I cannot, for the life of me, understand how to use github or where to download the appropriate files for it.

Can I please request you go into a more detailed step-by-step on how to get this to work?

I'm also playing on the Game Pass version, if that complicates things at all?

As far as using github goes, you want to go to "Releases" on the right side rather than anything from the main page. In this case, from Reloaded-II you want Release.zip and Setup.exe from the most recent version. Install Reloaded-II before running Setup.exe. Their site has some decent explanation on using the launcher. https://reloaded-project.github.io/Reloaded-II/ You will place UnrealEssentials (from the most recent release https://github.com/AnimatedSwine37/UnrealEssentials) as well as your unzipped mod folders into the ".Reloaded II/Mods" directory. Manage your mods and launch P3R from Reloaded-II.
