Sorry - you are constantly attacking people here - who do NOT like the game and also express this.

Your arguments are constantly going around in circles and are also pretty thin.

I don't like the game either - I didn't have high expectations of the game long before its release - precisely because I know the subterranean quality of the products from this manufacturer.

Without mods, I wouldn't even want to know that I had bought and played it.

The fact that I still play Skyrim or Fallout today and even write my own blog stories with them - is not due to the programme manufacturer - but to the mod community.

To give a performance ratio ... from the manufacturer 5-10% ... from the UNPAID mod creators 90-95%.

And as long as a Todd H. proclaims to me - that I will get a great game when I buy it - I know I will be brazenly lied to and get a handful of crap.

So I know that based on my own 20 year experience with this game maker.

But watching the first videos released has UNDERcut those already low expectations.

And being able to try it out for myself ... COMPLETELY DESTROYED the last vestige of hope!

Side quests are supposed to be a strength of "Bugdesta" ... well - that may have been the case - but in the current game ... but maybe we just took the wrong quest.

My wife met a generation ship last night - such a huge "box" that travels at sub-light speed for such a long time - that several generations of people have been conceived, born, lived and died there - until one reaches the destination of the journey.

Hey - thought my wife - I know something like that "elite" - let's see what's going on here.

What happened in the next 2 hours ... was really something to be ashamed of.

a) The colony ship is met in orbit of the target planet - which is already populated - for several decades.

b) the colonists are denied the landing of their people

c) You as the still unrecognised super-hero and top diplomat are to mediate

d) The colonists are not 10 million people - the planet is in fact empty "wilderness" - but nevertheless they fear to be overrun by the "strangers".

e) They are not interested in the clearly older claims of the colonists on the generation ship - after all, they were the first to arrive and the planet is now OUR property.

f) If they want to come down here - they can only do so as slaves or serfs.

g) The options were to blow up the ship - make the inhabitants of the colony ship slaves - or to find an FTL drive so that they can continue to fly.

 

From here on, a self-reflecting member of humanity - who had visited the completely devastated Earth just a few hours earlier - would actually have to go into the airlock without a spacesuit and press the emergency button ... because such an obviously stupid race has the learning curve of a steeply sloping road - which has learned nothing from its self-inflicted disasters.

We stopped playing then, preferring to watch an episode of "Foundation".

It's a Freaking game, Bethesda put out Skyrim, and Fallout 4, Give it a chance and if you can't quit thrashing those of us who are more open minded and want something different, fresh to play!

 

Moderators- why haven't you toned this down, it is not a pleasurable experience to even try to learn from.

I like the game as it is, despite the technical difficulties I'm currently experiencing.

I've never hated a game and I'm not trying to do Starfield, but it's never been that hard.

I can partially understand it, I could also write pages about what I don't like about the game and can't understand liking it.

Practically everything I've never liked about Fallout and Skyrim only worse and more noticeable, certainly also because it's not 2010 anymore.

Maybe someday the community will do Bethesda's work and it'll be okay but for now...

I've been nothing but attacked on this thread simply for saying that I thought the game was dog shit. I didn't ask others to fight me for having that opinion. But you guys did it anyway. This "community" is starting to turn into something like what is seen on Steam; I get attacked, then I get blocked for defending myself. I'm done. No more replies to anyone that disagrees with me.
