Checked the CK too. Nada.

It's one of Jackga's armors, from Vindictus called Leather Bear Skirt. You need to download the original from Jackga's thread here on LL, then replace the meshes with the SevenBase one.

Cool, thanks The hood is from the Gwelda Armour pack from the same person, it is the vampire hood in that pack cant remeber what the name of the hair colour for the hood is though (Each hood has a themed hair colour). So i can not remove the top-parts like seen in the image. Any help possible how i can make this? Id reallly love to see exactly this armor in my game! Thank you!

I think...Deviously Cursed Loot. There's an option to turn it off in the MCM menu.
