captainsweatpants Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 I've noticed a lot of mods about females and about 5 or so about males, and i was wondering if some one could fix this problem by making or listing some gay oriented mods.

Straight men like to see females pretty, lesbians like to see females pretty, so most of modding ends up being female centric. That is just appearance type mods... If you want a GAY mod then you are going to have to do it yourself because that's the way modding goes. Point being there are a few slavery mods in Fallout NV but none are a good for role playing being enslaved realistically. I want to see a story based slavery mod in the Mohave desert (Fallout NV) but it will never happen unless I do it myself. Point being, if you want gay oriented mods then you are going to have to start doing them yourself. Once other people see the new creation of gay mods others might join you, but someone has to start it, and asking someone else to create the mods you want is futile. Good luck!

Mod-making is unpaid labour (a labour of love) and no one has a moral claim on anyone else to insist on their "right" to this or that mod. That said, it is perfectly legit to request a mod and you might get lucky. For months and months there was precious little for players who like mods with consensual marital sex, but then Spouses Enhanced came along (following the brave example of Lovers Comfort) and suddenly those of us who like that kind of mod are in seventh heaven. Something like that might happen for gay men. I hope so. It does seem odd that there are no gay modders. Maybe they just get more action in RL and so have no interest in modding. I do think that captainsweatpants makes a valid point about the need to list gay mods as such. No criticism intended of the current Index. It might simply be that there are no specifically gay mods to be listed.

And in therms of sexual orientation, would be 'do gay guys like men with boobs?'. It's so fucked up all this gender stuff.

You'll find your answer. Much depends on that wonderful word "virginas". I take it you mean vaginas, but it is just possible you mean "virgin ass", in which case everything depends on context. Gay men might very well love men with "virgin ass," and so might straight men--so long as the ass stays virgin.

saladboy21 Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 There are few specifically gay or lesbian mods. Fortunately, most can facilitate gay sex, though they don't specialize. Main thing is most modders are heterosexual males, I think. It's unpaid and all that. The main thing we lack is male/monster or male/animal sex. monstrer/animal on male is doable, if you don't mind always bottoming. Sexlab Romance will let your guy chat up and screw guys. Solutions allows for a few male/male options but not many. Most simply do not differentiate. Gay men would certainly be welcome to create animations and mods to specialize in that, if they so desire. Most general mods get requests to allow for any pairing, so if their stuff is good this will probably eventually happen.

I'm genuinely curious. I can see that bestiality mods might be seen as "straight" (pc is always passive, usually, implicitly, female), but I find it hard to think of bestiality as "straight."

Heck, I've hit two men with Matchmaker and BAM! Gay mod! So if we're to list "gay mods", don't we also have to start listing "straight mods" and "bisexual mods"? And what if the site mods themselves don't want to be labeled or listed?
pinky6225 Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 So far all the mods i've tried have supported M/M encounters just as much as they support F/M or F/F like with submit you can chose sexuality so what dialogue options would appear and radient prostition you can set client chances etc

Just the ones I use regularly that I know have the option to turn them into a sausagefest, should one so desire.
D_ManXX2 Posted February 28, 2014 Posted February 28, 2014 I am not sure why the op is saying there is lack off gay mods like, mods like defeat, submit all have options for it. you just need the tweak the mcm menu. most mods allows the player to swing both ways.
