Ok, here is  the other

How did you install Apropos?

NMM.

The Textfiles are in Data/Apropos/db/

but I look for this

[02/18/2014 - 05:00:49PM] Could not read file 'Data/Apropos/db/FemalePC_VirginityLost_oral.txt'

Not have in Data/Apropos/db/

db is incomplete.

So what IS in the folder?

Posted

If it doesn't exist, you can create it directly in your SKSE folder (it would be right next to the Plugins folder). So

...\Skyrim\Data\SKSE\skse.ini

There's even versions that you can download:

http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/34858/?

But it's trivially small

Yeah thanks I went and watched Gophers video about it, I remembered he covered that after I posted that. Mine didn't have a ini file yet but I followed his instructions on how to make a ini file. Thanks for the link anyways. :)

Friends here are some tips/questions:

1. Are you launching Skyrim via SKSE_Loader.exe? or through Wrye bash? Or some other means?

2. Did you use NMM to install Apropos?

3. Do you see a folder called Apropos directly under your Data folder? Does it have a single folder inside ("db") and in that subfolder, a bunch of text files?

1. From the Skse Loader as usual.

2. I did, but I fixed it so that it would install in the right paths and repackaged it. So all is in the data folder as its supposed to be.

3. Yes.

-C

EDIT: I will also mention that when I got the None none constant message, it was whilst two OTHERS were having sex. I went into the companions and the elf and the chick were having a fight. The chick won, raped the elf (via defeat) and whilst they were having sex None messages until they were done.

only this.

Ok, it appears that the installer didn't grab ALL the new database files from Git (the source code respository that Foxyvixen and I use to collaborate).

I will post a separate file just for those files.

I'll let Foxyvixen know the installer isn't complete. I don't have perms to change the original post, so she will have to later (shes/hes 12 hours ahead of me).

Thanks everyone. The user logs (Apropos0.log) is VERY helpful in diagnosing problems. The filename up there immediately clued me into at least one problem (there might be more).

Thanks for your patience.

I too am waiting for MalePC-Female and FemalePC-Female, but no need to hurry, Gooser. You and Foxyvixen obviously have a lot on your plates right now and I am sure most of us would prefer to wait for a bug free mod (though we understand that any good mod has its teething issues)

Hmm I have the prerequisites, and it seems to be working well. I am using 1.39b and installed all prerequisites with NMM.

I have tried with a Female PC with singles and multiples of (but not mixed together) Falmer, Draugr, Werewolves, and I get the correct messages at the start and end of the animations. I'm still testing with Defeat and Submit atm but this version is great so far, thanks for the mod ^^

I played for a few hours today. Still getting the none. So I am thinking perhaps this: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=30679

Is absolutely necessary? Is it? I'm kinda hesitant on installing it, but I've installed everything else and I still only get None.

I can't tell you what to do obviously. This is an Alpha release so it is for the adventurous! :)

The developer of JContainers introduced this dependency because he was building his C++ source code with a more up-to-date version of C++ than you have runtime support for on your machine already.

You can always create a Windows Restore Point before you install the Microsoft package, and if it causes problems, you can rollback your windows environment safely. The install is officially from Microsoft so it is already pretty safe.

Hmm so the installer is missing files? Should i bother testing this now?

It's an Alpha release. Early adopters. You don't sound like an early adopter, so I wouldn't. You can wait until a more stable release is available in a few days.

I can say that Foxyvixen was getting the "None" problem before she installed this. And it completely addressed the issue.

Wait... mixed? Do you expect to get Falmer and Draugr mixed together somehow? How is that possible? I thought all gangbangs were homogeneous.

ive updated everything, still get the none message. started a new game, still get the none message. installed all requirements, including the microsoft part. I get the virgin messages but after that, all i get is the none message. I wonder what the issue could be?

Tell me how many .txt files do you see in your Skyrm\Data\Apropos\Db folder?
