IMPORTANT: Skyrim SE/AE 1.7.9.9 is not yet supported.

Milk Mod Economy Extensions modernizes and expands ed86's popular Milk Mod Economy with reactions, animations, OStim support, and optional AI-powered Skyrim.Net integration.

Everything is OPTIONAL and adjustable through an in-game MCM.

Make Milk Maid gameplay feel more alive, reactive, and a little more shameless.


KEY FEATURES

  • Optional (but major) Skyrim.Net integration gives nearby NPCs AI-generated voice reactions to major MME events and can turn certain conversations into actual gameplay actions.
  • Drinking milk can increase a Milk Maid's milk level, temporarily inflate her breasts, raise arousal, and trigger moans, animations, or reactions.
  • Arousal from drinking milk is meant to trigger your other arousal mods, such as animations or events.
  • Milk can come from bottles... or straight from the tap~
  • Nearby Milk Maids react as they become heavy, full, milked, or fitted with questionable milking equipment.
  • Blacksmiths, Alchemists, and Court Wizards can modify your slot 32 chest armor with hidden milking equipment or kinky, milk-hungry tentacles, depending on their profession.
  • Create new Milk Maids through a simple, erotic breastfeeding ritual.
  • Supports the modern OStim animation framework while retaining existing SexLab support.

In short: MME still handles the milk. MME Extensions makes Skyrim notice.


OStim AND SEXLAB CAN COEXIST

SexLab is a master of the original MME and is needed for essential background functions and animations.

SexLab is also required by the insanely popular Devious Devices and other major add-ons in the MME ecosystem.

MME Extensions allows OStim to take over the animation side and interact with the OStim ecosystem instead.


WHAT CAN TRIGGER REACTIONS?

Depending on your MCM settings, AI narration, lewd sound effects, animations, or notifications can react to:

  • Drinking milk and becoming aroused and bustier.
  • Reaching 50% or 100% milk fullness.
  • A new Milk Maid discovering her newfound gifts.
  • Equipping milking devices such as milk cuirasses, parasite armor, and similar equipment.
  • Periodically wearing those questionable devices around Skyrim.
  • Being milked or breastfeeding another character.
  • Clothes flying off when breasts grow too large, along with other important MME events.
  • Try wearing TENTACLE ARMOR:
    Tentacle Armor on Nexus Mods


EROTIC ARMOR MODIFICATIONS

Blacksmiths can modify your armor to fit big tits and install hidden milking equipment underneath, free of charge.

More kinky adventurers can have tentacles fitted underneath their armor by Alchemists or Court Wizards. This also modifies the armor to accommodate big tits.

The catch? The tentacles won't share their milk. Instead, they'll periodically sting and inject you with an aphrodisiac that makes you even more... productive.

All of the above can come with in-game notifications, sound effects, and optional Skyrim.Net AI narration.

Up to a limit of 10 modifications of each type.

Unlock via "Hey, there!"


MILK MAID THOUGHTS

A recurring reaction system comments on a Milk Maid's currently worn equipment, or lack of specialized milking equipment.

Depending on your settings, the system can periodically trigger:

  • In-game flavor notifications.
  • Reaction sounds.
  • Optional Skyrim.Net AI voice narration.

Reactions can reference worn milking equipment, parasite or living armor, or the absence of specialized milking equipment.


NEW MILK MAID CREATION

A new Milk Maid can now be created through the existing "Hey, there" dialogue.

If the player has at least 1 milk available and the NPC is eligible, the dialogue can start a breastfeeding scene.

After the scene completes successfully, the NPC can become a new Milk Maid using MME's existing creation system.


OPTIONAL MME SETTINGS

The FOMOD can optionally preload my preferred Milk Mod Economy settings.

These remain normal MME settings and can be changed afterward through MME's own MCM.

The recommended profile provides:

  • Natural milk production without mandatory Lactacid.
  • Roughly daily milking cycles.
  • Novice progression.
  • 3BA-friendly breast scaling.
  • 100% gush chance to avoid additional milking delay.

The installer offers three startup profiles:


Easy MCM Defaults + Starter Items

Applies easier MME settings and grants a small one-time supply of milk and a milking cuirass so you can jump quickly into the mod.


Easy MCM Defaults + No Starter Items

Applies the same recommended settings without starter items.


Keep Original MME Defaults

Leaves MME's original settings and starter behavior unchanged.

Full Requirements & Recommended Setup

  1. Install Milk Mod Economy and verify that it works.
  2. Install its required dependencies.
  3. Install MME Extensions.zip through Vortex or Mod Organizer 2.
  4. Choose your preferred MME settings during the FOMOD installation.
  5. Enable MMEAlert.esp.
  6. Deploy or sort your load order.
  7. Start Skyrim through SKSE.

Hi, thank you for making a mod like this.

Tried it on a mid game save, the game froze when loading.
List of installed mods that might have been conflicting.
Milk Mod Economy (probably not it).
Milk Enchantments MME.
MME Config Menu.
[Predator] MME Milk Harness and Machines.

Sadly no Crash log as it did not crash, just froze.

Tried it mid-save, no crashes. A few things to note:

 

-Even when trying to keep my own MME settings, this mod overwrites them anyway.

-Milk stored doesn't increase past level limit, even if the setting for level limit is off.

-On milk drink to increase total milk stored, breast scale doesn't increase immediately. Still waits for MME update.

-Probably something else I'm forgetting, will edit when I remember/replay.

Looks interesting at seems to work fairly well already.

One request though, can you please check for a running DHLP before doing things like playing those 5ß%/100% full animations? They might interfere with other scenes otherwise.

Just linking to the mme config menu 3.0. Lets you input slider names to configure morphs. Also works with custom sliders you create in outfit studio.

Thank you for being my first victim.

I found the bug that keeps messing with your settings. Hopefully the new v0.3.1. fixes it. 

As for your the non instant boob expansion after a drink, it does kill the fantasy a bit to have to wait. I MIGHT be able to figure how to force a refresh sooner, but I will have to study the body scaling code a bit.

 

edit: updated with v0.3.2 with instant breast expansion after drinking milk and messing with MCM settings, hopefully.

Disable my animations for now in the MCM if causes issues. I might have to study how devious devious code works. Milk Maids can still alteast moan or talk about it with Skyrim,net.

I did, the point is that this kind of behaviours tend to lead to false bug reports to the author of the mod that was the 'victim'. Especially the 50% animation is kinda subtle and might be missed as a cause by most users (certainly fooled me).

-DOES force the breast scale change immediately after drinking milk (awesome!)

-breast scale still seems to get limited to the milk maid level. (ex. Milkmaid level 3 has maximum 10 milk.) So even if the setting for Level Based Breast Scale and Milk Limit is OFF, characters are still locked at level cap.

-still finding my MME settings adjusted, even while selecting "keep default MME options" (unless I'm supposed to select a different option during install) (specifically Increase per milk = 0.2 and Increase per level = 0.2)

 

About to be a part of my main load order if these things are fixable. Love milky titties!

In a quick test, YES. No MME changes happened and the mod runs smoothly. Breasts scale instantly and MME settings remain untouched. Awesome! This mod pairs fantastically with the LactTat mod too. Cursed to fill with milk and moaning constantly.

hey idk if this is the place to ask but would it be possible to add a strip toggle? i love mme but i had to stop using it because i was pretty much always naked after a certain point which is fun at first but then it started to get old and i just wanted to play the main game without stripping mid fight or ever minute. what im asking is can you add a toggle to remove the clothes destruction feature? i get this is a gooning mod but i like to play skyrim and goon but not just goon the whole time. if not cool i just thought id ask.

This sounds like a setting in Milk Addict and MME. Both mods have an unequip torso slot setting. MME just removes while Milk Addict has clothing torso slot take "tear damage". If you have either of those, I recommend checking their settings first.

didnt have milk addict and the only thing i could edit in mme was when it would happen but not disabling it. problem with delaying it was it also delayed the rest of the mod. maybe im blind but i tried searching the mod up and down and couldnt find such a setting.

I believe it is in the DEBUG section, which you would have to turn on. One of the options should be "Disable Armor Stripping". Clothes destruction only happens in Milk Addict or Mortal Weapons and Armor. If you're using MWA (I don't), it may be there.

The AM milking armor spell makes your current armor a big breast friendly armor! Its in the OG mod in the debug section. Toggle on to get the spell. I want an immersive way to get this feature in the future, (in development) Like talk to a blacksmith and he makes your armor big tit friendly. But for now, use MME og debug spells AM Milking armor. (note parasite and living armor will suck the milk out of your tits automatically).

 

Simple instructions:

Wear desired armor.

Cast AM Milking Armor.

Your new armor is now big tit friendly.

Limit of 10 only.

 

Alternatively, you can download c5kev living spriggan armor and parasite armor, which both are big tit compatible off the bat. But they suck on your tits.

Okay, so MME already has a devious device patch. I just ran my code it through the existing devious device checks so now she squirms if she drinks milk in a arm binder. Updated in 0.4.0.

Just tested v0.4.0:

- drinking milk is now randomly changing the amount of milk in my breasts. Testing, I started at 51 milk. Drank a Milk, Strong (with a +3 milk gain in the MCM) and the result became 28. Tried again from the 28, it went to 21, then again to 18 and then oddly 34. I then tried with different milk types (creamy, tasty, sublime, etc)  and the results were the same, random milk values. 

- I did want to see the clothes flying off my character, but that didn't happen (yet). I also didn't see a MCM setting for that except in the Debug to see if it happened..

 

EDIT: Just checked the github link for 0.4.1, and it still happens in that update too.

I think I found what may have caused the random milk changes. Fixed the calculations and tested it myself before uploading 4.2.

Heavy armor is stripped at 4, light armor is stripped at 8, while cloth is removed at 12, just like the original MME.

Fixed a rapid milk chugging bug.

Fixed MCM debug so it correctly tracks milk and arousal gain, so I could verify the bug.

 

Milk maid's clothes seems to correctly pop off and play the correct aroused animation after drinking 3 milk after my personal test.
