The Sisterhood of Dibella SE (January 2025)

Okay, update, I got the top from caress of Venus to replace the white gown, but no clue on how to get them to wear the other pieces, lol.

If anyone has tips for me on how to change the outfit for \Data\Meshes\armor\SL_Dibella_Sisters\sister_pure  ;  please, I'd appreciate any help.

I was able to change the top by changing the bodyslide nif, and generating that, so it currently doesn't have physics, but you know, babysteps.

Hi, has anyone found a fix for the bald sisters problem? I see people mention it in this thread, but doesn't seem like a fix was ever offered?

Like many, I am using Pandorable NPCs. I understand this may be the source of the conflict? Is there a patch/workaround without uninstalling the mod?

This is literally the only problem I'm facing, everything else seems to be working great.

I managed to figure it out, yay! ^_^

It was just a simple file conflict issue between the NPC overhaul mods: Bijin Wives, Pandorable NPCs, and this mod.

This mod was basically overwriting some of the files of the above two mods. Once I resolved the file conflicts in favor of the aforementioned mods, all the Sisters who were previously bald had their hair back, and looked normal again :D Problem solved.

Hopefully this solution will be of help, if anyone in the future runs into this problem.

I'm having some trouble starting the whole questline. None of the traveling sisters have given the quest to go see Senna, and I can't ask Senna about joining the temple either. As far as I know the mod is installed properly (the baths exist). I have installed this mid-game, could that be causing issues?

Yes - doing such installations in the middle of the game can result in a mod not starting correctly... but it doesn't necessarily have to.

This depends, among other things, on which mods you have installed... but also on what tasks you have already solved before installing - i.e. how far you have gotten in the game.

We don't know any of this about you - so it's difficult to answer this question.

In general, the "Traveling Sisters" are supposed to "lead" the player to the temple in Markath - so they are simply -> clue givers

If there is no conversation option for the first quest (collecting donations) when you first meet Priestess Senna in the temple... then you have a problem.

Ok good to know. The only thing I've done that may be related: earlier in the playthrough I talked to the bards college and got the first quest. I did not complete it. Do you know if there's a command to force start the questline such as setstage or startquest?

The mod author has a special page with information about his mods - including the levels of his quests.

https://github.com/SkyrimLL/SkLLmods/wiki/Sisterhood-of-Dibella:-Walkthrough

But what I've learned in the meantime... you shouldn't force it with complex mods - I actually tortured myself through the sisterhood's quest series - because my installation was a bit "dirty" back then... it wasn't any fun.

I personally have no problem with it - completely abandoning an old save and starting over... if the mod is worth it.

So I often wait for several mods to be fully released - that I like - but test them extensively with newly created characters

and then I'll start the story about the Dragonborn again... or turn it into an Isekai story - which I'll publish:

Hey, I use vortex and for some reason I just cannot get body slide to overwrite the bodyside files you have in this mod. Any possibility of you posting the 2022 version of this? Or any suggestions on how to get it to work? thanks.

I tried a new playthrough in a new game after being in Starfield for a few months. This shocked me. When I went into the sanctum all the sisters were all bald. This never happened to me before. Is there maybe some dependency I need? I have KS Hairdos installed, but no other hair mods. And I don't think the wrong thing is overwriting Dibella. Any ideas?

Looks like I'm not the only one reporting this. I'm on pre AE Skyrim and have KS Hairdos installed. I went into console and clicked one of the sisters and it said that the ref was last changed by SexLab_DibellaCult_Sisters. My guess is that the mod didn't have the hair assets included.

Here are the files to delete if you have the black face bug from Sisterhood of Dibella for the sisters in the temple:

Data\meshes\actors\character\FaceGenData\FaceGeom\Skyrim.esm
"000133B7.NIF", "000133B0.NIF", "0001E765.NIF", "00013386.NIF"

Data\textures\actors\character\FaceGenData\FaceTint\Skyrim.esm
"000133B7.dds", "000133B0.dds",  "0001E765.dds", "00013386.dds"
"000133B7.tga", "000133B0.tga",  "0001E765.tga", "00013386.tga"

I am right now setting up a new Skyrim AE installlation and that ☝️ was most valuable to fix the ugly face and bald head issue. Unfortunately, it was hard to find.

Same with the wonderful CBBE bodyslide files from here:

I suggest you make both more prominent on the mod's main page

After several ruins where my chars debauched everyone in the temple then did an about turn and "saved" them all from Sanguine, in this run, I finally hit the "Dibella Refuge" quest but I am curious as to its role (other than to allow the supply of a nice toy) within the Sisters questline. As the GitHub "walkthrough" had not been updated for ?4+ years what else has changed , if anything?

WRT adult Fjotra, IMHO she could do with a marked "makeover" as almost everyone else in the temple is far more attractive but then I am probably just being fussy I guess. Does anyone have an upgrade for her? I do realize that in "doing your duty", closing your eyes is often sensible but......

I doubt anyone still looks at this, but I'm running into an issue where after returning the notes I do not get the new dialogue options with the sisters asking about the baths or the previous sybil. I'm just hard-locked there and attempting to fix it with console commands isn't possible as no new dialogue will pop up at any stage. I feel like I've tried everything but purging my mod list and starting over.

Would love any help on this!

I'm having a problem where all the NPCs come up and use their, "Sister..." line on my character.  Normally not a huge problem, yeah I joined a faction and they're recognizing that; however this is causing a big problem as NPCs that run up with an opening line for a quest entirely skip that and use the one of the three, "Sister..." lines so I miss out on the flavor text for which quest I'm starting.  Is there a way to remove this opening text, or remove my character from the faction so they don't have to deal with these acknowledgement lines any longer?

I also noticed this! Since I visited the temple in whiterun and got the blessing I dont get any other random npc comments, just these two from this mod^^
Is there a way to disable them? I'd love to keep playing the mod but had to disable it for now bc of this...

Came to comment about the same problem as above. I’m going to see if I can’t fiddle with it in xedit to fix it myself.

I seem to have fixed it pretty easily. I had to remove the messages entirely, but it didn't feel like a super huge loss. Here's a modified esp for the most recent version with the removed greeting text.

I have progressed in the redemption quest to the point of talking to Hamal in the baths. But when I talk to her there, there is no dialogue option to progress the questline. Is there something I can do to progress to the last couple of stages?

Just wanted to come here and say: awesome mod. Very happy with the experience, 100%. The only issue I had is with the Dibella Marks for Perk Points not actually awarding perk points while active. I had 16, but got not a single point. I'm guessing I'm missing something.

Other than that, great mod, wonderful campaign, perks are awesome, love it up and down! :)

You have to give these tokens to Sybill - there is an "exchange rate"... you need several tokens per one skill point

For example, you have 17 tokens and if 5 tokens result in one skill point - you get three skill points by talking to Sybill (she has an option to do this in the "Dialogue")

But since "only" 15 tokens are needed for the 3 skill points... you lose the 16th and 17th tokens - because these are also removed from the inventory... that's a small but annoying bug (at least in the Version that I use - but I don't know if it is correct)

You should put the "excess" tokens in a safe chest BEFORE talking to Sybill or give them to one of your companions in the inventory - they will be safe there

So it's 5 tokens for each 1 skill point.

But I had 16 tokens, and didn't get any skill points :(
