ah! And as I set Proudspire as home they didn't go out. Just sandbox inside. And if, they got stuck in some corner :D

Like I said, it worked somehow, but not perfect.

 

I was thinking. A plugin would make Hearthfire a requirement. Clone the Ai packages for BF-Kids would maybe be possible. mmhmm.. but then again, you wouldn't have voice... Okay you need Hearthfire.

 

Btw: That mod looks very (!) interesting. I definitely give it a shot.

One other thing I've noticed that might be causing this: sometimes after using contraception, the contraceptive value doesn't drop back to zero. I had a character stuck with 70 contraception permanently -had to do a full reset of BF to clear it. So if your character ever used contraceptive fluid, you might have a stuck value. Go into debugging mode and the Debugging/Cheating menu, and look for contraception in the parameters list. If you haven't used contraceptive in a long time but you still have contraception value, this is probably your problem. I don't know of any way to fix it besides a reset. :/

Dear Milz.

There are some things you must fix. And fast.

When you starts to have many npc in the game, like in my game 230 registered in Beeing Female. It actually starts to bloat the save.

When you tries to refresh your npc you can sit and watch for up to 3-4 ingame hours the progress.

You cant save, you cant change cell, your fps drops to 10 because Beeing Female struggles whit this.

You will notice when B-F starting to have issues, it comes when you have made one hard save. Load up that save again, and only to find that B-F have forgot all settings. ??

Then you need to first restart B-F, then refresh your addons, and after that you need to refresh your npc. And that can take up to 30-40 in real minutes.

I actually killed the game when B-F did try to refresh one NPC and it have struggled whit it for 10 minutes.

Egon123 yea you need heartfire for it.

 

Yeah, I came to the same conclusion.

I was wondering if you could just copy adoption system so that bf-children won't run the original hearthfire system but in it's own. But since you would also need to include the voice files, it would go to far.

 

I've taken a quick look in it yesterday. It seems more complex then I thought.

Still, I hadn't the scripts unpacked to follow it more clearly.

Dear Milz.

There are some things you must fix. And fast.

When you starts to have many npc in the game, like in my game 230 registered in Beeing Female. It actually starts to bloat the save.

When you tries to refresh your npc you can sit and watch for up to 3-4 ingame hours the progress.

You cant save, you cant change cell, your fps drops to 10 because Beeing Female struggles whit this.

You will notice when B-F starting to have issues, it comes when you have made one hard save. Load up that save again, and only to find that B-F have forgot all settings. ??

Then you need to first restart B-F, then refresh your addons, and after that you need to refresh your npc. And that can take up to 30-40 in real minutes.

I actually killed the game when B-F did try to refresh one NPC and it have struggled whit it for 10 minutes.

You will notice when B-F starting to have issues, it comes when you have made one hard save. Load up that save again, and only to find that B-F have forgot all settings. ??

Then you need to first restart B-F, then refresh your addons, and after that you need to refresh your npc. And that can take up to 30-40 in real minutes.

I actually killed the game when B-F did try to refresh one NPC and it have struggled whit it for 10 minutes.

That's what I was already afraid of. The massive threads come from RegisterForSingleUpdate I think. They are dead but not terminated.

Don't worry, I will switch back to RegisterForUpdate

 

Ok. I am not that good at scripting, but you say they are dead? So they are lingering there and have not been removed by the game?

 

Did check the Papyrus log file. The logfile I have left is 500 mgb. So I cant upload it.

Have restarted Beeing Female and reset all NPC and the log is down at normal.

Hey, Milzchnitte. :)

 

I reinstalled Beeing Female and the widgets are still not showing up. The only one is the contraception notification, but the others are not. When I reinstalled it, every time I logged into the game I'd get a little panty like symbol (widget) on the left side of the screen and then it would disappear. I have A Matter of Time and RND widgets on my HUD. Is that an issue? The location of the widgets is set to Default in the Beeing Female MCM. I tried left and it didn't affect it. But once I messed with the location of the widgets the panty-like icon no longer shows up when I log in game.

 

I'd appreciate some help. Thank you!
