Hello Everyone,

I am LE user. I very much like to have Ashara Imperial Outfit converted to CBBE HDT Bodyslide.

I tried to convert it myself, yet the skirts come quite deformed. I can use the bracelets and the sandals now.

I also have the issue that after using Outfit Studio, the items using the shared mesh and different textures  are "locked" to a single texture.

Example: golden, silver and leather sandals appear in game with the golden color.

Any help and advice would be appreciated.

Some mods use the CK to make texture changes to outfits. If you change the base body you will have to re-texture the outfits in the CK. When you edit the nif in CK you will see the 'Alternate Texture' window where you can change the textures as required.

Load the nif up in OS, select the piece you want to remove the breast hdt from, then select both breasts bones for that piece. Set the weight slider to 0 and copy selected weight. Should remove just the breast hdt from the armor. I recommend weighting it with the upper spine bone so that it has some weight to it. Use 'mask weighted vertices' to see if it is covered by at least one bone.

I usually just delete the breast weights from the entire project and that worked out so far for me.

Thanks! I'll try that. It's not really the breasts but the butt. If I'm wearing a heavy belt like barbaric steel set I hate to see my butt jiggle

I've done that before and it works. I've had a general set cut low for cleavage and removed the bounce from the armor but the breasts bounce behind it. Pulling the armor out from the breasts it looked pretty good

Looks like the link to this is dead. Any chance you could re-upload this? Thanks.

The link is dead because the link is wrong.

Wrong link (temporary prefix from the days of LL forum upgrade):

Right link "remove dev"

By request.. Ashara Imperial Outfit CBBE HDT&Bodyslide. I have tried converting this several times and always have the smae issues with the skirts not behaving and the mesh not moving with the breasts well. I gave it another shot and here is my take. I like the short version that I have made to work ok but still a bit of clipping. Not going to do anymore for it unless I discover a better way to convert the skirts. If someone has a fix for them, I'd love to know it. Nice dresses.

@Sorceress99, do you know how to convert fallout 4 armor to skyrim? could you share a tutorial if you do? (IF it works without creation kit.)

You have to convert the pieces to .OBJ  then export the files in Nifskope. Then import the obj files into OS, scale them down to fit your reference body and convert as needed. The main problem is not having a program to convert the poses between games. Each game has a basic body stance that make it difficult to fit each other without a pose converter. There isn't one for FO4 so it can be hard to do. You have to be quite creative in masking and moving pieces to fit. Tops without sleeves usually easy, add attached sleevse and it gets much harder since the poses are different. Short skirts, stocking, shoes, shorts ( separate pieces) usually easy but anything in one piece lower than the thighs is hard because of the pose.  I am working on the denim suit above but the jeans are invisible in OS. The name is there but not the mesh.  There is no easy way to convert items between the games for the most part but with patience and creativity, you can do it,

Is there a CBBE HDT version of this anywhere, please?  Or can anyone do such?

I've asked before, to see if anyone might convert it, but got no response

TIA if anyone can help on that

This outfit is meant for small breasts and does not look good with anything larger that a C cup and certainly not HDT. Probably why no one wants to waste the time converting it. I'll pass on it.
