It is not the parthurnax Armor but a similar Alduin Armor that uses his textures. The textures of the dragons a different. The Correct mesh was posted by ACanOfWin. And sadly ( for me ) the Alduin Armor is for ADEC not 7B. The character in the picture has also a pair of extra wings equipped (well no shit? ).
