Rax Posted August 30, 2013 Posted August 30, 2013 i just looked into the shadow remover. omfg that is awesome.
Taskmaster Posted August 30, 2013 Posted August 30, 2013 It's hard to just pick one. Skyrim Redone Interesting NPCs Skytweak CBBE/Bodyslide++/FemFeet Redesigned/Battle Hardened/Race Menu/ECE TK Dodge Apocalypse Spell Package WTF - Random Encounter Zones Hunterborn Frostfall Realistic Needs and Diseases I think those might be the must haves. Hmm, if only one I guess SkyRe.
illuminaughty Posted August 30, 2013 Posted August 30, 2013 Sexlab and the other mod just an optional
Thorham Posted August 30, 2013 Posted August 30, 2013 A few actually: The unofficial patches and SkyUI. Absolutely essential.
RUD3DUD3 Posted August 30, 2013 Posted August 30, 2013 Skyre for sure i can ignore other mods if i want but not this one. i tried playing without it once ended up retiring my character at level 9 everything was so dull without skyre
Band_Geek3 Posted August 31, 2013 Posted August 31, 2013 Goodness, it's tough to keep it to just one mod. In all honesty, I've downloaded and loved 90% of the mods already mentioned here, I just can't choose between them. If I were to choose one that nobody has mentioned yet, I'd say Lover's Comfort (and its associated prerequisites). It adds a nice bit of adult immersion without being over the top.
Tensu_Makadi Posted August 31, 2013 Posted August 31, 2013 I can live without them all but I can't play the game with out SkyUI anymore as for next in top mods maybe some Sexlab mods but really almost all the mods I have been getting have been to complement each other so most of them are null and void so to speak with out the others.
Ailsa Posted September 1, 2013 Posted September 1, 2013 Inigo - an indigo fully voice Khajit follower. The voice acting is great, and the lines he says are very funny at times.
Jexsam Posted September 10, 2013 Posted September 10, 2013 SkyUI Ethereal Elven Overhaul Immersive Weapons Immersive Armor JaySuS Swords UNP Standard Those I couldn't live without. Everything else is just gravy.

ettorg Posted September 11, 2013 Posted September 11, 2013 Optimizer textures.... (used on textures bsa)i have a low end pc (9600gt/crappy proc/4go ram) and it helps a lot So i endorsed 270 mods on the nexus, i can't tell you everyones... maybe the few enb i can run HKR enb for exemple maybe unpb ( cbbe looks fine too but i use this body type) skyui immersive hud the dance of death sg hair mature skin (can't use real girl text, see the first line) ece+racemenu works fine...awesome http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/images/267053/? tairensoul's warpaints mods pinup poser! sexlab, sometimes make up for skse duel combat realism+ultimate combat+enhanced enemy ai lots of armors/clothing/weapons mods (lots of very good work here) grace darkling weaponry pack ultimate assortment musical mayhem (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/images/294871/? i'll make more screens like this....it's epic! )/handbag addicts from the same guy newmiller stuff (hum high heels and latex ^^) i love the dft 19 boots, but there's something messy with the glow for me, the right boot don't shine like the left (or vice et versa), if someone can fix it it could be awesome! bellissario conversions (maybe one day someone will help him) nightshade armor akavari katana reborn mr trouble maker stuff brokefoot stuff ........................ i'm not in the terra armors and all, i made my own "lore friendly" modded game (haha), i don't like the porcelain/manga looking of some body text, but i don't care, if i see a good pic, it's a good pic, everyone do like they want. So i tryed some of the hd text with a friend on his high end pc, i have to upgrade mine :/ For me there's not one mod better than another as long as i like it and that it works fine. I'm just saying that the tes and the fallout series are awesome because people make their own modif, at their own taste, and i have to thanks all the modders to share their stuff with us.
javamonsoon Posted September 11, 2013 Posted September 11, 2013 Schlongs of Skyrim. Seriously. No longer having always on point guys (even stonedead guys) is a game-changer.
icladel Posted September 12, 2013 Posted September 12, 2013 Frostfall, Imps more complex needs, More dynamic injuries, Dual sheath redux, Auto unequip ammo
Crowzer Posted September 18, 2013 Posted September 18, 2013 i love the dft 19 boots, but there's something messy with the glow for me, the right boot don't shine like the left (or vice et versa), if someone can fix it it could be awesome! Here you go : http://www.loverslab.com/topic/19725-problem-with-texturecolor-on-the-df-t19-boots/
Rosewind Posted September 23, 2013 Posted September 23, 2013 Automated Variants, can't live with out it. Oh and differently SOS, I find the way they jiggle mesmerising which makes me revert back into my school girl self and giggle to my self.......and the fact it is such a awesome mod! I love my variety!
Bootaka Posted September 24, 2013 Posted September 24, 2013 This is one of those trick questions! There's so many mods, and mods that complement mods, how can you choose? There are so many! I want them all! If you took away Enhanced Blood Textures, More Hot Keys Please, or Haven Bag... I wouldn't want to play. If I had everything installed and you took away the ENB memory boost, I couldn't play.
...0... Posted September 24, 2013 Posted September 24, 2013 Played skyrim for the first 1.5 year normally through steam hehe with some random mods. Then i finally desided to go over to nexus(yeh i know i should have done that from beginning)and offcorse LL which i even now visit more then nexus hehe. My best mods Children of the Sky R2 and CotS follwers BETA. Realvision+HRK ENB's CoT-RLO birds 83 willowed bugs-butterflys-bee's Monstermod W.A.T.E.R Many immersive mods to compensate for the lore braking mods:P so many more mods that enhanced my game.
hafertaler Posted September 25, 2013 Posted September 25, 2013 A lot of the stuff mentioned before is essential or at least very good, but stuff I always use: - EDialog (Speaking of immersion ) - Glowing Ore Veins - Fast mining animation (I'm always glad I have that one after mining the 5th ore vein in a dungeon... takes forever) - Tanning and Smelting Experience (what??? it makes sense ) - Auto Unequip Ammo (Just recently found that one, before that one hotkey was always used for unequipping ammo) - Quality World Map - Stones of Berenziah Quest Marker (what can I say... look at the stuff above, I'm lazy) And everyone should try the "enema" mod here on LL, just once at least. It's childish as hell but the one time I tried it, I had a good laugh... I remember tearing up
LifeandEd Posted September 26, 2013 Posted September 26, 2013 Of the hundred-plus mods I have, SkyUI is easily the best I've ever downloaded. It's never left my load order since I started modding Skyrim. With respect to the above, a quality world map was actually the very first mod I installed. SkyUI only gets first mention because I consider it more essential to my experience.
Molevalence Posted September 27, 2013 Posted September 27, 2013 I enjoy as much realism as possible to my games. I don't have 1 particular favorite but heres a small list of my favorite realism mods. Private Needs - For Bathing and Bathroom Use Realistic Needs and Diseases - Requires you to Eat/Sleep and make camping Equipment and also contract diseases in more real life ways Frostfall - Hypothermia - Speaks for itself Lovers Comfort - We all have needs Thats some I can think of. Its a shame there is no mod for sick/illness where you can actually die and require care. That would be great. Give me another reason to have a companion with me.
Guest Posted September 28, 2013 Posted September 28, 2013 For Me it was the Ningheim race. That was an awesome race. My best download........ Damn that's a hard one. I'd say it was all the Skyrim Gems.
Sunja44 Posted September 30, 2013 Posted September 30, 2013 I voted for CBBE a few posts before, but I changed my mind. CBBE and CHSBHC BBP was awesome, but after playing Skyrim for over two years in unmodded vanilla and then modded but in almost vanilla lighting, I want to mention ENB here. Maybe ENB isn't the classical mod, but I count that as a mod nevertheless. I installed ENB + RealVision Preset a few weeks ago and already regretted to have lost two years, it was like entering a new world, a totally new Skyrim. I installed that in the first line to get rid of the 3.1 GB RAM limit, but it did so much more. Now it's the never ending story of tweaking and installing/deinstalling mods again to make Skyrim look even more awesome, as it should be, no fucking RAM limit anymore, at last you are able to just install a mod again and try it out without counting the RAM load. You not only get so much more feeling for small things and differences like colors, shadows, lighting etc. and how they look, now you get even a basic knowledge about the effects and how they work. ENB lead to so much more, I ended up by almost replacing half of my textures mods for landscapes, because I found out that others look even more impressive with ENB (parallax for example). My body textures actually look like skin now and not like an inflatable doll after an oil bath in certain shadowed ambient lighting. ENB + ENBoost made this possible and since a few weeks Boris has shapechanged into a workaholic and delivers one version update with new effects after the other. SubSurfaceScattering for example is awesome if you use the right skin textures. I am serious, we all should bow to Boris. Some screenshots with the new lense flare effect: ENB 0.223 + RealVision 2.2r FULL Lense Flair effect + SFO 1.82 new tundra grass
