The mod itself is pretty stable, it can't break your save as long as you don't remove it mid game. All gameplay impacting features (Weight and armor rating updates, experience gains, wet effects, etc...) can be disabled with MCM and if you just ignore the Sensuality perk tree, you won't even know Sexcraft is installed if you don't use it.

My priority is to release v1.0 and make sure it runs smoothly when P+ phase 2 gets "public". After that, I've got other mods to work on.
Since P+ is expected to be backwards compatible with regular SL (like OAR for DAR), I don't plan to port Sexcraft as there probably won't be any need to.

I can understand why. To be fair, P+ is a very promising framework, but it's not yet ready for mainstream use. IMHO, it works well but my LO is pretty simple (I only use 3 adult mods, including this one...) and I like tinkering with stuff. Use it if you're curious or if you want to provide feedback.

Not for the latest version, unfortunately. However, it should not be too difficult to update the old patch. You just need to add the new "Courtship Display" perk to the tree and ensure that the perk links are correct.

Yes, weight scaling is purely cosmetic. The same goes for the Pheromones wet effects and the Sex demon overlays. These are mainly visual changes that signal progress in the sensuality tree, allowing you to gradually unlock “lewd” traits as a reward for your grind.

It depends what you mean by conflict.

 

You can use Sexcraft alongside any perk overhaul as long as you load it after them. This will replace their speechcraft tree, and this is intended since Sexcraft is a speechcraft overhaul. Many users (myself included) install it alongside Vanilla, Adamant or Vokrii without issues.

 

That being said, as a general rule, any mod that grant you the same buffs as Sexcraft without requiring you to invest in the speech skill tree will conflict. Thinking about SPERG's automatic perks here - I don't use this mod but they seem to provide "automatic" perks that you unlock by just leveling. Depending on how this was implemented, SPERG may still grant you their automatic perks for speechcraft when Sexcraft is installed, completely destroying the balance of the game since they very much overlap with what Sexcraft offers.

 

Other than that, you shouldn't have any major problems, nothing that will destroy your save in any case. Worst case scenario you unbalance your game. If you have any doubts, give me the name of the mods you'd like to use with Sexcraft and I'll take a look.

Is there a chance that you could make version pf Sexcraft work with regular sexlab? Sexlab P+ doesn't work with separate orgasims which is a deal breaker for me. I dont know how hard that would be but that be great to just put on a todo-list for now. I really love your mod and i wish i could use it with my current mod setup right now.

You have separate orgasm compatibility built in P+ now, and Sexcraft is compatible :)
You just need to set the orgasm mode to separate in the settings. The minigame is not implemented (yet?), but a patch to display the widgets is available. See MissCorruption's gist for more info (the "What about SexLab Separate Orgasm SE (SLSO)?" paragraph).

When you say that sexcraft is compatible do you mean it can work with regular sexlab now?

Sorry, I meant that Sexcraft is compatible with P+ own separate orgasms feature (it was implemented a few weeks ago). Not with SLSO + regular SL.

 

Regular SL compatibility is out of scope for now, I probably won't do it as I'd rather focus my dev time on new features, new mods and bug fixes.
But Sexcraft version 1.0 is coming "soonish". With it, I'll provide the script source and documentation. I believe some people have expressed interest in porting Sexcraft to regular SL so that'll be the right time to do it if they still want to do it.

You should disable this feature from their mod, or disable Sexcraft weight updates depending on what you prefer.

Thanks. What pregnancy mod are you using along with slp+?

Depends on the character, I try new mods every time I start a new game.

 

I currently use Hentai Pregnancy and I like it. As a bonus, it can also handle inflation. I've also tested fancier alternatives (Fertility mode, fill her up, ...) but not with P+ and I like the simplicity and the "all in one" approach of hentai pregnancy so I think I'll stick with it.

 

If you use it, don't forget to also install the Bodyscaling - Bodymorph v5 to enable the belly scaling effect.

Oh i really want to use Hentai Pregnancy but no matter what i cant make it work. I did some qq on slp+ discord about it tho lol. Pregnancy wont kick at all. What is  Bodyscaling - Bodymorph v5 btw? Is it another mod or something that should be enabled in mcm?

Because it sucks! There I say it. It's buggy and like Todd Howard it simply doesn't work.

I hope that gets the message across. It's actually worse than Babo Fill her up or the the other one Approach. They don't work!!!

Probably the last one before v1.0? Not sure yet. Please let me know if you have any bugs to report, requests, or balance concerns. Now is a good time.

 

Some explanations about changes introduced in version 0.12.0:

 

Naughty thoughts feature
Sometimes, as a player, you want your character to be aroused but there's no game mechanic for that. I added this small feature to help roleplay in these situations.

It can also be useful before a fight to trigger the effects of Courtship display. To avoid abuse, increasing your arousal in this way also distracts you, considerably reducing your armor rating, so it's best not to use it at any time. Of course, you don't mind that if you weren't wearing armor to begin with...

 

Perverted thirst update

This perk suffered from several flaws in my opinion.

1. It required the player to look in the magic menu for the effects of racial bonuses to be able to exploit them.
2. Racial bonuses are very specific and are only of interest for certain types of builds.
3. Having a random partner is unsatisfactory because there is little chance that the racial bonus will be exploitable in the player's situation.

 

I think a good way to mitigate these problems is to grant the player an additional generic buff, independent of the partner's race. I chose a health regeneration buff because it made sense in the context of this perk, and it's almost always useful. This allows me to keep what makes the perk interesting, namely the racial bonuses, but also to make it more versatile. The most motivated players will be able to look at the racial effects in the menus and the others will know that they have at least a generic health regeneration bonus. I also renamed the magic effects provided by this perk to make them easier to find in the UI.

 

I don't think it unbalances the game, as the existing racial bonuses were very situational, and the new health regeneration buff is less than that of the weakest potion (but lasts longer, a bit like what Starfrost does for food).

Choose whatever mod you prefer to handle that.

 

With sexcraft you'll need the perk for the wet effect, and it will never go away (unless you disable the feature in MCM).

With wet function redux, the effect is dynamic and depends on the situation and your settings.

 

You can use wet function redux for NPCs and Sexcraft for the player, or just disable the feature in Sexcraft and use Wet function redux alone, or just Sexcraft.

As you see fit.

This message is often displayed when Sexlab is unable to find any animation for the requested scene. Installing more animation packs should fix it.

 

You can also see more infos in-game by enabling the debug mode in Sexlab's MCM. That should give you some hints in the console.

If this is not enough, see this tutorial to enable papyrus logging.
