This really is an awesome mod.

 

That said, I was hoping someone could give me some insight. All the quests have worked so far, with the exception of one. Serana's Mark of Dibella quest, which for some reason simply won't trigger.

 

I've checked and made sure that both Nazeem and Ahlam are alive and well. Dawnguard questline is done. The previous Amorous quest, The Arts of Dibella, was completed successfully. GetStage on SexLabAmorousAdventuresDLC1_Arts is at 200. However on SexLabAmorousAdventuresDLC1_Mark it is at 0. Have tried setting the stage on the Mark of Dibella, doesn't work. I've completed the Annekke and Sylgja amorous quests with Senna, so they're tagged as lovers already.

 

One thing I do note, is that Serana's dialogue includes the option "Let's talk about the Dibellan arts." ---the same line that starts and continues the Arts of Dibella amorous quest. Upon completing that quest line, the dialogue option remains every time I talk to Serana. Not sure if that's supposed to be there.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Love it, finally makes sense to invest in a follower instead of the typicall "follow me" and wanting them to stay with you throughout the game. Somehow Anneke is my favorite, must be a milf thing i guess ? or Jenassa. I have completed most quests without any issues but now i'm stuck on the last 3 stages of the new Body Double quest. The body double will not follow me back to the Blue Palace? The quests updates and tells me to escort both but the body double does not move. Everything worked flawlessly up to that point.

 

Fresh install, version AA 3.4 at the very bottom before Dual Sheath redux, new game with alternate start. Started Elisif quest before going to Helgen and Angel in Steel, but have not gone to High Hrothgar yet (was actually hoping to take Elisif there for the first visit). But since all others went without issue i doubt that screwed things up for the last 2 stages of a newly added quest, it is modded Skyrim with all it's gremlins though ? 

 

Reloaded several times from the start of The Body double quest, spoke to Elisif at every occasion throughout stages 5 to 80 but each time the same result when trying to leave the cave (I'm at stage 90 at that point according to getstage SexLabAmorousAdventuresElisif2)

 

 Follower Elisif will follow without issue but the body double does not move.

 

Finally i tried prid Elisif The Fair(Lover) - Reference ID: 000198C1 and moveto player inside the blue palace. Talked to Falk and that does kick of the final dialogue with the body double but the scene described between both Elisifs does not start? I have several backup saves i will try setstage next but it should not be neccesary since others have had no problems!?

 

I'm using the OSA version and EFF but only used the equipment and talk option for Elisif during the quests. In my experience EFF is the least likely follower mod to break custom followers and quests even without patches.

 

I did all Solitude quests except Rike, Whiterun except Saadia and Danica, Riverwood Camille and Anneke all without issues, none of the other quests in Riften (on another playthrough that worked fine though) , Windhelm, mage guild and have not started Dawnguard yet.

 

Anyone else encountered this issue and a possible solution apart from setstage!?

Setstage results in the quest updating and the last popup about the 2 Elisifs, afterwards though both Elisifs when trying to talk to give back "This person is busy" 

 

Finishing the quest with setstage updates the Journal (only the last stage Talk to Elisif one more time is still open in the closed log (usually the little triangle in front of the journal entry is solid) AA Elisif still follows me like a regular follower, but the body double Elisif just stands in one place (after prid moveto the Blue palace) does have the amorous dialogue option but does not move when asked to follow to a quiet place. (There is the dialogue mix up as described above where if you ask just the follower Elisif the dialogue also appears on the body double)

 

I'm good for now, i'll just wait and see what happens at the meeting at High Hrothgar (I never do the Civil war questline), perhaps by then Elisif is reset through the main quest triggers!? or i'll just setstage through that one. Still if anyone comes up with a good solution....

 

 

Another little update, She was at the Thalmor embassy, i could talk to her but she still did not move after asking for her help, nothing happened. Tried a few commands on her and resurrect worked (before talking to her) her iddle changed and after asking for a diversion she walked over and so i could sneak out.

 

Went back to a save prior to the cave but it did not work there, out of time for today, but i will try resurrecting her after i moved her to the blue palace!?

 

Resurecting at the blue palace did not work, seems i'm stuck at resurecting her at the embassy, from there on no further problems with het at the meeting at high hrotghar.

made me create a new game just to play this. ughh i just hope we can romance legate rikke without joining the imperials coz i dont really like the civil war.

join the asswipes who tried to chop your head off or the racist bastards? lol

anyone can make a mod/patch for the legate rikke thing?  :D

Since you'll be romancing Rikke while doing the civil war quest from the Imperial side a patch would be quite unworkable and lore breaking.

 

Unless you have a way of joining the Imperials as a traitor, getting the Jagged Crown and taking it, AND Rikke, over to Windhelm to swap sides.

 

Which would be kinda interesting....

it does...it does..... since i want to complete the jagged crown too but i dont want to join... maybe that would do !!! and in the end, you can go like "go fuck yourselves im outta here".

 

 

BTW..... i like the "dialog options" after you complete their quests where you can kiss them and stuff... can somebody teach me or make a patch or an addon so we can use these options to other lovers not included in the mod?  ie a Mod added npc/delphine with lover status <- yep you read it right/uthgerd?

You can use the console to add any npc to the faction which enables that dialogue - although if they don't have a voice type used by one of the officially included lovers then their responses will be silent. Delphine would be silent, because she has a unique voice, though Uthgerd works well.

  • Find the npc you want to add.
  • Open the console (usually done with the key to the left of the 1 key at the top left of the keyboard.)
  • Click on the npc and make certain they're selected.
  • Enter the command: help faction.
  • Use the page up key to find the correct faction code (I think it's something like the AmorousAdventuresLoverFaction.)
  • Enter the command: addfac xxxxxxxx 1. (xxxxxxxx is the code you found. From memory it's xx011aec, where xx is AA's load order in your game.)
  • Close the console and talk to the npc.
  • They should now have the AA dialogue.

You can join the imperial side and go through Korvanjund with Rikke to get the crown in the game as it is, and take it to Galmar instead.  Its the "take Rikke with you" part that needs work.

 

I'm also guessing that AA tracks the imperial side of the CW, since the quests are different, and the CW is an unholy mess. Getting anyone to touch it is usually quite difficult.

welp. i guess ill just take the above mention immersion breaking solution and hope it works on rikke. xD

 

 

BTW do any of you guys know any other way to remove to "talk to [npc name]' during the animation? its weird cause when i use SL romance its not there. only on AA or i am getting forgetful already? i tried using SL misc features but im using SL Separate org and i cant see the mana and stamina and stuff if i use it.

Hi Suomi - Did you get 847 warnings when you saved it in the CK? I did... I hear some of these warnings are ok to ignore, but 847 - ranging from facegen files to animation files... maybe I'm being paranoid. I've only converted one or two mods like this, but with step by step instructions, which I attempted to repeat for this process.

 

If you didn't get the same results I did and this is abnormal, anyone out there kind enough to share their AA conversion to SE by chance?

 

I'm currently on the FG version, but want to rope it into Sexlab for SE for more controls and other features during scenes the Sexlab suite of mods offers.

I got those warnings, also and ignored them. The SexLab version so converted works fine. Try loading Flower Girls in the CK for fun. You get almost 5000 warnings. I do not know what you mean by "rope it into Sexlab for SE". If you want to change, I suggest you uninstall the FG version of AA, and install SexLab version you have already converted. I know your comment was directed to Suomi, but I thought I would pass along my experience anyway.

Ah, I was referring to those scenes being ran by Sexlab so that other mods have an effect on the outcome, such as Sexlab Aroused, SLSO, and others. I'll give it a try real soon. Thanks again, that was exactly what I needed ?

I do not know what SLSO stands for, but I run SexLab aroused. If your player begins a sex scene triggered by Amorous Adventures when aroused, he/she will become satisfied at the conclusion. The particular animation is random but will be chosen from those that you enable in your SexLab MCM. There are many animations that come packaged with SexLab that I do not use, so I disable those animations and then suppress them in the MCM menu so that they never play. Finally, you will want to supply the "elisif fix" that was prepared by Gulfwulf and is linked a couple of pages back.

Oh? What is this Elisif fix if you don't mind? Seems like something I have missed, is it essential?

Umm, I'd rather know what the fix IS rather than just have a link.

As in, know what the problem is that the fix 'fixes'. lol

 

So to rephrase, what was/is the problem with Elisif?

 

(I don't mean to come off as rude, I'm just not in the habit of downloading/installing 3rd party fixes that I know nothing about)

If I recall correctly, there was some mix-matching with aliases with Elisif (AA) and Elisif (vanilla) - I believe it had to do with lover dialogue with the wrong NPC getting picked up for Sexlab scenes.  If you don't use lovers dialogue with Elisif you'd probably never notice it.

Ahh okay, yeah that sounds like a fairly important bug. Thanks for explaining. :)

Pretty much. The script Fox used always uses the alias for the actual jarl and not for the AA version. My fix adds in a second dialog line and filters for which version you're talking to: vanilla or AA and only calls the alias for the appropriate one, which is why I included a new script with it.

I got it installed, and it seems to be working ok.

 

One thing I noticed, is that once you are lovers with an NPC and ask "How are you?," then choose the type of sex, the FG animations play as they always have. As much as I've enjoyed FG and it's reliable animations (always great alignment, etc), I'd like to leave SL to control any and all scenes if that's even possible, short of creating a whole new mod "FG for Sexlab."

 

SLSO is for SexLab Separate Orgasm - great mod! May want to check that out if you haven't already and play around with it.
