Outfit Studio/Bodyslide 2 CBBE Conversions

Lol I actually made a video of that Yesterday.  I'll upload it later but can explain it here:

Assuming its an outfit that works with bodyslide, you need to find the .nif file in the ShapeData folder that containts the BaseShape (the body wearing the armor)  Normally that s either the top part of the armor IE the "Shirt" "Bra" or "Chestplate" of a set (if made of multiple nif files).  If its a singular nif, it will contain the base shape.

Next open that nif in nifskope:

click on the body at any point where the skin is exposed.  It should highlight green and you should be able to see the mesh.

expand the section to the left until you reach BSLightingShaderProperties

Set glossiness to higher values around 3000 and specular strength on the order of around 100.  Experiment and find the oilyness you like.739192392_2020-01-3014_59_29-CBBEGhostArmorBody.nif_-NifSkope2.0Dev7.png.9139cc0416d5b0ed20fcb5f776218040.png

Once you find something you like, save it, and every instance of that armor you build will be oily from then on :D

suuuuweeeet......... thank you so much for this Nind.

is there a way to make the body oily without any outfits on? Most of the time my girls play with just high heels on.

You would have to edit the standard body.  It’s located in  \Data\meshes\actors\character\Character Assets

You would need to edit both the femalebody_0 and _1 (Low and high Weight) bodies.

Even if you have UNP bodyslide files you don't need to convert stuff. If you know Outfit Studio you can just replace the body.

1. Build it like normal in Bodyslide.

2. Open Outfit Studio

3. Browse to the file and open up the 0 nif. When you build armor in Bodyslide it will show you where the armor is placed.

*Pro tip: Open up Outfit studio before this. When the window is up showing you wear the armor is located you can't do anything else. Opening Outfit Studio prior allows you to see this window and the path:

Thanks, that's better than nothing although when moving there is still a lot of clipping due to HDT, also i guess that it wont work with KzitdXXXToolset since some of outfits have modified body right?

I have rarely had any issue with clipping but that can be fixed by using the brushes. If it's built to the body preset and the CBBE sliders are visible there shouldn't be any issue.

While this is not something I'd be interested in it does look that someone did do CBBE bodyslide files for it. At this time looking at it this is on the 4th reply on the first page.

Unfortunately that's only esp with translation not bodyslide files :(

Exactly. I mean no CBBE files only uunp ones. But since some of outfit have modified body like hands behind back it can't be converted that easily

Okay, I checked it out and the body is also directly affected by CBBE sliders. Typically - in my experience - if I use a UNP bodyslide I need to swap the body out but not here. The nipples can't really be controlled but the body is fine. It comes with it's modified body and its own textures - UNP but it works. For the modified bodies I don't see how anyone would convert them to CBBE anyway. If it was something that I was interested in using I would just fix what I needed to and use it.

Here's the body with a thong on from CBBE armor. You can see that there's no clipping:

Latex part. Had some clipping on the top of the boot but easy fix with the brush. Since the latex doesn't have a body it should be fine. Again, might need to fix some clipping

It doesn't default to CBBE textures though.

This means it won't look messed up. Now, if there's a UNP version of the texture they are using players can create folder for those and change the paths that they see to that folder. Then, they won't see any skin difference but as it shows above it doesn't point to

Did you see any texture issue in my screen shots? I'm full CBBE.

I downloaded UNP SG Renewal and installed it in its own folder. I built abduct 1 against my preset. I changed the texture paths to where I installed Renewal

All I'm saying is that the modified tied up positions can work. There needs to be some interaction from the player and if they are okay with it they can use it. The clothes items don't matter as what I saw they don't come with a body like the latex above. This means players can use them anyway and not need to have them converted. Even if they do the bodies can be swapped out.

If hands are causing a seam they can be swapped out to with CBBE. CT77's bandit fur armor gloves has the whole hand to the wrist:

This allows people to swap out the hands to remove the seam with a CBBE body. It's easy to do and allows people a work around with mods that aren't converted to CBBE. I'm teaching people how to fish.

No, they don't. It's UNP but you can use a UNP version of the texture you're using. The mod has it's own texture, so it's separate from the default location. Like above I installed UNP texture into its own folder and had changed the paths in the body texture to that.

Right the problem is I want the abs on my presets and don’t want to make them again :c

Hello there I have a gift For all and some bad news first

some of the semens will CTD when equipped or Lockup the game. now this is something that I did not create my self but something I ran in to when I tried to convert them to CBBE

Now Most of the non Body Clothes Item are will work with out converting them so all I really had do was the latex Stocking, Corset, the armbinder and the Schoolgirl outfits.

Enjoy.
