The banana bread effect of the skin texture is a result of using SRG textures and multiple body freckle overlays from Freckle Mania. You would know all this if you read the readme for the follower, which is linked at the location from which you got this image. And where do I find this follower?

So I just found out that the top portion of the outfit ALSO comes from Belt Girl 2, can someone PLEASE find or upload a proper version of the file?
