I have that and it came in one of two clothing sets. Either http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/31762/? or Latex UPDATE for UNP.7z (don't remember where I got this from :lol:). I think it's called black metallic bikini (latex).

 

The large hoop earrings are here on LL in both silver and gold, HDT and non-HDT. Search for "hoop earrings" and you're sure to find some. I have the non-HDT version and use them myself.

Hairs are from Sg pack 268 edition, the earring are from here: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/11130/? I think
