So I love this mod, the depth and detail is stunning. I ran into a bit of a peculiar scenario: I found a woman who had been killed by vampires in Riften and she had the baby item equipped. I took it and equipped it to my character. My character is in her second trimester. My questions are: Will this baby item turn into a child in a few days that I can leave at my home? how would keeping the baby affect the current pregnancy?

The baby item is just a item.

If you want to made a child follower, you need change mcm setting.

Hello,

First of all great work, but I have one little issue that bothers me, the NPCs don't show any sign of belly or breast scaling. When I turn into a woman (the magic of showracemenu  :D) and use the debug mode to force the differents states of the NPCs, the body changes as intended, but if I don't do anythin, and play normally, the NPCs don't change at all. For example, my PC impregnated Ria, and she is in her 3rd semester phase, but still as straight as a wood plank. I'm currently using version 2.7.2, as I thought that it was bug fixed in the recent patches, but I had this issue even with the 2.5 version.

On another walkthrough, with a female character, the body changes worked as intended on the main character.

Thanks in advance.

Cheers  :)

Hey how do you "use" a Bloody Tampon? I mean I know they prevent blood dripping out during menses , but after they become bloody they look like some kind of enchanted item? What do they do if anything?

Thanks

Seriously can no one help me with this? I've been ignored twice already. It's preventing me from being able to play my game! This is a serious issue for me! I've spent hours searching the forum but so far have come across nothing. I don't want miscarriage in my game at all, in ANY form. I love everything about this mod except that. I turned off the mcm option for miscarriage but the baby still takes damage and can still be miscarried. When i downloaded this mod it said there was a way to turn off miscarriages but the mcm option only disables SOME forms not ALL!

After the first trimester (10 days I believe at default settings) the baby becomes more resistant to damage and heals faster making it possible to engage in some combat without much risk of miscarriage.  So spend the first 10 days working on Hearthfire homes or take carriage rides to visit the various cities without a risk of combat encounters.  It also can help to bring a companion along and let them do the fighting.

But:  the real problem is that you want to get pregnant but continue to fight like nothing has happened.  Doesn't really fit with the simulator aspect of this mod which is why no-one can really help you.  There are some consequences to getting pregnant, you have to adjust your playstyle a little bit , but you only have to avoid combat during the first trimester, after that you can behave more normally although you still shouldn't be doing a lot of heavy adventuring.

What confuses me is why have an option to disable miscarriage if it does nothing then? Or if it does actually do something then why are there no warnings that it only disables certain types of it but not all?

There was an addon I picked up, either in this thread or it was linked to in this thread, called BFAP.

It offers a few spells (along with some stumbling effects and comments which can be disabled in MCM) that do things such as heal baby, heal other baby, and update npc belly scaling.  Its not automatic, but you just cast the non-hostile touch spell on the npc and viola, baby bulge (assuming they are preg and far enough along to show).

It's possible it's bugged, I've never turned it off, but it really isn't hard to avoid a miscarriage, the only time I've had one was when I tried to fight through a valley full of Falmer during the first trimester and then got attacked by a pack of wolves on the way home.  I'll give you a little tip, health potions will heal the baby but they only work for me if my PC has less then 100 % health.  So if you get a minor injury and then drink a potion you get a net gain in baby health which won't happen if you are at full health.  But it really is important to avoid combat during the first trimester.

There is actuall something odd going on whit the latest.

I did pick up my old lvl 64 char, nord. Done almost all in vanilla Skyrim, married to Ysolda.

The save is clean.

No way that I can get B-F to work on that char.

Did some trials, start one new female, works fine. Load my male 64 when all settings are done whit the female. No B-F. Bfap and the supported plugins start but not B-F

Ok. Try one new start one male vampire only for testing. Run around little, all working flawless. Ok. Got my self killed. Crap. Load up my char I was planning to play on.

No avail B-F simply refuse to start.

Cant use the bf:code since it is not registred.

When I did try on the new chars I did get 00 00 00 00 07 04 05 or was it 05 04.

The same thing happend last week when I did set up one game for my son, fresh install using MO, he have done one female Wood elf, good looking.

He did save the preset, and saved the game, we added B-F and some more mods. No B-F start.

One fresh start and it works. Something is wrong.

Agree.

When you have 200+ mods that have to load and some plugins that needs to start. That is not one good solution. But it seems to work for him :P

Thats fine thanks. I installed the latest CBBE so hopefully that works.

That said, I feel the description of this app could use a serious update. It has numerous links that are to single posts (aka not updated probably) from 2-4  years ago and many dead links too. Just a thought .

Nope, still not working. I wonder if anyone had the same problem, as it would make me feel less alienated :( The thing is it would bother me to lose 40 h of gameplay just because of this, as it is troubling me right now.

Do you spend enough time with the npc for them to show the belly bulge? If you're out adventuring and your mother-to-be is left at home, the game needs time to "catch up". Usually having sex with them seems to kick start it, as BF probably checks for status after climax. I recently finished the new quests in Amorous Adventures with Carlotta and got to sexy time, she didn't look it at the time, but after my "reward" she was suddenly in the 3rd trimester. Damn Mikael...

Also, keep in mind that the bulge doesn't really start to show until well into the 3rd trimester.

You have to configure the Beeing Female belly and breast scaling in the menu to show on your people. It works fine for my CBBE HDT player. It also works well on my NPCs like Immersive Wenches, and followers, but not so much on main NPCs like Carlotta in the Whiterun market.

I have found that it does not actually show on the NPCs as soon as you walk into the room with them. You have to spend a few minutes in the room with them before the belly bump suddenly appears. Also, like it was said before, it isn't really evident until the third trimester.  There is some bump starting midway into the second trimester, but not pronounced like I think you are looking for until the third. And you really won't see anything in the first trimester.

Also, you might try casting the Beeing Female 'Show all stats' spell in your Magic-Illusion section on the NPC.  That will tell you their status in their monthly cycle, their chance of getting pregnant, whether or not they are actually pregnant,  and if so, how far along in their pregnancy they are. If they are in their first trimester, you are not going to see any bump at all.  Hope that helps some.

I notice in Beeing Female 2.7.2 (not present in ver. 2.4) there is a menu issue.

The General, Menstruation Cycle, Pregnancy & Birth  sections appear fine.

The Men section has Impregnation and Who Impregnates.

The Children section has Sperm Vitality.

The Addons section is all in German, listing the children in existence.

The Information section has the Races, Magic Cycle, and Addons page.

The Debugging/Cheating section has the Player Information page.

The System section has the Reset page.

And there is no System page.

If I uninstall 2.7.2 and install 2.4, the menu is fine. When I uninstall 2.4 and install 2.7.2, the menu has the issue above.
