I looked through the thread to see if this question had been asked but I didn't saw it, so forgive me if someone already replied to either.

Ive been trying to get a more JRPG look on my PC to no avail.

 

More likely not a race mod per say, probably a combination of Skin tex and ECE.

Not really sure what skin tex those are though.

Getting too distracted from my studies. 

What mod is everyone using for this studio background zone?

Or if anyone knows of any good vanilla or other mod buidings, areas, or zones that have a (more eye pleasing) scene that compliments the character women within them?

I know that's very subjective, but I feel like we would all have a pleasent first impression of this background for example.

First one is the Skyrim Academy. Just a giant building for screenshots. Great lighting.

Although I don't have the actual tattoo mod, I do have the PSD files that came with it. With these you can create your own using the designs included.
