Oh don't worry, i think i asked it the wrong way anyway. Screw the screenshot for a second, do you know of anything that gives real intense makeup around the eyes? It shouldn't be a corpse paint though.

It's a spell which causes the player-character to lactate on command. If you have Hearthfire, you can save the milk as an item.
