2)  I did load "Armored Draugr Corpses" - which I thought was separate from "Draugrs".  There was no note.

3)  I did load "Draugrs - SE by Xtudo - Armored Draugr Corpses 4K" which promptly broke the texture.  So I replaced it with the 2K, I'll see if this works. There was no note.

 

Are you saying all the Draugr Mods break MNC?

I'd like to get a confirmation about 2) & 3) because Aylis has always been precise on labeling mods on the list and these aren't labeled.  Does anyone know?  If Aylis meant all Draugr Mods, that was not made clear enough for me at the time of loading.

 

EDIT:

4) The 2K texture failed to render and still got purple dead draugr.  Removing 2K textures.

Well, I think my grass mods are misbehaving.  My real problem is I don't know if I want to fix it; also, not sure what caused it.  I kind 'a like the manicured golf green look and grass growing in objects is decidedly reduced.  Let me know if you think I should it fix it.  Pic below:

Not sure what's confusing here.

Mod 1: Draugrs — A mod that replaces original draugrs from Skyrim with new ones.

Mod 2: Armored Draugr Corpses — replaces some of the original naked draugr corpses with armored draugr corpses

Patch 1: Draugrs - Armored Draugr Corpses by Xtudo — compatibility patch, that tells Mod 2 to replace naked draugr with armored draugr from Mod 1.

Since you don't install Mod 1: Draugrs, you don't need Compatibility Patch 1: Draugrs — Armored Draugr by Xtudo, because it tries to replace naked draugr corpses with corpses that don't exist in your game and you get purple textures instead.

Ah, now I understand.   Draugrs — Armored Draugr by Xtudo actually works without Draugrs, it's the 4K texture upgrade to it that broke, resulting in purple dead draugr.

 

I don't think "Draugrs - Armored Draugr Corpses by Xtudo" is a patch, but replacer for dead drauger.

There's an Improved Camera 2.0.0 version in their discord. Were we supposed to download that? Because I have the latest from Nexus, which is I think 1.1.1 and now I have crashes when I turn into Vampire Lord.

Seems like the issue is not unique and some people in Improved Camera discussions complain about it and also are linking it to werewolves(I wonder if that's what broke my werewolf). But no one suggested any fixes yet.

Also, a question for @Aylis : why is the modpack not using Better Vampire Lords? Is it incompatible, bad or just wasn't checked out by you for possible addition yet?



Alright, installing Improved Camera 2.0.0 from Discord and not Nexus seems to have fixed the Vampire Lord crash. Now I just need to make sure it doesn't break anything else by itself. And figure out why my vampire feeding stages aren't going down, no matter how much time passes.

Quick question about the Bashed Patch - When I'm running Wrye Bash, my load order in MO2 is completely kerjiggered. The esm in particular are all over the place. I have a backup of the mods using the load order to match the order that mods were installed, which I've been doing, and the game has been running fine (for the most part).

Should I be leaving the load order as it is after running Wrye Bash?

Recommend you sync the plugins to order of mod installation. I believe this is still Aylis's recommendation.  ESMs will still go up top.  In MO2 look for the three square puzzle pieces with red cog and select it; then click sync plugins.  That's it.

Need some advice on ZAZ and SexLab P+ 2.12.0.  According to SexLab P+ compatibility notes: "ZAZ used papyrus to register animations, which is no longer possible with SLSB and P+."

 

I'm assuming ZAZ will work for Sisterhood of Dibella while SexLab P+ will ignore it.  Not sure about other SexLab mods using ZAZ though.  Would also like to know if converted Billyy 7.9 animations will work with ZAZ and SexLab Mods.

 

Can someone confirm this or correct my assumptions?

While Improved Camera 2.0.0 did fix the crashes, the version of the mod itself seems to be inferior to the one in Nexus. I experience constant clipping issues with camera going into my own head and other weird problems. It's like going into first person just sets a third person version of the camera to a certain point and freezes it there, so any movement breaks the idea. Gonna probably just revert to the Nexus version and accept that no Vampire Lord fun for me.

Baka Motion Data Pack is behind a service that verifies age and possibly a paywall and was a real PITA to get to.  Since I live somewhere in Texas, USA I had to verify my age.  I couldn't create the account on my PC because I don't have a camera on it.  Had to use my phone.  Then the phone log in wanted my age through a GUI; I had to scroll through my age worth of months from today to my birthday; about 840 date screens. Damn thing wouldn't take text typing. 

 

Well, I'm in for this site but please no more of these sites.

Is that something unique to being in Texas? I went to his subscribestar site and was able to download it without any registration, just having to confirm my DOB when prompted on page load. No account was needed.

Yes it is!  Government is trying to tighten up access to children inappropriate sites.  Web sites with lewd pictures are to have an age verification in front of it.  Been in effect for about a year now.  I expect Lovers Lab will have to do this too.   What pissed me off about that site was the implementation requiring me to sift through 840 (not an exaggeration) screens to get my birthday; a simple text entry would have been belter.  I need to go back to that site and get them to fix the interface, when I'm not so angry at them.  It's still annoying to have to go to my iPhone to make an account because of more regulations (I don't have a camera on my PC), but it's just an interruption.  They wanted to do a face scan with AI to make sure you're not under age which I thought was a good way.  Most sites are requiring a credit card; this is BS.

Careful here.  There are people here who bust their butts to get things right.  What you want is a fix and what you presented wasn't enough for someone to help.

@Kazurashi22 We get that you are likely in the middle of a frustrating moment (freezes are really frustrating), but the high quality, uncompensated work that has gone into this is almost beyond belief. This game's mod scene is just really complex and rapidly evolving. And maybe you are coming straight from LE, but the DLCs have been almost built in to the Skyrim SE/AE experience for years. This guide (not really a mod list) very much has been built and tested with the DLCs. If you want help, you will have to give real info.

Something causes crashing during the transition from "Revealing the Unseen" to "Containment" quests of College of Winterhold. Specifically, my game crashed after I killed creatures in Winterhold and all the saves during that moment were corrupted somehow, they didn't load again. Thankfully I had a save before I, Savos Aren and Mirabelle went to confront Ancano and it loaded. After the explosion happened, my game instantly crashed again. Finally, I reloaded once more and redid the confrontation again, then killed the creatures in Winterhold and got the "Staff of Magnus" quest, went to Labyrinthian and so far nothing crashed.

The problem could obviously just be my install, but I've googled it while trying to solve and some other people had the same issue. Not sure what exactly is being corrupted, but if you experience that issue and save too much AFTER confronting Ancano, you might just lose all your saves or at least set yourself up for some complicated fixing, like I almost did. So if you're doing College of Winterhold questline, keep this in mind and make backup saves when doing these quests. It's not even a persistent bug, it's just some weird issue with scripts having a chance to completely corrupt your whole playthrough specifically when Ancano interacts with the Eye.

Recommend you turn on Papyrus logs.  It'll point to the some of the last commands executed by the game.  Trainwreck seems to give me a only vague idea of where to look. 

 

Skyrim.INI Settings are:

Edit: Yeah, It's working now.  Previously I had started new games with each change.  After reinstalling SexLaB and SexLab P+ I didn't start a new game.  I just started a new game and it finally came together and worked.  I guess I had a corrupted file.  So frustrating.

I'd still Like to know if I should leave the ZAP animations disabled?

 

Please, I need some help/advice on getting SexLap P+ working.  Animations aren't running.  The scenes start but nothing happens, no animations. 

 

It looks like the animations need registration.  But that's not a feature anymore.  I deactivated the ZAP animations in SexLap P+. Of course Pandora has been run and it reported some 19,000 + animations.  All the Billy animations have a slr extension, so I believe they are the correct format.  I have removed and reinstalled both sexlab and sexlab p+ in case of corruption. There's something fundamental I'm not understanding with the new sexlab p+.

I hope someone responds to this before I go through trial and terror installs and uninstalls.

 

I'm finishing the SexLab mod installation and came across confusing Draugr Mods

 

First is the Draugr Mod in Fauna - Creatures with the label " 'Draugrs' are incompatible with 'MNC' and 'ABC' (see 'Sex Mods')".

 

Then there's "More Nasty Critters - Draugrs - New models and textures Patch 1.0.0" from the SexLab mods, which requires the very mod above which says it doesn't work.

 

I'm going to install the Draugr Replacer mod and the Patch, assuming the red incompatible note is out of date.

Well, now Sexlab just completely died on my save. No matter what I'm trying to do, whether I use matchmaker from Sexlab, Defeat, Eager Npcs, any attempt to launch a Sexlab animation results in nothing happening and "Sexlab Fatal error - Failed to add actors to thread" in the console. Didn't install or uninstall anything. Reinitializing Sexlab does nothing. Gonna try to parse the logs and figure out wtf is going on, but still incredibly weird issue since it's not like I've changed the state of the game in some way or deleted/added a mod.

Going to be honest, this tells me nothing, so maybe someone can help me parse this issue out. Attempt to start the scene is at the very end before I closed the game.

The other parts still work, like the arousal and stuff, but the animations just don't start and not in a way that implies that they didn't load. So confusing. Googling shows that often Sexlab P+ is blamed for that, but I'm not sure if I can just uninstall it without breaking things.

The best I can tell is that instead of normal Sexlab scripts my game runs...

Tried everything, still no fix. Found this curious thing in my SexlabUtil.log  [13184] Actor 20 has invalid gender faction rank (-1)

If I understand correctly then...all people in my game suddenly count as -1 gender, while they should be 0, 1 or 2 and that causes scenes to not play? But still no idea what caused them all to become -1.

Forcing the gender of two characters through sexlab to be compatible did nothing. I have no clue what is going on at this point. It's just broken.

Hello everyone! How are you? I have some "basic" questions about textures/meshes... I hope you can help me! Thank you very much! :)

 

Following the guide, I've downloaded up to "Particle Patch for ENB"

 

- Should I download all the mods in the meshes/texture sections?

The question is because I read the description on the mod's page, and they seem to have the same purpose.

- So, I should choose which one to install, right? For me, I'd download and install them all :D but I assume the more I install, the more it will affect the frame rate, right?

 

If so, which ones do you recommend I download or prioritize? Based on the "improvement - performance" criterion?

Yeah, I just ran into something like this and posted.  Didn't get a response.  However; I eventually found a solution.  First I'll explain what happened.

 

I installed SexLab early to get the PC part of the list with schlongs and Sisterhood of Dibella installed.  When I got to the Sex Mods I installed the list.  Scenes would start but no animation, Huh.  Never had that happen before.  Then I came across a post that told me SexLab will install itself after a time.  Basically when you start Sexlab install in the menu you are installing SexLab Plus+ and it's overwriting SexLab.  I my case, that failed and corrupted SexLab because the old version activated.   So, I deleted both Sexlab and SexLab Plus and reinstalled and restarted in the menu.  I reloaded my save and nothing.  Well, I posted, no answer.  So I searched, nothing.  Then I thought about why this could happen and remembered that Skyrim SE carries too much in the saves. 

 

I started a new game and it all worked.

some feedback and questions since im just in the midst of this guide:

 

- screenshots and info for BethINI are a bit confusing and contradicting each other. It would be nice to either have screenshots of how it should look like in the end (the current ones are more in between) AND/OR a Step Guide in text of each action to take.
- I m still confused if some of the settings that say "ultra" or "high" in the screens are supposed to be medium (from the initial medium settings click). Might be all minor issues, but I m still always a bit too sensitive when it comes to ini changes. 

 

 

This Save Corrupt FIX AE seems to be overwritten entirely by SSE Engine Fixes (the latter includes the DLL from the former)

EDIT:

in the meshes section there are lots of mods and fixes that overwrite each other. Do you have suggestions somewhere for the overwrite order?

Download and install everything in the order presented by the guide.

Especially in the mesh and texture sections of the guide you will see file conflicts (the + and - symbols in Mod Organizer). Only the file winning the conflict gets loaded by the game. These sections are the ones that will affect your frame rate the most apart from your ENB.

Many of the texture mods have various quality options available (4k, 2k, 1k). Which one works best for you will depend on your GPU and how much vRAM you have.

Okay, I give up. Tried resetting everything, tried terminating active scripts in resaver, tried reinstalling the mods. It seems like Sexlab P+ just breaks if you play more than a few hours in an actual playthrough. Currently asking for help in P+ thread, but no replies as of yet. No one replied to people who complained about the same issue either. In other threads asking for help with the same issue the advice is basically "don't install P+, it's shit"
