New version is up!

 

v1.6

  • Added an extra visitor scene to Stormcloak punishments
  • Updated for DD - Integration 2.6.6, won't work with previous versions
  • Updated for the latest Sexlab aroused
  • Tweaked the plugs, events should now be more reliable on NPCs for new games
  • Fixed hostile actors sometimes getting picked for fondling the player
  • Galmar & Tullius should now use their whip more reliably
  • Poles on Stormcloak camps should move less

Remember to update Devious Devices - Integration first to 2.6.6. Any older version will crash your game!

 

If you have problems with any of the new stuff here, please do report them. Especially with the extra stormcloak scene, since obviously there are more than one location for it with the multiple camps, I couldn't go through all of them alone. That said, they should work ;) Both sides should now have a scene of their own during the punishments, Jaree-Ra for imperials and the new one for stormcloaks.

Is it possible to disable everything except the belts and belt requirement (and possibly the whipping, haven't seen it yet, so I don't know how fetishy it is)?

 

I've been considering using this mod for a "serious" character/playthrough (as opposed to one where I just screw around with some mods for an hour or two), and I can almost-sort-of-somewhat see the chastity belts as something the armies might actually do, but the plugs and such seem a little too "porn/fetish-like" for me to want to have NPCs wearing them.

 

I'm not saying that they couldn't be lore-friendly/realistic in another context, just not as something used by those armies.

 

This is more of a personal preference thing than criticism, so if you think the plugs are believable/realistic/whatever, I'm not going to argue.

 

Also, I know Skyrim hates changing mods in existing games, but how well would adding this in the middle of a game work (have yet no join either army, in this case)? I don't need anyone to run extensive tests or anything, just a quick approximation from someone knowledgeable. Will existing NPCs put them on? Will everything break?

The mcm option disables the scenes, as in whippings and spending the night tied up. You'll still see the poles in the stormcloak camps though. The belt requirement stays as will the dialogue option to try beg for release when aroused enough. The plugs are not required, and are not used initially, but only after (if) you get out of your belt and are caught without it.

 

Everything should work with an existing save if you haven't joined the war yet. Some NPCs (like Rikke) might show up naked when their outfit is changed. That can be fixed by opening the console, clicking the NPC and typing resetinventory. Does the mod feature NPCs wearing plugs or getting whipped? That was my main concern, since the character I'm playing is male and might not even participate in the civil war.

I intended to use the mod as more of a minor flavor thing.

 

EDIT: And just out of curiosity: can you loot locked chastity belts from dead people without a key/lockpicking/whatever is normally used to remove them ?

No punishments involving NPCs. There is a small change for them to have one of the plugs on them along with the belt. I can't remember the exact chance, but something along the lines of 5%, it's supposed to be a 'punishment' after all, can't have half the army disobeying orders.

 

As for the belt interactions, as they're handled by DD - Integration mod the mechanics are the same, which means you can loot them from corpses without the key.

I've had one of the oddest glitches from this file. while testing it I took off my belt twice to see the punishment scene, and  after the initial portion was finished the general said something along the line have have a nice night then my character kind of twitched and I proceeded to run all the way to Korvanjund then ran through the luckily cleared dungeon (just finished delivering the note to whiterun) ran right up to Legate Rikke and stopped I'm going to let it run to see if it lets me go (i restarted prior to getting caught without the belt and once i was caught it did it again)

I have no idea what this means, it also says there is an issue with my installation of devious devices, however, I have uninstalled an reinstalled both of them.  Is this an issue with my load order?

Ehh... the punishments don't refer to Rikke in any way, plus I've seen skyrim glitch out in odd ways a few times, so unless you can provide a reliable way to reproduce this and a papyrus log of it, it's safe to say it's a one time glitch with skyrim.

This error message perhaps?

 

A fatal error has occurred with your installation of Devious Devices. Incomplete uninstall attempt perhaps? Aborting update chain.

That only happens if there's something seriously wrong with the mods, and it's also what brings up the error message during the punishments. You might have luck resolving it by doing a clean save without any of the DD mods and then reinstalling them.

I have only a small suggestion now, could you add an option to "reset punishment location" please?

When my Character is bound on the cross, the location is wrong, so does during sex action. 

 

Another, how long will my character will be bound? It has taken lots of time...

Are you playing imperials?

There really isn't much to do about the player location on the cross, it sometimes goes slightly off the correct position. It's basically a glorified chair from technical standpoint, so only thing you could do is get off it and "sit" again, and that might go off again.

 

As for the time, it's until next morning between 10:00 - 12:00. The longest possible time is if you get caught around 6 in the morning, waiting over a day. You can speed it up somewhat with the timescale option, though it'll still go to the normal time speed when someone approaches you.

I had hoped the braziers might help frostfall users, but I guess it doesn't help that much in blizzards ;) But nope, won't be separating it in to parts. My original intention was to have an option to automatically wait until couple of hours before the release time, so you'd see the "normal" visitors but most likely miss the side-specific extra scenes, the beginnings of that are still commented out in the scripts. But at the time couple of months ago when I was initially doing the punishments I couldn't find any way to actually do the wait, and I'm not sure there even is one. Though if someone can point me a way to do that, I'll add it in :)

Just in case you didn't read between the lines of my post (since I didn't actually say which parts) I was thinking of the whipping and the cage as the two parts. 

 

Anyway, love the mod. It's a base part of my gameplay now.

I just leave here a couple of screenshot about how a punishment in Solitude looks like.

Did I understand right, that's the only location for Imperials atm?

Yup, it's the only location for imperials. The reason stormcloaks have multiple locations is because it made more sense to have Galmar handle them than Ulfric, and he travels around in the camps. And I think that also fits the stormcloak aesthetic a bit better (which is also why the sides have different gag and belt models). It's still the same stuff regardless of location though.

Small update:

 

v1.6a
- Visitors playing with players inflatable plugs should now be positioned more reliably at the correct location
- some misc script tweaks

 

Basically, positioning of the NPCs who come to play with the plugs is now handled with scripts, instead of the manually positioned locations. Which means they should be at the exact same position at each punishment location.

  • Blocks civil war quest progress if player is seen without her belt by Tullius/Galmar
  • ... until they have a chance to correct the situation.
  • Punishment scenes, including whippings if you're incapable of following orders

Ok, I managed to get tied, and locked outside on the Xcross, now I got another problem

 

I'm playing for Stormcloaks, I'm tied up outside the Palace of Kings, but Galmar won't leave, and I think because of that, guards or ppl who want to toy with my character wont come near me.

 

Am I missing smth here T_T ?

 

Are we playing the same game? There is no xcross on the stormcloak side.

 

And yes, you're missing something, details from your post :P. At what point does galmar get stuck at? What has he done/said last? Also, post your papyrus log of the event, makes it a lot easier to troubleshoot and help, can't really say much else without it.

There is a little suggestion, maybe this mod can add the ability to taking change side of civil war after Jagged crown quest into account.

 

Just like all we know, whether we join which side in the beginning, we still can choose giving the Jagged crown to each side.

 

For instance, if I join the Imperial, I still can give the crown to Ulfric and change side to Stormcloak, vice versa.

 

If it is not complicate, I think maybe you can add the ability to this situation.
