Sneak Tools :P it adds rope arrows you guys!

Also as Shermie mentioned showracemenu cache killer is a winner.

1) CBBE....I was awestruck by the first naked female NPC in Skyrim I every saw (I never played a modded Morrowind or Oblivion, only vanilla) . I guess my follower died half a dozen time because of being always (really) naked. I had no idea about "zappable" armors and such :-)

2) CHSBHC BBP....I guess I explored Skyrim on foot for almost a month in real time and deactivated the Num Lock only to watch the bouncing better in walking mode.

No one has mentioned player head tracking? I had to choose to install only ONE mod for the game, it would be that one.

While the idea behind it is awesome it can get annoying really fast, especially with certain idle animations where your head makes a nice ~170 degree turn. And the NPC detection range for head turning often seems to do absolutely nothing.

Personalized Music, Skyrim atmosphere so damn dull. Want get hype for combat or stroll though castle put in Devil May Cry.

Nighttime should be scare as hell enter forest or walk down road. Insert Silent Hill put fear into you. Spooky voices, monsters

hear in background as you explorer Cave. Good mod.

Hmmm, that's quite a question, as I have several mods that I adore.

For instance the Bathing Beauties luxury suite and underground bath house, mostly because you can invite people to live there.

Another big one for me is Vjarkell castle, mostly because that place is just so damn cool.

I think a few of my favorites though, are the Meteorite spells, Call of Madness, which is some Sheogorath themed shoutrs, and wabbajack unleashed.

Oh, another I really liked downloading was Apachiiskyhair, mostly because it greatly expands the options for Khajiit, and the Khajiit and Argonians don't get nearly enough love.

Simple Multiple followers - The sandbox feature to followers is great, so when you are indoors or in town, the followers tend to keep themselves busy instead of just staring at your back all day.

spotty sexy sweat - good one, sweat detail to body looks really good.

2k textures

dynavision

headtracking

Interesting NPCs for sure. The size, depth, and quality of writing in this IMO absolutely essential mod continues to floor me.

I admit I got a bit, annoyed with the recording quality, but ,eh, it's a free mod.

I forgot one:

Chesko's Wearable Lanterns.

Indispensible for the astute explorer of dark, dark places, because you wear the lantern on your belt and have both hands free for your weapons (or spells).

I'm a big fan of Realistic Needs and Diseases, my bosmer hunter has never had so much fun getting drunk on Alto Wine after a successful hunt.
Pairs well with SkyTest Realistic Animals and Predators. I've never loved hating Saber Cats so much.

I admit since launch day I anticipated Vilja's arrival.  That was a much heralded day, although I understand some people disagree.

After that?  Dance of Death, and any combat-enhancing mod.  I could do without most other mods as long as each kill was a killmove and enemies understood how to block and parry.
