I've never been able to get the W&T descriptions working, didn't think it was implemented.

Anyway, I decided to do some stress testing, and copied the entirety of the Wikipedia article on Harry Potter to be a single line, then spammed the act it was attached to. Screenshot is below, and it seems to work perfectly fine.

Only 4 lines display at one time and it scrolls through, but it didn't cause any crashes or script lag, and like nutluck this is over 100 mods (although most are just armour/clothing). Admittedly, there are no { } tags in this.

From personal experience, 2 lines is the most manageable, so 140 characters with the default 70 max line. More lines is a bitch to read before it disappears, and longer lines means smaller text which results in the same.

On this topic, the current MCM allows the increase of characters but not the decrease (unless I simply haven't clicked enough). A slider might be easier.

Anyway, my current txt files without W&T/Synonym tags has proven pretty reliable in ensuring that the initial message appears for a decent amount of time, but I couldn't say why.

I also dicked about with the actual txt file names, and sabrecats as mentioned are simple to get working, as listed earlier. Doesn't seem to work with dogs though, whether the 'Rape' tag is added or not, I guess they're not coded yet.

That seems rather promising really.  Pity I can't really test the mod yet since I'm not interested in FemalePC-Male stuff.

Dogs were an oversight. I've already fixed that in the new release.

Question.

Since Jcontainers will be bundled and now it contains what was needed from microsoft, will it conflict with those of use who downloaded and installed said microsoft program? Will there be conflicts? Issues? Etc?

My apologies if this has already been addressed, but do I need to modify anything to get it to work with custom races? Right now it just says things like 'The bandit cums in your for the first time' (with the body part missing). I know that there is a planned update, but I was wondering if this was due to me using a custom race.

Essentially we all have some form of MS C++ runtime support on our machines. Earendil was using a slightly newer version of Visual Studio and had his C++ project configured so it was "bound" to certain versions of MS runtime libraries. He apparently loosened the requirements a little bit so the .dll could be run in an older runtime environment. So just because you now have a new 'spiffy' runtime environment, it doesn't mean you can't run a program with older requirements. Make sense?

Dont' believe so. We are not looking at race at all in the mod. Just gender, name, etc.

The missing body part description is the only issue i'm also having, might it have something to do with the language in which we play Skyrim?

Really looking forward to the version where you provide details on the text message editing, still planning to do some descriptions too then :)

No, one of the text files is invalid (in the Alpha release).

If you want please attach an Apropos0.log user log and I will confirm.

The files have to follow a validation procedure (jsonlint.com essentially).

Thanks

Great start to this mod.

 A couple of suggestions:

1.  Could you update the file in the downloads section or at least in the OP (it still is the one missing all the txt files)?  As is, the current one in the DL section is unusable and will make people frustrated with the "none" comments they get instead of a description of the event.  Took me forever to figure out what the problem was.  :P

2.  Regarding Creatures, a toggle button for anal vs. vaginal intercourse.  Maybe an all or nothing, or if not too much trouble a toggle for each creature type.

Really looking forward to future developments and thank you for your hard work.

Tested a little bit. Doesn't seem to activate with SD+.

Excuse me if it has already been reported.

What part of SD+ isn't activating for you? since when NPC's use the "Ha found you" from SD+ (have checked before and thats a SD line) the descriptions appear for me.

Right now I'm testing the enslavement. I think the way SD+ handles sex animation during enslavement is slightly different. Every time there is sex a scene is triggered.

Posted

I'm not sure what you mean? What do you mean every time there is sex a scene is triggered? The message?

Apropos just ties into the global SexLab event system for AnimationStart and OrgasmStart. It doesn't change the way those are fired in the first place.

I have seen references to a GIT version...is there a version with the bugs fixed and such out there? I can wait for the update, certainly, but one with the fixes would be rather useful.

Nope, it just said  "None" I Also got the JContainers in the same directory as TESV.exe.

JContainers doesn't go in that folder. It goes in your Data\SKSE\Plugins folder.
