If it is a mask, where can I find it? Its from Vindictus , one of the Arisha's sets Silver Fox. Most likely a private port because I haven't found a public link yet.

There you have the name, now just google it. Don't just google the name, that won't get you anywhere. Add in site names to narrow them down. I found this while sorting the mod dump on my HD. Can't be bothered to check it in-game also since I'm preparing for a huge upgrade. Kudos to whoever the great Halofarm, who was responsible for the conversion. NailflanConversions.7z I also like to add more salt onto that wound so, cheers to that one butthurt guy.
