i had just been in this cave, right after my visit in the Catured Dreams Shop.
So this was just a lucky coincidence. ^^

Nobody asks new question so I will take advantage of the situation.

That thing on the bottom is a chest with an amulet inside. This is also interior cell. I will provide more clues if nobody will figure out what location is this.
