Hi! I run in to a problems with the orcish hold quest:

1. After dialogue with the stranger & shade to black i have to catch clan chief cause hi always tries to get to common house. If he gets in da haus the door is locked & he never came out independent on waiting time i was waiting for 40 mins real time no luck & ingame waiting with the T key doesnt helps. If I open the door with the lockpic & get lucky to initiate the dialogue between "get out of here" after the sex the quest doesn't continue the orgy doesn't starts.

2. If I get lucky to catch clan chief outside the house the orgy starts but after sex with all of the orks everyone just stand idle I can't move or do anything no dialogues no anything at all! Waiting IRL or in game or S/L doesn't helps too. So it is a dead end.

 

I use private needs mod so i used urination key & getting to the private needs menu got me out of the idle no other keys & menus were working. But when i tried to talk to clan chief he attacked me & i've got enslaved thanks to SD mod))) But the orcish quest didn't stop & all the orcs were running after me like followers.

 

So any chance to get that quest work normally?

Cause all other quests of RP works just fine no glitches at all no CTDs extremely smooth & correct.

 

The Orc quest is bugged. The only way to finish it is to use "prid <chief's ID>" and then "moveto player" while he's inside the longhouse and start the dialogue immediately when he's out.

 

Also I'm not sure this is intentional but there's no gender restriction for NPCs to be tavern wenches, by that I mean any male NPC who wears tavern clothes can become a prostitute and can get fucked by female customers as they always choose the opposite sex as a client. Some may like the idea but it's too weird for me.

Ok i figured it out. It works for me)

1. Put .esm file to the end in load order in NMM

2. i was calling to orgy nameless ork hunters so after take 2 of them i could take only 2 more orcs. So i took all unique orcs (with names) so i could invite all of them. Nameless  hunters disappeared themselvs. And all the orgy went just fine). So don't invite nameless orcs.

 

I still have to catch chief but it's not a big deal.

The issue with the orc chief seems to be a known bug and just happens sometimes. You can go into the lodge and talk to him and get it to trigger sometimes but not always.

 

As for the orgy I have had no problem with that inviting the nameless hunters or the named orcs. It has always worked the same either way. Each orc takes a solo turn then they all take a 3some turn.

Can someone direct me to an explanation of the settings in the MCM menu? I have a difficulty determining what these settings do. For example, the Oral, vaginal, anal and rape modifier, what does it do? Should anal not be higher compared to vaginal?

 

The ones you listed is how much you earn from those acts.

 

For example if you have base pay set to 40 gold and them set to numbers what you earn is multiplied by the number like this.

Oral x1 = 40g

anal x1.5 = 60g

Vaginal x2 = 80g etc

 

rank bonus gives you bonus gold based on your rank etc.

 

i do agree some of it is not as clear as it should be. I was going to suggest once the few bugs like with the orc chief is addressed that the tool tip be made more clear on what each setting does.

I would first suggest opening sexlab and making sure all the sex animations are ticked as a option, in the normal animations tab.

 

If they are all checked then the next thing to do is make sure papyrus is running. Log into the game, start the quest, get a customer, make sure they ask for someone other than BJ, do the scene with them. If it is still a BJ. Then log off, go to your papyrus log and copy the content and put it in a word(so it makes it into lines instead of a wall of text) then copy it again and post it here in a spoiler tag.

The most likely culprit is Lover's Hook. It has an option to restrict sexual acts to only poses that your character already knows. If you have Lover's Hook, try unchecking that option and see if your problem is solved.

uhm, what is papyrus, and when do i find it? o.0

 

It is a log built into the game, by default it is turned off. To turn it on go to my games(inside my documents), skyrim, then open the Skyrim.ini file and where you find it mention papyrus make sure it looks like this.

With that set up, papyrus will start keeping a log. Go play the game at the part you are having the trouble. Once the problem happens, exit the game. Go back to my documents/my games/skyrim/logs and the latest log will be log 0. Open it up, copy it. Then paste it into something like word so it stops being a wall of text. Then copy it and come back here and paste it into a spoilers tag here.

Lovers Hook or wearing a chastity belt from a Devious Devices mod are both based on Sexlab and both will prevent anything except blowjobs.

I have added checks to restrict male prostitutes but I haven't thoroughly tested it myself actually. So let me know if it doesn't work.

I'm having the same trouble with "blacklisted" animations, despite all consensual animations being checked, and this being the only version of this mod I've ever installed.  It failed on the first customer I ever tried to accommodate.  The only sex mods installed are Sexlab-related/Sexlab-approved (EstrusChaurus).

 

* Is it safe to uninstall this mod, then reinstall it onto a clean save?  I've encountered some problems with uninstalling Sexlab mods that ended up causing my game to CTD as soon as I tried to start it; so, I don't want to try it unless I know that it's safe.  Of course, if there's another solution that is known to work, I'll use that; I'm just wanting to try this because Idk what else to try.

 

** I've freed up as many animations as I possible can-- I even changed the default setting so that "aggressive" animations can be used as "consensual--" but, that changed nothing.

 

On the plus side, this mod did uninstall for a clean save-- so, here goes nothing....

Everything is installed correctly and it runs fine, it just makes me randomly CTD during the start or end of scenes. I can't see any conflicts so it can't be that.

You have free camera or ragdoll ending enabled in sexlab? Both of those have been known to cause CTD's for some people it seems.

i get them as well, hence why i had to stop using this mod as it performs the undress animation from SL (even tho i disabled it in SL), which makes the game ctd for me when initializing sex with this mod. Every other mod works just fine. :/

Yeah I noticed the undress thing as well. Even if it is checked off in sexlab it does it and often does the undress 2-3 times for everyone. I also noticed the character starts the undress almost a full second before the NPC will. Which means sometimes my character stands up before the NPC finishes sex animations at the end.

 

But so far no crashes for me.

Undressing doesn't cause the game to crash, it must be something else.

 

As a known bug in SexLab itself, you CTD on any save attempt (auto or manual) while SexLab free cam is active. Solution to this is to either download the patch Ashal posted on the SL thread or to turn the free cam off. Other than that the mod's never caused my game to crash, it's actually one of the more stable mods on LL.

Having a new problem with the new animations, the old ones are starting fine and finishing and i'm able to get money but when I have a new dialogue from tweaked it doesnt start the animation just continues to show the start dialogue, i think the relevant line from papyrus is...

With ranmir who asked for blow job and got one worked fine but then on nelacar it didnt start, his dialogue was new and something about being an artist.

Just a FYI I have been testing this and while I am not getting CTD's other are getting I found a bug with the orc camp one. I have done it 4 times and it bugged out twice. I go talk to the NPC and zone into the fort. then the chief says he gets to be first but instead of doing anything he goes inside and never comes back out making it impossible to complete the quest. If I go inside and talk to him there is no dialogue options to advance the quest.

 

Also is there only two stranger letter missions? I have done it like 10 times and got the being robbed 6 times and the orc forst 4 times.

 

hm, i have similar prob. but instead the chief the chief is always inside and never go out, when i go inside he tells me to leave, i dont and eventually pays 5 gold for trespassing then the quest begins, but sometimes the animation freeze and i am unable to continue.
