That looks like it's using her old face model though... it would land up being like the playable Ada mod where the face would not animate at all.

Making a good nude mod is HARD and it takes time. I hate that LL has basically turned into reddit the last couple months- if I were working on a mod... I certainly wouldn't want to share it with "fans" like these.

Then explain the Luis nude mods, since theyve had the same time frame as ashley mods.

Explain why mods for ashley and ada were pulled or blocked after they clearly had been made. Currently the leon to ada swap is still down, despite ada not being in the chainsaw demo... clearly nothing to do with "time"

So let me get this straight... if they didn't put out paid mods then they wouldn't have to worry about people pirating them? Saying paid mods are good is like, the definition of toxic positivity. "Microtransactions are good guys!" vibes.

Paid mods are cancer in this state, not only are they poor quality, theyre overpriced.

$0.5-$1 for a costume mod, depending on quality? Eh, sure. Thats about the reasonable cost of a cosmetic DLC.

$20 for a mod? You are insane. One mod costs the same as a full fledged DLC or about 35% of the full game... these mods are then laden with issues, clipping, errors etc

Imagine being such a soy boy simp you would defend $20 paid mods.

 

Then theres the legal issue, free mods are protected via copyright laws under free use, since theyre by definition transformative. The second you charge money for them, Capcom has the right to strike them down since youre commercialising their work and assets like the code. Gee, bet if paid mods didnt exist capcom wouldnt be on the censorship train right now, since pre-paid mod era RE2R was fine.

I know there's way too many pages on this thread and if you go back I already addressed this... but the nude Luis mod is literally just a head swap of the Leon mod. So please... just stop now, please don't clog up this thread more and we'll all be much better off.

So there's nude ada mods out there already?

 

What's happening? I can only find nude Leon and that's not really my personal thing.

 

Anyone have a file or explanation? Just really outta the loop here...

Only one nude mod for Ashley who is...meh, 1 skympy skin behind a paywall and that's all. Still need to wait

I'm just going to say this once to get it out of my system... promise everyone I will not engage the responses. It DOES NOT MATTER if it is free or for pay. Nintendo sent a cease and desist to Project M before Smash 4... Project M was totally free. AM2R very similar... they were working an a 3DS remake of Metroid 2... so Nintendo sent a cease and desist regardless of it it was a free fan game using original assets.

 

If you don't know what you're talking about... please for the love of god just shut the fuck up and wait for the nude mods.

 

If I were to take a guess at what happened to the playable Ada mod on Nexus- they already datamined that Capcom is planning on releasing Separate Ways as DLC for this game... a playable Ada in the campaign could be too close to that and Capcom is drawing the line on having it removed. Capcom has also been very cool and not asked the HD RE4 mod be taken down. At the end of the day though it is their choice... mods exist at the discretion of the IP holder... some are cooler about it like Bethesda, some are not.

 

If I were also taking a guess why so many of you complain about paid mods... it's because you're so fucking scared that if more of us paying for mods means that you're going to have to pay for mods too and if mommy is giving you enough milk money for it. This is not a thread for debating paid mods, just leave it alone... PLEASE.

 

At the end of the day I can pay for as many mods as I want... they can put out mods for pay as much as they want... and you crying about it here won't change a damn thing.

What is it about RE games that attracts the crazies? The same thing happened with RE2R. The thread had to be purged multiple times until it was eventually locked and a new one had to be made. It was the exact same paid mod debate too.

What also sucks about those who buy paid mods is that they are not pirated since I have repeated throughout this topic that they do not have DRM, anyone who buys it can publish it as many times as they want (except in NexusMod or Official Mod Pages since they delete them instantly) but nobody does and they keep giving money to the creator of the mod.
In other words, without going any further, this same forum prohibits the publication of paid mods, since the creator of the mod could not do anything against us since he himself violates the law by profiting from an IP that is not his
