[mod] Regula Magistri 2

Is there any way to prevent subjects becoming regula governship despite me being Feudal Emperor and my Paelex are still Feudal Queens. I really don't like the Admin Government format. It gets really annoying to manage.

@nerfed89 That is a comics from Mctek called the Collector. Up to 7 chapters are available if you look on sharing sites that I will not mention here.

Hey it seems once I get to Godlike Piety level, Mutare Corpus and Mutare visio does not work, as in it's selectable but it no longer increases traits. Those two spells work until you hit Demigod and Godlike then they cease to work. Is this a bug?

is it normal that one can not expand the 'secondary spouses' tab? is there a seperyte mod needed?

I currently have abt 40 secondary spouses, and i can not expand the tab like children or concubines tab. when i click it, the tab just displays nothing...

please help!

Not sure if this is helpful but it has been working for me.

So I had something pop up in a previous game that I think is a part of this mod that increases the health of the prisoners in your dungeon so they don't die off on you, and can't figure out how to trigger it again. Is it a part of this mod or is it something else?

Also, sorry I've taking up a lot of space on here, but because of the vassal limit I've been trying to consolidate and discovered that whoever is the court chaplain cannot be granted appointments. Could this possibly be fixed?

No extra mods are needed. Other mods can cause the issue that you are experiencing, even if they seem like they shouldn't cause any conflict. Best way to test it is to disable everything except Carnalitas and RM to see if it works, then enable any other mods one at a time to find the conflict.

Hey! Thanks for the help! I was able to build a palace in the county of York. Quick question though, when you say make the palace holding your duchy de jure, what does that exactly mean? I make the palace holding the county capital, but still didn't get the special building slot.

You have to go to the Decision to Relocate De Jure, then select the Duchy option. I think it works only after you've held the title for a certain amount of time, but by the point you have a Palace, that shouldn't be an issue. And once more, to actually use the Special Building for the Palace, you have to un-comment it in common > buildings > regula_palace_special_buildings. Remove the #'s for each line under <# Regula Dungeon> line.

The Regula religions are Temporal, thus have Lay Clergy, which means the Player Character is the Head of Faith. Because of this, the Player Character doesn't give their Temple holdings to the Archbishop. You can directly give them to people you select however, if you don't wish to use them. But otherwise you are the owner of all your Temples and directly control them unless you give them away to a character of your choosing.

I noticed with the Regula administrative government that when I appoint unlanded to duchy's there government type is "Regula" but when I make them convert from feudal their government type is "Administrative". Is there a way to fix this or is it all cosmetic?

I just wanted to add that I need to play this mod with cheats so I can create a custom artifact that adds -300% fertility because otherwise my game will crash once I have 80 children.  我只想补充一下,我需要用作弊来玩这个mod,这样我才能创造一个自定义的神器,增加-300%的生育率,因为否则一旦我有80个孩子,我的游戏就会崩溃。

Would it be possible to add some code to create an option to sacrifice one or more children in exchange for a piece of treasure? That would increase playability and also reduce the number of children (I don’t know how to code, sorry).

Domitans Tribunal is not quite working correctly for me. After the decision goes through the targeted Queen still gets the Paelex trait, divorces their husband but does not end up married to me. Anyone else seen this before?
Found the cause: Culture tenet only allowing up to 4 spouses

Great mod! My only issue was that in late-game I was getting constantly flooded with spam about my children being born/needing the appropriate guardians/coming of age etc. Would it be possible to add options to automate or ignore these? Possibly by making a decision that all daughters get the appropriate guardians and become Mulsa once they come of age, and then having that happen behind the scenes, and another that "my children are countless" that turns off the other notifications?

I recommend using a RUI for character window related stuff, with the accompanying carnalitas patch. That mod really save me the hassle of personally patching the .gui file for character window.

It also has multiple compatibility patch that doesn't interfere with each other so you can use lot's of UI mod at the same time.

There's a vanilla mod called "Auto appoint guardian" in steam. It's a life saver. However, I think all the notifications are slowing down my game. 50 years in each day on 5X speed takes about 5-10 seconds.

Is there a vanilla mod or a way to edit a trait that makes it so mulsa's don't visually age without becoming immortal?

I like the Workshop mod "Young and Beautiful".  It delays aging until 45, and then age slowly after that.

For the new Regula Admin govt, is it possible to only let Mulsa and above able to have titles in your realm? And will there also be some more Mandala-like interactions with tributaries, as well as adopting the Temple Citadels, but maybe through the Palaces (giving buildings with similar traits like the Citadel buildings, scaling with Level of Devotion, or the track exp when that's finished)?
And then, when possible, it'd be cool to be able to form Magistri Hegemonies in your region of choice, or for the Mediterranean/World religions to give that option instead. More regional options would also be nice, such as for Italia, Abyssinia, Siberia, etc.

I'm not 100% sure but does the send all children to their mothers decision happen automatically, or can I toggle to have it automatically happen? Not sure if it would be simple to have like a trigger every year to send over valid kids to reduce the hassle of educating all of em.

Far as I've seen it only sends the kids when you actually press the button to send them. A yearly check with that setting on would be a lot nicer bc I often forget about it and get a bunch of kids in my court that I don't want

The 6-8 piety level has a max vassel modifier (vassal_limit_max). I think by default if the modifer is not used at all, there is no max vassal limit, however if used once to the calculation, the limit will apply. You may need to change the regula gov type to accommodate that.

I tried this mod, and something is not working with maybe some of my other mods. None of the beauty traits change the appearance of any of the characters.

All the traits and flags that sets their appearance age are linked to immortality. Since it would probably break the game to have 500 immortal fertile characters constantly giving offspring is there a way to set an appearance age without making them immortal?

Hey so I been trying to use this with elf destiny mod any recomendation on how to combine the 2

They work fine together, just have RM after ED in load order. You'll need RM in with the Carnalitas mods anyways, so just have ED before Carnalitas.

This has already been made aware of, you could probably just change the file yourself with the fix that someone posted in the last two pages of the thread. Hopefully it should get patched up some more whenever the next update is.

Varangian Veterans art is not showing for me, not sure if it's a bug or because I load an old save instead of starting a new game (others like Vigmen, Huscarl, Bondi, normal MMAs and Regula MAAs are fine)

I'm having the exact same problem even when using only Carnalitas and Regula Magistri 2 in a playset. Is there any possibility that the art asset of the Verangian Veterans wasn't added in with the most recent release?
