Good lord, how epic would a unified body mod be? I really love my CBBE Bodyslide 2.0 and I would not want to go without it, but on the other hand 7Base has a much higher mesh resolution and I want to have that too...

 

So: go go go - best of luck to you, will keep an eye on this!

i just saw that video of LB and thought lol brillant idea, for me at least looks like the hightheels moves the feet skeleton idk how , but dnt effect height (goes minimal at least), and wondering if can be done (at future) with Unibody. (Look with attention from 18secs till 25secs)

 

I believe that's a HDT high heel clothing thing.

 

Doesn't matter what body you use, it's more or less up to the outfit modder to make support for that.

 

I'll look and see if you can make such outfits bodyslideable later though.

Just a slight update for the 75 of you following this thread and wanting to make sure this project/idea is not dead and is still being worked/developed on.

 

Here's a really boring video showing my Unibody Morph building workflow (Just the 3dsMax part and a bit of Mudbox)

Think of it more as a devblog really. But yea, if you watch all of it you'll notice I spend some time making sure the details are right and the overall process is pretty time-consuming. So this mod may still yet take awhile to complete.

In the time it took to upload this video, I actually got 1 more morph finished (ADM body) so it's not too bad.

But I'm far from getting to the stage where I make actual sliders via Mudbox.

All I'm doing now is completing conversion references lol.

Im still not sure what you are trying to do. Are you making this body so that any body type will macth up to the armors default body type or are you tyring to make a body that will force armors to fit to your chosen body or is it something else eniterly.

Conversion Reference = Take any standard body shape conversion (CBBE/UNP/7base) and convert it to the 'Unibase' shape, I decided the Unibase shape will be a very flat chested and 'basic' female shape from which you can use sliders to transform it into any shape you want.

 

Sliders = The actual morphs from Unibase to make the body you want. You want 7base Breast and UNPB bottom, done. You want Muscular shoulders, with Dreamgirl breasts and ZGGB type thighs? Done. etc....

 

So hopefully this clears up some things :/

Ok I have been following but not reading everything. Anyways I just found out after trying some body sliders that there doesn't seem to be a body slider that lets you adjust the width of the female hips which strikes me as really odd. Since that is something that can vary a great deal from one woman to the next. So please make sure to add a hip width slider please. :)

I can't even begin to describe how awesome an idea this is.  I've always loved having a variety of body mods in my game so the women can have widely different shapes instead of just variations on a theme.  If this body can truly be used to re-create virtually any body shape I'd be incredibly ecstatic!

 

To that end, I'd like to highlight a couple of body models that I hope could be replicated with the Unibody.

Their main qualities are that they both feature shapes that I've found difficult or impossible to replicate well with CBBE+BodySlide.

 

One is the Babe Mk-V Body, a not-particularly-well-supported body that has some really great qualities.  In particular, I like how the breasts look like they lay flat against the chest without necessarily flattening out the breast overall; they have a nice "Hershey's Kiss" profile.

 

The other is the Rebirth Body, which is a slim, fit, and athletic type with some modestly sized concave-on-top-convex-on-bottom breast curves.

It also has some fantastic-looking textures, IMO :)

 

I'll be keeping a close eye on this project, because this is exactly what I've wanted in Skyrim since.. well, pretty much since forever.

The first one of the two you just linked does look more realistic to how naked females look outside of their teens. Gravity is a bitch. :)

After I release a *most likely* messy alpha v.2 with sliders for people to check out in Bodyslide and crtique what they like/what sliders they use the most often and such, I'll start sorting out slider morph requests and post details on how to make a proper request and stuff.

 

However, if you have anymore interesting body meshes you want me to add onto my conversion lists (and if they are different enough from exiting body morphs I've done) I'll go ahead and add it to my to-do list :)

 

One caveat, I don't do extremely large breasted characters or the SBBW/BBW stuff, it's not my cup of tea and those morphs would take quite a lot of time and delay this mod by a long while. (It's harder to morph into those shapes)

Yeah, that's one of the reasons I like it (and probably also why it didn't get so much support) -- it has fairly realistic shapes and proportions for a woman who isn't a perfectly-sculpted supermodel, but who has plenty of appealing qualities nonetheless.  Attractive and shapely, but not idealized or exaggerated.

As for the incredibly exaggerated super-boobed meshes, I don't really care for those either so you won't get any requests for those from me.

I imagine those could be sufficiently replicated by setting the boob sliders at 1000% anyway :P

Well, that didn't take long!  I'm not sure if you had already looked at this one, but the CNHF Body is interesting.

 

It is meant as a realistic body for a tough warrior (as opposed to a body builder), and it does have a couple nice qualities that I hadn't noticed in other bodies:

1. The breasts hang away from the body centerline and are more separated, which is something CBBE was fairly poor at accomplishing.

2. The arms have actual biceps.  Instead of simply making the arms thicker overall, the bulges in -- and distinction between -- shoulder and bicep make her arms look shapely and strong instead of just doughy.

If it's a skyrim mesh, chances are I've already done the morph for it or will be working on it soon.

I have 1 Fallout mesh (Type 3 something) and a few Oblivion Meshes.

 

@blabba, can you put at start page (stick) the list of body types you already got? its just a idea to avoid people asking for same over and over again at future, and idk if possible change the tittle of that topic or start a new one called UniBody - The Future of Female Body (just wrote something to remember its about Unibody that topic), so more people will realize its a new body at that topic its not just a discussion about other thing and with that can gain more adepts (its good for future), its just ideas dnt crave at stone that, if dnt like im still cool.

I'll actually probably more or less ask for this thread to be closed tomorrow and write up a blog/thread about my projects.

I'm currently getting more ideas and interests that I dabble in here and there than I have free time for.

 

Currently my list of projects/ideas Id like to take a crack at or are in various stages of completion are:

1. Unibody (most priority) - Working with Vioxsis and many others on this one

2. Daughter of Ares skyrim conversion - Working with Expired on this, want to get the 'plate' look dwemerfied and merged into Trykz Dwemfatale mod so we can get rid of the annoying skin/human part of the mesh.

3. Modders resources for HDT enabled Capes and Loincloths - Still in idea form, but basically make a Max and xml file for modders and users to enable hdt clothing effects with xpms based skeletons by copying over a rigged weight and linking the xml to their armour. You know, someone's gotta justify why the XPMS skeleton has a shit ton of bones that are mostly unused. I figure why not this.

4. Yoo-style Boobs & Butt HDT effects - Still in idea form, Basically go overkill on the RB count and see if I can get a bunch of smaller RB's to give roughly the same or better effects as what we currently have. So you can get a 'wave' motion from butt clap animation (if it were made...)

5. Porting animation workflow over from Fallout/Oblivion to Skyrim - Mostly want to see if getting into animation realm is something I wanna do as well as see if I can get a nice quick workflow down for this. If it works out probably just make a guide on how to do it, not gonna do anymore conversions by myself.

 

Whatever else I dream up in my head tonight really. But yea, I figure writing up a guide here to keep track of these projects (more for myself really) will probably help and who knows may even get me some help from the other talent lurking around here :D.

 

Edit: I forgot to mention that I also should try to write out all my knowledge and things I've learned into guides and proper documentation for when I eventually retire from active modding/LL community. Which will happen sometime this year due to RL.

Wow, you're branching out to Fallout meshes even?  Ambitious!  I'm somewhat acquainted with those.

 

Type 3 was the main body -- of the common variants I liked the Cali best, but the differences between them were fairly small for the most part.  One unique Type 3 variant that you should really take a peek at, though, is the Alice Body.  It has proportionally much wider hips and smaller breasts, and although it probably isn't so good as a general replacer, on the right girl it can be a really gorgeous body.

 

There were a couple others that may or may not be worth your time.  Type V was a good body that seemed like a compromise between realistic and idealized, like what an attractive "normal girl" might look like.  The Type 6 Modified body is an idealized body like Type 3 but somewhat less "plastic surgeried"-looking -- it was based on Type 6, which was supposed to be more realistic.  I actually liked the original Type 6 just as much; unfortunately I can't find anywhere to download it, but there is a picture that shows the difference between the T6 and T6M.

 

Lastly, one truly oddball body from Fallout that you might like as a curiosity was the Skinny 6 body.  Maybe it could be good for elves?  Dunno.  It has a very particular and highly exaggerated long-sleek-and-skinny aesthetic that some people might find appealing.  At least it certainly is different!

Now that I think about it, I think it was only called nipple puffy in some versions of CB++.  However, the same functionality is built into the slider called "Nipple Perkiness" or something like that in later CB++ versions and in BodySlide 2.  It basically moves only the immediate nipple/areola area out or in.  It is still there, under the advanced sliders.  Yours are probably better, though, nice job :)

'Nipple Perkiness' is in Bodyslide 2 and it was included in Bodyslide CB++ indeed, but nothing remotely similar to puffy nipples though.

I want to include puffy sliders in Unibody along with so many other sliders but I know blabba is really busy right now so one step at the time, though I'd really want them to be there at some point between first stable release and people start making the first conversions...

 

Although now that I think about puffy nipples should be already there for some body type morphs, like manga body.

As this is the unibody and should work like the bodyslidesystem I was wondering if it would be possible at some point to utilise this ingame with the different bodypresets working at different intervals of the weightscale? What I mean by that is that for example between 0-20 weight you'd have the unp body, 20-40 unpb, 40-60 is sevenbase, 60-80 chsbhc etc. It would allow for all kinds of bodytypes in what in my head sounds like a fairly easy way (I have no idea about programming whatsoever, so please forgive me if this is completely hopeless). Considering several racemenumods let you adjust the weight down to decimals you'd have all kinds of variance between each interval aswell.

It's been done, but since the original mod author, even on the one posted here on LL, didn't have breasts and a pussy model for whatever reason. (The areas under the bra and panties are actually cut out)

Don't get your hopes up...

 

I may or may not fix it.

Also, I don't do texture work, I'm only doing a little bit for the new Hand UV's.

But if you know a better texturer, you should probably ask them about that stuff.

I took a shot at texture converting, andwhile I can do it, it's not fun/enjoyable for me :(

I get what your trying to say, and TBH, I doubt it'll work. You could maybe ask expired or someone who actually programs/scripts for skyrim about this.

 

Such a slider you ask for could probably be somewhat easily achievable in Bodyslide (I think), but due to how in-game weighting works it'd be a whole different thing.

I personally think if you use any of the many bodychange, EBD, PC changer body mods you could probably get the same if not better level of diversity for NPC's and you character.

 

Skyrim NPC's mainly all use the _1 weight anyway.
