Heheh. All the quests (both skyrim and mods), and everything else refer to the specific instance of an NPC, of which there are only one per NPC most of the time. And since the escort part here checks that you stay close to the real Tullius, you get moved to him when far enough.

 

So using placeatme for NPCs or quest items generally breaks something

 

 

is there a way to move him to you since it would seem the quest is broken with the live another life mod at the moment?

Update to 1.7b:

• Fixed full belt removal not working during scenes
• Added translation support

This is mainly to allow full translations, also one known issue with saves that have started the civil war already. If you try to beg for release without any plugs equipped yet, the message box during that event is missing the officer name and will have "..." instead. It should work fine if the civil war was started after installing this update.

I got a funny bug with this mod on.

 

On a game that I start without this mod installed, all the NPC that wear a belt are going around naked (exception of the belt).  I've got to check if it's happen on my other game (started wiht devious regulation).

That happens sometimes when mods are installed mid-game that change the NPC outifts. You can fix it by opening the console, clicking the NPC and typing:

resetinventory

Make sure the punishments are enabled in the config. The dialogue options are available with any officers and field commanders.

And if the punishments are enabled, post your papyrus log of you trying to start one.

Problem was actually that the tracking quest hadn't started due to LADL, I fixed it using the startquest command posted earlier in this thread. Thanks!

Having a slight Issue when I try to join either side of the war they give me the belt but i equip it, and i got to talk to tulius or stone fist guy and they keep repeating what they are saying about the belt and i cant progress plus its odd i can equip or re-equip it at anytime. is this a conflict with sexlab defeat cause i love the idea of this mod i am hoping its not conflicting with defeat or dangerous nights cause this and the others mentioned add quite a bit of a realism feel. I want to use this mod but can't till i figure out why i cant. will work on it though.

Since you can unequip it at will, and the dialogue doesn't recognize you wearing it, there is most likely something wrong with your DD - Integration, do other belts (or items from DDi) work properly?  Post your papyrus log of equipping the belt, and it should tell more.

Remember to keep your belt on ladies, all it may take is one time...

 

 

The open back belts are there so you can keep the morale of the troops up without getting pregnant.

If you started the game with the bugged version of LAL, possibly.

There is a males addon for DD floating around to allow male characters to equip chastity belts. However Regulations isn't currently using it, and I don't think it'll ever be.

Any chance the Imperial side would also get a extra playmate like the Stormcloak scenes? Then you have something to look at besides yourself

Probably not in a similar way that the stormcloaks have, with her tied to the other pole. Some interactions with Tullius/Galmar and other female soldiers (for example, scenes happening when you walk into Castle Dour) are on my todo list, but won't promise anything

i am having a big problem with this mod; when I manage to remove the belt for the second time and Tulius/Galmar say that he will punish me, the game crushes right after the messege box closes. I tried this  multiple times and it crushed all of them and since I am using a lot of mods I was wondering if there are any known conflicts.

First thanks for your hard work making this awesome mod... I had it running but that was awhile ago and I recently updated all of my mods that I could and now no matter what I do I can not get this mod to run it CTD everytime and no matter what load order I place it it does the same...

 

Can someone help with this?

 

Is it because this one hasn't been updated and now is not compatible with the other sl Devious mods?

There hasn't been any changes to DDi recently that would make this incompatible. But you need to supply more details. Where/when are you crashing? Also, papyrus log and load order would be helpful.

Although I installed 1.7b quite a while ago, before starting a new game, it's taken me until now to get around to the civil war quests.

 

My high elf DragonBorn, having been thrown out of the Thalmor through no fault of her own, and badly treated by them to boot, swore to get her revenge on them even if it meant joining the Stormcloaks.  Being an experienced thief, as well as having an attitude befitting a former Thalmor,

she stole the master key from Galmar

and has been removing her chastity belt at every opportunity.

 

At the Stormcloak camp in the Reach she met her comeuppance with three nights and two days in a cage (so far).  I enjoyed the nice touch

with the other Stormcloak woman's threesome and subsequent whipping

, but ran into a couple of glitches.

 

The animation of Galmar's whipping of my Dragonborn didn't trigger.  Galmar had the whip equipped at his belt, and assumed a position that looked like he was about to draw it and perform the whipping, but he never did - he just stood there, crouched, with his hand raised, but never did the whipping.  I've run into the same problem with the xaz Prison Overhaul mod, where the whipping animation only triggers intermittently.

The whipping of the other Stormcloak woman worked just fine.

  In case it can help me resolve the problem, which mod does the whipping animation come from?  Perhaps if I change the load order it might work better.

 

Secondly, when the soldiers came to play with the plugs, they were facing away from my PC.  The animation of them manipulating the plugs played, but since they were facing away from the PC it looked odd.

 

Thirdly, all of the punishment took place the first night/day.  Is her imprisonment supposed to go on this long?  After how long is Galmar supposed to let her go?
