Lmao a small amount. Keep kissing Capcom's ass a little more. They removed plenty of videos, even from japanese people showcasing that mod of shinyrosemods. The videos avalaible right now are only the newest and even those won't last long. And of course you forgot again to mention the threats they are sending to websites (what a coincidence).

 

Ahh yeah, Multiversus... that failure of a game that it's useful to show what happens when a company piss off their gamer community (disabling mods, for example).

Yes a SMALL amount... there's literally hundreds of thousands of Resident Evil 4 Remake videos on Youtube and even if they copyright strike a couple hundred that would be a SMALL amount... that's how numbers and math work.

 

What threats are they sending to sites? I know some people on twitter have emails... but what sites have they been threatening?

Anyone know who the paid modders are that make these mods? It's impossible to find them since they don't release on nexus. Also can you guys please take the arguments to DM's? Anytime I check back here when there's a new post it's not even resi related.

I know words are as hard as numbers... you claimed Capcom was threatening sites- that's with an S... that's a plural meaning more than one. A single guy posted one copyright strike on twitter for open3dlab. What are these other sites? Youngiesed also posted his model on smutbase- https://smutba.se/project/35758  Still fine... Capcom boogie man isn't coming for it.

 

Blowing things out of proportion? Where's your proof if you're so smart and I'm so dumb? What are these "sites" you claim they're threatening? Also copyright strikes aren't threats... they're exercising their legal rights as an IP holder.

To be completely fair and honest about the matter, it is quite suspicious that there are mods for Luis Sera, who was NOT in the Chainsaw Demo currently out in the public Nexus, where there is not a single mod for either Ashley or Ada on the public Nexus, save for one that restores Ashley's skirt. It is additionally suspicious that any mod that does go up, ends up quickly under moderation or is outright taken down, discounting the ones that were removed because they were reportedly stolen.

 

At this point, considering the popularity of the game, the speed and talent of RE modders (including the one that created the nude Luis Sera), and the fact that it has already been five days since the release of the game... it would be incredibly hard to believe that either Capcom or Nexus aren't purposely hindering the release of adult related or costume mods for the female characters exclusively.

Sorry I've tried to walk away a few times... but when I see people posting paranoid bullshit I have a hard time keeping my mouth shut. To answer your question, there hasn't been a paid mod released yet beyond that one terrible nude Ashley that's being passed around on this thread. When/if one that's actually worth supporting gets released I'll make sure it's covered in this thread.

 

It is also very much in the realm of possibility that a free nude mod will be posted to Nexus. You just have to give it time to be made and ignore the people making up all the boogie man stories.

Well since you so kindly brought it up... your argument is no mod should be pay walled because the modders don't own the IP? You're absolutely right... they don't. Free or for pay... makes no difference if the actual IP holder wants them taken down- they can. So why should that matter here? Paid mods exist just like free mods exist... and they will both continue to exist, unless the IP holder exercises their legal right to have them removed.

 

Again apologies for people trying to follow actual RE 4 modding news, but I have a hard time just ignoring dumb shit.

See you in a couple weeks when the quality Ashley and Ada nude mods have been working on enough that they're ready to be released. The Luis mod is just a head swap of the Leon mod btw for the boy who still thinks Nexus has some kind of gay agenda going on...

 

They're mostly hot by the western standards. They removed all the teenage characters like Sakura, Karin...

 

They also added a black girl character that fights like Ibuki, instead of bringing back Ibuki.

thats for making money off of a ip that isnt your so mods for games doesnt fall under dmca if it did all mods that have been created would cease to exist

Actually they can revoke your digital license to your steam copy any time they want... you actually don't own the game, you're just buying the right to use it. Just so you know where your rights actually stand.

She's Bushinryu you scrub... that's not even Ibuki's clan. I don't even know why I even bother to try to explain this stuff to people who clearly don't care to actually know what they're talking about. Her moveset is based off of Guy, who is her teacher... she's not even the first female Bushinryu character since you had Maki in CVS2.

 

Also Lilly is very clearly a teenager... but why the fuck am I even bothering.
