I think I've ran into a bug or a conflict. I'm at the part where the Master forcefully equips items on me after she invites me to 'try' them. I found all three notes, talked to the slave, and then she told me to talk to the assistants. When I did, I got the dialogue where it said something like "can you help me get keys?" and then they reply "yes, but it'll cost you". After that, nothing happens. Even if I add 99999 gold to my inventory, the dialogue still yields no results. What am I missing?

Get with me and let me know what you would need me to do. I have an idea of what is necessary and likely isn't too difficult but just a little time consuming (not as bad as making 4 different sets of every metal device available in CD though).

So I've been watching this mod since 2.0 and would like to thank you for taking the time to continuing developing it.

 

I played through most of Property Slave and whilst I was in the manor section, I grew a bit bored and decided to see what would happen should you consistently fail most of the quotas where I ran into a completely game/quest breaking issue along with a few other problems.

 

Here's how that went.

 

The first issue (Minor) I've noticed is that several NPCs would occasionally wander into the cage where the player character sleeps or attempt to while the door is closed. Not game breaking, but annoying.

 

The second issue I experienced (game breaking, but not to the point where the game crashed) during this (which I experienced once or twice whilst playing through normally) was that when he'd go to check on the barrel and you character would walk to the standing point, there was a possibility of your character not making it to the point and just stand a bit off the spot. Nothing would progress and you'd just stand there unable to do anything.

 

The third issue (Major) is that upon failing to the point where the player character is about to be taken outside to be used as a plaything, the NPC placing items on you will wander off to do other things after placing the restrictive corset and the like. After a minute the blindfold would be placed on my character and he'd return to take my character outside.

 

The fourth and last issue I experience completely broke the mod and the game's dialogue (but not the the point where the game crashed). Upon getting outside, the moment my character was chained to the post, dialogue just completely broke and absolutely nothing progressed. Any dialogue would just end up being blank. Attempting to wait resulted in my character walking back towards the mine as if she was still supposed to be doing the previous stage of the property slavery.

 

Either way, I enjoyed the rest of the mod and had very little problems, thanks for taking the time to make this great mod. I'd be willing to post images and the like of what happened, but that will be on hold since I'm gonna be going on vacation shortly. Also since my game didn't crash, I don't have any logs for ya to potentially look through.

 

The issue with the wandering Overseer is likely due to delays in equipping the items, since it is dialogue npc's can end up wandering around at times like that.

 

As for what happened at the post I will check it out. It is set up that a traveler should pass by every so often and Raccan would greet them. Is Raccan greeting any travelers or is everyone just standing around? As for going back inside that should not happen until about 8pm but you should be teleported once you get a short distance from the position near the road.

 

 

Funniest thing that happened while developing this was I forgot that animals and such are considered actors and Raccan chased a rabbit around trying to offer it my services.

 

 

He's making gestures, but it appears to be to the player character. The dialogue on screen is just "Raccan : (absolutely nothing here)". Every NPC's dialogue would end up having the same problem as well.

 

Interesting thing to note is that when I tried to talk to him there appeared to be code/scripting mixed in with his dialogue (talking to him actually got what I assume the player is supposed to reply with when someone walks up to you in terms of responses).

This tells me you updated from V3 to V4 without restarting a new game.

In V4 those notes, dialogue and quest that contains it does not exist. V3 and V4 are not compatible AT ALL, start a new game.

First off, thanks for the update! looking forward to playing it, But..

 

Somehow i get the delivery quest only once at the beginning - which works fine.

 

After that i get only the Retrieval Quest, and later the mining quest. 

I am using a new save so I don't really know where to look for the cause..

So after spending an entire ingame day and 2 real life hours slowly trudging through the scenes, restarting and getting through the same process all over again, after having my character getting reamed by tentacle monsters atleast a hundred times (Not particularly chaste anymore) I noticed that my Exposure had increased to the point where I was gaining more arousal than I could possibly hope to loose it whenever the painfully few actual Masturbation scenes, making it quite literally impossible to get out of that scenario.

So is there something I can possbly do to fix this or Can this only be fixed on your end?

It is a new game on a level 1 character, the only thing I did was go directly to Captured Dreams and doing one delivery job before coming back to relieve my character.

I guess I can post my Mod List as well

First off, thanks for the update! looking forward to playing it, But..

 

Somehow i get the delivery quest only once at the beginning - which works fine.

There is a cool down time, they are not available immediately as they were before. If you want an idea of how long it is until it is available again do the following in the console:

SQV CDxTaskManager

 

Look for Timer_PkgDelivery_var as that will be the number of days until it is available again. The quest itself has a 1-3 day cooldown at minimum (2 days +/- 1 day.

 

Just about every quest is controlled by the Task Manager. It checks to see if the conditions are met for the quest to run (stats or some quest stages), decides if it should run (if it has a random chance to activate) and how long it is until it is available and in some cases how long it is available for until it resets it and starts the check process on it all over again.

 

Variables with Timer and Avail are the main ones to look for in it.

I found that some masturbation scenes would not reduce the arousal level much if at all and others reduced it quite a bit and is likely something between SexLab and Aroused. You can set your arousal level in Aroused manually (do it before the end of the scene). Another thing to help is to reduce the rate of arousal multiplier in belts in the Devious Devices menu to 1 so it does not accumulate as fast.

As I said previously, Masturbation scenes only lowered arousal by 2 points per Masturbation scene, the biggest problem being that 90% of all the scenes playing where from Estrus with tentacle monsters, dwemer machines and goo monsters, which didn't decrease the arousal at all. was it intended or does it pick the wrong animations for some reason?

Testing experience so far:

I'm led to believe DDi 3.0beta is the recommended version thus far. Captured dreams v4 is the only mod outside of DDi itself that interfaces with DD in my load order.

 

Using ContentConsumer's Alternate Starts and Simple Slavery, a new game was started with the property slave start selected.

1) The opening scene on the ship encountered no issues.

2) The new slave in the mines scene began. The PC was misaligned with the X-cross. Not game breaking but I thought I would mention it.

3) The scene continued without any further issues up until Mecius continued to loop in his dialogue after issuing a pickaxe and miner's clothes and control is returned to the PC. Since he kept force-greeting until I ran away from him, I ended up with multiple miners' clothes and pickaxes.

4) After evading his line-of-sight to try and mine ore, attempting to use an ore node played no animation. I had to physically hit the node in order for it to yield ore.  Not a CD problem.

 

This is as far as I got before seeing if anyone else encountered similar issues here on the forum.

Would it get past the line with the code or end there? There should be 2 more lines after that then the sex scene would start.

The misalignment on the X-Cross is not something I can fix.

 

I suggest not trying to force the dialogue or anything like that. I need to change the walkaway dialogue setting for the end part or it will repeat, if it ends normally it should stop.

 

The reason you can't mine ore is you are still technically in the scene with the force greet which keeps you from using furniture (mining ore is considered furniture). Try the following to stop it: Stopscene xx173797   xx is the load order position of CD.

The first issue (Minor) I've noticed is that several NPCs would occasionally wander into the cage where the player character sleeps or attempt to while the door is closed. Not game breaking, but annoying.

 

The second issue I experienced (game breaking, but not to the point where the game crashed) during this (which I experienced once or twice whilst playing through normally) was that when he'd go to check on the barrel and you character would walk to the standing point, there was a possibility of your character not making it to the point and just stand a bit off the spot. Nothing would progress and you'd just stand there unable to do anything.

 

The third issue (Major) is that upon failing to the point where the player character is about to be taken outside to be used as a plaything, the NPC placing items on you will wander off to do other things after placing the restrictive corset and the like. After a minute the blindfold would be placed on my character and he'd return to take my character outside.

 

The fourth and last issue I experience completely broke the mod and the game's dialogue (but not the the point where the game crashed). Upon getting outside, the moment my character was chained to the post, dialogue just completely broke and absolutely nothing progressed. Any dialogue would just end up being blank. Attempting to wait resulted in my character walking back towards the mine as if she was still supposed to be doing the previous stage of the property slavery.

 

Either way, I enjoyed the rest of the mod and had very little problems, thanks for taking the time to make this great mod. I'd be willing to post images and the like of what happened, but that will be on hold since I'm gonna be going on vacation shortly. Also since my game didn't crash, I don't have any logs for ya to potentially look through.

 

The issue with the wandering Overseer is likely due to delays in equipping the items, since it is dialogue npc's can end up wandering around at times like that.

 

As for what happened at the post I will check it out. It is set up that a traveler should pass by every so often and Raccan would greet them. Is Raccan greeting any travelers or is everyone just standing around? As for going back inside that should not happen until about 8pm but you should be teleported once you get a short distance from the position near the road.

 

 

Funniest thing that happened while developing this was I forgot that animals and such are considered actors and Raccan chased a rabbit around trying to offer it my services.

 

 

He's making gestures, but it appears to be to the player character. The dialogue on screen is just "Raccan : (absolutely nothing here)". Every NPC's dialogue would end up having the same problem as well.

 

Interesting thing to note is that when I tried to talk to him there appeared to be code/scripting mixed in with his dialogue (talking to him actually got what I assume the player is supposed to reply with when someone walks up to you in terms of responses). 

 

 

Yes, the coding (there to keep me organized when writing it) is still there but it should still work as the dialogue links are in place as are the scripts.

Would it get past the line with the code or end there? There should be 2 more lines after that then the sex scene would start.

Testing experience so far:

I'm led to believe DDi 3.0beta is the recommended version thus far. Captured dreams v4 is the only mod outside of DDi itself that interfaces with DD in my load order.

 

Using ContentConsumer's Alternate Starts and Simple Slavery, a new game was started with the property slave start selected.

1) The opening scene on the ship encountered no issues.

2) The new slave in the mines scene began. The PC was misaligned with the X-cross. Not game breaking but I thought I would mention it.

3) The scene continued without any further issues up until Mecius continued to loop in his dialogue after issuing a pickaxe and miner's clothes and control is returned to the PC. Since he kept force-greeting until I ran away from him, I ended up with multiple miners' clothes and pickaxes.

4) After evading his line-of-sight to try and mine ore, attempting to use an ore node played no animation. I had to physically hit the node in order for it to yield ore.

 

This is as far as I got before seeing if anyone else encountered similar issues here on the forum.

 

The misalignment on the X-Cross is not something I can fix.

 

I suggest not trying to force the dialogue or anything like that. I need to change the walkaway dialogue setting for the end part or it will repeat, if it ends normally it should stop.

 

The reason you can't mine ore is you are still technically in the scene with the force greet which keeps you from using furniture (mining ore is considered furniture). Try the following to stop it: Stopscene xx173797   xx is the load order position of CD.

I played through most of Property Slave and whilst I was in the manor section, I grew a bit bored and decided to see what would happen should you consistently fail most of the quotas where I ran into a completely game/quest breaking issue along with a few other problems.

The text from all the NPCs also broke before engaging in conversation.

 

Not sure if that's related at all or another issue entirely.

Thank you for your response and assistance.

 

The looping dialogue did not occur upon trying again. I presume by forcing dialogue, you mean not clicking through it to get to the next line? If so, that's fair enough.

 

Some additional questions then, regarding the MCM options:

-Player Info -> Difficulty: Are we allowed to know what exactly this adjusts? My current guess is quotas are adjusted.

-The quests all default to OFF as I saw in the mod description. I am unsure if they are "start now" toggles or if it just means they'll become available when conditions are met for them to start.

I get stuck at asking for delivery quest.

I can hear collar getting equipped and message: "plugs sliding out" but after Master keeps repeating: Stop moving around. <<May repeat>>

It is never ending loop.

 

Chaste life is completely disabled.

I figured the problem out myself finally.

I've changed back Belt Style Preference in MCM configuration from Harness to Any.

 

Funny thing it was harness that was equipped after all.

Type of material i have set in MCM is Leather.

 

But can you check what is up with that setting?
