Thanks much. I looked at the log. There are a few errors from Ebonitium in it, but they all look harmless to me and none seem to be related to the slave quest. I guess that's both good news and also bad as there's still no clear error we can pinpoint. What does ReSaver tell you when you inspect your savegame file? Any startup problem warnings, anything in the Suspended Stacks count, or a high number of Active Scripts which could indicate trouble? A few other things come to mind: 1) That's a BIG log for just a few minutes of gameplay. Mine are a a bit over 100 kB and not over 2 MB. There's a lot going on there and several mods spewing errors. I'd say there's a good chance that your Papyrus is overloaded. 2) There's 1500 lines of startup errors and warnings, before the first instance of the "VM is thawing..." entry. I suppose most of these are likely harmless, but it also points to a big load order and possibly too many performance-heavy mods for a DD-focused playthrough? 3) I also see several DD-related errors in there which I don't have in my game which might point to a faulty DD installation. I'm using DD NG and UD, though one or two versions behind latest (my current game has been running for almost nine months real-time and well over a year in-game time). 4) You're running the XPMSE scaling plugin. It spews error after error into your log. You can switch that mod off -- the only thing you need for custom bodies, Racemenu and morphing is what's included in the meshes folder of XPMSE. Also, I've found this which I haven't tested but looks promising: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/44252
SullenMan Posted January 18 Posted January 18 Enormous potential and absolute boredom. It's impossible to play this at a slow speed. You have to use cheats, and the game turns into a flying circus. Overall, a complete waste of time. You could have done it much better.

ZephyrusVenti Posted January 19 Posted January 19 Finally got around to completing the questline for this, and gotta say, I loved it! Yeah, things got slow at times, but that was rather the point, and still pretty interesting a break from usual gameplay in my opinion. Really appreciated something that was different from "the dragonborn gets enslaved and fucked every 30 seconds" that a lot of other quest mods do. Though I do have a question for after you've beaten the questline: Spoiler Does Safia and the other npcs that leave the store show up anywhere else after you beat the story? At least for the ending I got, the store's looking mighty empty, lol. All in all, great mod, thank you for making it!
El_Duderino Posted January 19 Author Posted January 19 7 hours ago, ZephyrusVenti said: Though I do have a question for after you've beaten the questline: Haha, yeah, I noticed that too that the store feels pretty lonely after all the "regular" endings (if the player doesn't use one of the earlier ends). I have some things in mind. Some easier ones I have already implemented, though admittedly they make the store even emptier: You can buy Aneke You can recruit Mera as your personal guard and feature-rich follower who has a lot to say about your past and present relationship. You can buy the ponies The poor workers, guards and the boss are then all alone in Ebonitium. I have a few ideas for that, but they all mean writing a new story quest which of course takes "a while". But no, I'm not quite done with Ebonitium yet. However, I don't want to do much work in the main .esp from Ebonitium again. It was my first real mod and I have a feeling (or perhaps just superstition) that it's only being held together by hope and prayer. So I made a new mod to expand on the Ebonitium story:
bubba999 Posted February 5 Posted February 5 Trying to find a last damn empty tankard in the training room! Can someone give me the commands to just get past this? Thanks.

No guarantee that it actually works -- it's been so long that I forgot how half the mod atcually works under the hood. The ghost might also be able to help, but I don't remember if her services are available for all cleaning tasks or only the later ones. Spoiler SetPQV AR_Q_SlaveryHandler TaskEmptyTankardsRemain 0 3

That line worked, thanks!
hu7rx Posted February 16 Posted February 16 (edited) I created a simple patch for LUX. I made it for myself, but I thought It would be nice to share it here as well. Ebonitium_Lux Patch.zip Spoiler Edited March 5 by hu7rx Changed the lights to look closer to the original illumination 1

Thank you for sharing the patch! Goodness, that looks gloomy. Quite a nice match for the story and setting! I've taken the liberty of adding a link to your post to the mod's main page. I hope you don't mind.

Can't be sure though since I'm new to CK.

I don't think anything has changed in the cell and lighting records through the core updates.
Tsukiha738 Posted February 21 Posted February 21 Hello! I've been interested in trying this mod. In the beginning in cage I assume I should sleep to progress through story but I can't interact with Bed Roll properly: camera just locks on place and nothing happens. Could this be some incompatibility with "Go to Bed" mod? Or can custom race cause any problems with this? (using Daedra Seducer Race mod).

Could this be some incompatibility with "Go to Bed" mod? Or can custom race cause any problems with this? The black bedroll is a standard Skyrim bed with a new texture, but without any added or altered functionality. It should function just like any other bed in Skyrim. Can you use other beds in the game while wearing similar devious devices (i.e., armbinder and/or hobble dress)? The "magic" happens in the quest script, which watches for player sleep events (RegisterForSleep, OnSleepStart, OnSleepStop to be precise) to advance certain stages of the quest. Potentially any mod that interferes with those events could cause trouble -- but I don't know if the mod you mentioned or a custom race can be blamed. I believe there are also mods that forcibly interrupt the player's sleep state, these could also be potential suspects, though I'm not sure if they could cause the camera getting stuck? 1
Tsukiha738 Posted February 22 Posted February 22 For now I disabled "Go to Bed" and everything works.

Excuse me, but from what I understood it's not problem with your mod: I tried teleporting to other locations and checked regular beds - had same issue while armbinders are equipped. It's more like issue with combination of other mods + armbinders. So it's not conflict with Ebonitium, you can probably remove that from incompatibilities. Thank you for your support! 1

I tried putting Ebonitium super early and super late on my load order as well but no change. Also running the latest DD/DD NG. The only time I saw devices work here is at the start of slavery (leather collar) and then when I skipped training using setstage, it systematically managed to equip the maid outfit. But any type of equip through dialogue/quest seems to do nothing. Saved my life years later buddy with ur fix for this one Edited May 31 by gfumbleigh
