SOS - Schlongs of Skyrim

Does anyone know how to change the parameter the increase size potion uses? It increases size by 1 for each potion, and I'm trying to change that, but opening the scripts just gives me tons of black boxes in notepad ++ and hexes in sublime text 3. I'm not a scripter at all, so this is as far as I've gotten.

 

The Souls of SOS does pretty much what I'm after, but it never worked on my end. Changes reset every load.
