Karthwasten and its patch are in (Exterior Citties).

 

Meshmod renamed.

 

Deleted a bunch of unneeded mods from storage.

 

Started to collect the first mods for 'Gameplay - Vampires'.

 

Removed the 'use the ESP instead of the ESL' from heavy armors. After the update we can then use the textures and fixes from XTudo.

 

Added version information to SPID.

OK, I'm back, and already at it for the Sisterhood of Dibella with location altering mods issue. So, for the Redemption arc (haven't tried the Corruption arc, and probably will not cause I can't reasonably justify it in my head for roleplaying purposes at this time, I can imagine many scenarios where a character of any background might end up joining the Sisterhood after somehow being saved by them in some way maybe, but I kinda fail to imagine a situation where a

Daedra worshipper would purposefully join the Sisterhood to further a Daedric plot without ever actually being aware of the plot being ongoing, which the dialogue sort of requires you to be unaware of

), there's a major issue with possibly every character, since we've modified every location through mods overhauling details and such, the containers and items required for that specific arc are, well, not at the locations they're supposed to be at, so far I noticed this issue with Fjotra and next with Orla, so I'm presuming the issue will repeat with all of them. So I'm gonna do what no one else has done before as far as I can tell and list the actual name of the items required for each stage of that quest, and then how to acquire them through console commands, then if there's another step required to allow the quest to progress.

 

For Fjotra:

You will need 2 items, the "Carved Horker Tusk" and "Mena's Journal". To obtain them, you will want to use the console command `help "itemname" 4` followed by `player.additem itemid 1` where itemname is listed the name in between quotation marks just above and the itemid will be an 8 character hexadecimal (0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,A,B,C,D,E or F are the only possible characters is what this means for the purpose of this) code that uniquely identifies the item in the game. Then you have to read Mena's Journal and it will update the quest to tell you to return to Fjotra.

For Orla:

This one needs 4 items, "Love letter from Orla", "Orla - Oh my love", "Orla - Remember me" and "Wolfsbane Perfume". Using the same instructions as in Fjotra's case to search for them and add them to your inventory. Then reading the letters should let you move to the next part of the quest.

For Anwen: There is no need, following the instructions works, unless you somehow went and modified the Sarethi farm but it's a random enough location that I doubt it. Little side note that you need to pickpocket the key to her locker from her to progress to the going to the farm part of things, which if you're not playing a thief character can be a bit of a pain as failing will start a fight that you don't need, so I had to savescum for it. If for some reason you do have a mod that makes the item needed not be at the farm:

It's name contains "Grace of Dibella" (I can't remember the full name, it was something like "Replica of the Statue of the Grace of Dibella" and I'm fairly sure I got that wrong somehow, but I'm certain about the Grace part at the end, so that should be enough), just having that much should be enough to get it to pop up with the help command, it's a Misc type of item, being a statuette. This time you do not need to read a book or a letter or something, just add it to your inventory and go back to Anwen with it.

 

For Eda: You shouldn't need it unless you're me (an idiot), the blue palace changes are not enough to make the book be irretrievable. I still had to console command it into my inventory cause like everything from this mod, items are *permanently* there from before the quest even starts, and I while exploring the blue palace another day picked up that single book that was free to take in there, and then later sold it to some random NPC, so getting it back naturally wasn't an option. This is why Vanilla Skyrim has so many "Key Quest Items" that can't be sold or lost or anything, and instead are taken from you when you no longer need it, and also why the items are not actually placed in a location in a permanent way, and instead added to the location when they become relevant. So if you end up in my sad situation, I also included the instructions for it:

This one also only requires a single item, "Adoration". Following the same instructions as above, you can easily get it. Just read it and the quest will progress to the next step.

 

The last one, Mother Hamal, requires no item, just that you be in the inner sanctum's underground baths and wait until about 6-7PM which is around when she apparently gets down there, so you can talk to her. She should be near the weird statue deep in the cave where her hidden chest was.

 

Technically speaking I believe having and reading only one of the books/letters from each person should be enough to make the quest progress, actually, but I figured I wouldn't risk it and just brought the whole collection needed for each step.

 

With this, I've done the entire SoD questline so far. At least the pure ending that is.

 

My next adventure is testing if I can ever get my character pregnant atm, solely out of curiosity. I went and got Fill Her Up to multiply cum amount by very high and increased the base cum amount as well for the race of the intended father character, then went and used a potion of fertility from Fertility Mode, was in Ovulation/Conception phase, and got the guy to do it a few times just in case, I'm not sure if it'll work though cause FM+ is claiming a different character left more cum still despite all of that and claiming 0% chance of conception somehow. I'm starting to question whether the 2 really talk to each other at all besides just saying "hey, this is the latest vaginal sex event that happened", despite FHU claiming that filling at 75%+ of the "cum inflation limit" and letting it send the data over should normally make FM+ create a pregnancy even in a Not Fertile phase, which how?? But whatever. We'll see how it goes.

For some armors there is no HIMBO preset as those are female only. Others seem to have never gotten one (still digging). 

 

The biggest issue will be the upload later on. Especially when LL gets problematic during an upload. And 'Zeroed Armor' will be big so i might have to split it anyway.

@Aylis Alright, I'm done for tonight, sort of, I managed to get pregnant, I somehow slept through the entire pregnancy duration according to the MCM, and the progress bar, which is to say 30 days at that point (off topic, but the BODYMORPH setting to get a pregnant belly just does not seem to be working, which supposedly relies on RaceMenu's stuff, so probably either that thing's not working well anymore or the old bodyslides I got downloaded + the few I made myself for some of the missing items are not working as intended. I haven't tested the other options as I'm not sure what would happen if I switched mid-pregnancy). Anyways, on the 30th day I kept waiting, aka idling, for something, anything to happen. It turned into day 31... Then I tried waiting another day so it'd be day 32, just in case something needed to happen first... Still nothing. I ended up having to go in the debug menu of FM+ and clicking on the "give birth" button to force it it happen. Anyways, that doesn't bother me too much since it means you can pick the time and place I guess, or stay pregnant forever if that's your thing (unless it's actually random and the 30 day pregnancy period is just a "it's this plus or minus X days" or whatever). The belly not growing is a thing to look into as well, cause Fill Her Up actually does make a pregnant-looking belly... If you somehow manage to get enough cum in to reach the 6.0 capacity threshold? I also skipped the "grow the baby" phase. Other issue is despite having bought and completely upgraded Breezehome in whiterun I can't even adopt my child, it says "no suitable home available", which, well, yes in fact there are more than one, but if we go strictly vanilla, at least breezehome should be enough. I have exactly 0 adoptions either. Another annoying thing that idk how to fix. At this point, I fully expect the "training your child" thing that it supposedly allows to never actually work, especially if at practically every step of the pregnancy I had to literally force the mod to go on and do what it's supposed to do. Next time I'm trying to further test this mod specifically, I'm gonna make sure to reduce the duration of each step to as low as possible so I can actually see without sleeping or waiting it off.

 

I also didn't even get the father I planned to get, it was actually the one that was a boss in defeat when defeat bugged out that I mentioned earlier that became the father, because apparently, since FHU and FM+ are linked on the cum issue, that means that despite that having been in a very not fertile period, because I never drained it out from FHU it somehow got the fatherhood. Sad and disappointing, but I'll live, now I know that if my character gets raped by someone/something I don't want to father a child of, I'm gonna have to make sure to manually drain it, myself, cause apparently, the auto-draining feature of FHU is huh, let's just say it's not very good and leave it at that. Alternatively you can supposedly turn off that auto-draining and instead turn on some sort of absorption mode, which may be an actual better option. I guess it's not the default cause there's no animations for absorbing cum, whereas there are for draining it out? Anyways, tomorrow me issue... If I have time, otherwise it'll be the day afterwards, but I should be able to make enough time for something tomorrow. Just less than usual.

This is what seems to be the case. In my tests it could happen earlier or later. When the bar is filled it can happen anytime (usually when its most inconvenient)

 

With the belly and physics in general i'm in the process of redoing the predone files (see last post).

 

I think the adoption part comes a bit later (its been a while 'til i got that far). Atm my chars don't live long enough to see it completely through as i have to restart as soon as i make some changes to the build (otherwise i can't pinpoint bugs i find).

 

Set a key in 'Fill her up' to deflate and look for > (*) < in 'Fertility Mode' thats showing that semen was recognized by the mod.

So, With my GTX 1080 to RX 7800 XT upgrade, I reintroduced Mantella (AI NPC Interaction for Skyrim) to my modlist. 

Performance is now acceptable - Running the local LLM on GPU (Man 16GB VRAM is Awesome lol) and it's purring like a kitten. If you've got the hardware for it - it may be a worthwile addition to your modlist. Really cool having actual conversations with NPCs lol

Hi @Kusoneko, I was uncertain from your post as to which items were unfindable because their locations were unknown or missing due to location mods in the new build.  The SoD is kind of a pain for a number of reasons: lack of clear direction, quest entries slow to update & sometimes lacking continuity and, as you said, believability, to name a few.  Of course, all quest items can be obtained by console or any add-item mod, but players need to be careful as to timing the acquisitions - getting them out of sequence or all at once breaks quests.  That said, they should (almost) all be obtainable by searching (except perhaps now the ones in TGT Karthwasten, I don't have that mod).

One question I have for the new build:  Does Anwen's bondage period during the corruption phase work smoothly?  She's supposed to spend a lot of time in the main room of the temple kneeling w//her hands bound behind her.  Her cuffs, etc. is one of the main borrowings from the Zaz requirement.  Bondage gear should also appear in the donation box.  Just asking to see how Zaz is working.

I took a look at the issue with the Sisterhood of Dibella and TGT Karthwasten. Sisterhood of Dibella places a chest with the required items that is in the void with TGT Karthwasten installed.

I simply moved the chest to match the new interior. I also moved one of the clover items from Sisterhood of Dibella.

Sisterhood of Dibella also adds a common bed to Enmon's House but I did not move it yet as it might be difficult to shoehorn into the new interior and I have no idea if its needed.

@Aylis Yeah, I did exactly that for the FHU shortcut afterwards, took me a while to figure out how it works, I thought just holding it until the stamina bar empties a bit and the character does the animation was fine, but turns out it didn't get much out, in fact, instead you have to try and try until she squats (if she just bends over it's a failure apparently) and keep holding the key down even then cause otherwise barely any will drain out, by holding it past that it'll actively drain out (and also drain the stamina bar slowly past the large upfront cost of attempting to drain), and I'll look at the FM+ stuff, though it does send notifications regularly when there's cum in, so I think it does sort of work for that, but I'd have expected it to go by amount of cum in for who wins the fatherhood or something like that, but in my attempt I was trying to get Balgruuf cause I felt like doing a Jarl and he was the closest one to where I was when I started that testing round, I even went and made Nords cum 5.00 as opposed to the default of 0.30, and put a multiplier of 3x just to make sure it filled up completely, and used SLEN a few times to get some, and it did work at the filling up part and all, but apparently FHU doesn't automatically remove cum or kill cum that's clearly outdated, probably a FHU enhancement that would be nice to have added, on the other hand, FHU doesn't do pregnancy, so what does FHU care if you have long dead cum inside? I guess that's more a question of what the interface between FHU and FM+ is like and what info it allows, as it seems to refresh every in game hour or so, but it refreshes with the same quantities of cum in FM+, and that cum never dies there either, which is a bit of an unfortunate miss feature-wise. Would work better if it actually managed to link up properly and not only take in the cum tracking of FHU but also the date of when the cum was added and the exact quantity according to FHU, and then on the FM+ end determine like "this semen, while still inside, is dead and should be ignored for FM+ purposes, this one's fresh, so we'll count it, this one's about 3-4 days old, so we'll count it for like 25% to account for the likely high amount of dead ones, etc." and then do a weighted random pick between all the possible options. There's also a missed opportunity somewhere for racial fertility/virility to be taken into account, for instance, an undead should be pretty clearly not able to make children, except maybe vampires if you want to add an option for it. A mer, being long-lived, might not have as high a fertility as a mere man, so their fertility should be lower but not completely impossible. OTOH, putting a MCM setting menu page where a player can tweak these settings would be the ideal.

 

As for the new update, ty, gonna have to start a new playthrough so the next phase of testing will take a little while as I'll have to remove stuff and add stuff and regenerate stuff. Although... Maybe I'll wait until the new bodyslides come in before I remove and add mods, since that will save me much trouble. (I tend to just select all the groups that aren't HIMBO or obviously male and then run through them all and when conflict resolution comes I try to best guess what would be the right choice for each conflict, but I really don't know, so it's likely why I had so many issues with mine that were somewhat fixed with yours, even if yours are a bit lacking rn due to being old and missing stuff, which I tried to fix myself by making those myself, but it's not exactly a perfect success I think? For HIMBO I just literally picked all of it + male stuff and generated a massive one since there's none available. It sort of works but I presume it's not perfect and there's probably issues in a few places, I just never play males and the ones I see seem fine, aside from the occasional bug where they just decide to walk around naked, but the females do it too sometimes so it's whatever.)

 

Also side note, I was playing around with some Remiel quests and um, there's the one with the random assassin that eventually leads you to a boat, well, due to our Nordic Ship remodeling mod, the trapdoor to enter on the side of the ship is inside the model, took me a while of swimming around until I tried the `tcl` command to see that the map marker wasn't wrong, the trapdoor it's pointing at is *literally* inside the ship model. You can get around it with tcl as I said but it might be worth noting that this may prevent someone from completing that specific quest if you're not aware.

 

EDIT: For the update, Quaint Borders was actually in Exterior Skyrim. Makes no difference but if you only look in Exterior Cities trying to follow the update, you won't find it. I renamed the mods to remove in the next version with " - TODELETE" and will install but not activate the new ones, so when we get the bodyslides I can just search for those TODELETE mods, remove them, then activate the inactive mods, install the bodyslides and redo the DynDOLOD dance and start a new save.

 

@Temphyx The unfindable items due to this modlist are Fjotra's and Orla's. Anwen's item is fine to obtain on this modlist. And Eda's also technically is, so long as you don't pick it up early and sell it off before realizing you needed it, but that's a general issue with SoD's design in general, where they don't make quest items impossible to get rid of until they have to be, as well as only make them spawn when they're needed, especially with the lack of quest markers and the practically missing instructions from NPCs meaning you literally have to guess what you're supposed to do. As for the Anwen/zaz question, Like I said I played the Redemption line, but during the period she was in the main temple, she sort of was naked with a bit gag and some cuffs I believe? probably one or 2 other restraints that I don't recall. Either way, the restraints seemed to work but the animations for Anwen's pose didn't. And neither did they work for "Svana"'s slaves in the Ratways. For one the male slaves were T-posing, and the female ones were... well regular idling but not moving at all from the spot, just with the restraints on? This is using ZAZ 8+ HDT btw. Perhaps if I also installed ZAZ 7 and ZAZ 8 and just put 8+HDT over the 2 it'd work? Don't know though, I didn't try and I'm not actually aware of what the difference in content is between 7, 8 and 8+ HDT, except that presumably the last one has HDT on some items where it makes sense?

 

@hardcoremanuel Thank you for your work, I will likely add that to my game for the next playthrough as well. I was actually thinking about doing that the other day and downloaded the creation kit specifically to do it, then I opened that esp up in the CK and got the too many masters error, and got reminded of why I haven't bothered making mods yet: not only does the tool need me to learn it, but by default you can't just patch mods easily to learn to use it cause the thing just doesn't want you to load more than one master with your mod? A bit stupid imo.

Another question though:

 

In Gameplay - Vampires we have Serana Dialogue Add-On, which seems to say that it requires this: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/70782?tab=files which coincidentally has a patch for Improved Follower Dialogue - Lydia, which we happen to have in Sound - Characters.

Because of this, I was looking into what we have as companions and what's in Sound - Characters, and it seems we're missing a few similar patches for companion combination with Aela? Like, we have FDE Aela, FDE Brelyna, FDE Brelyna + Lucien, FDE Mjoll and FDE Mjoll + Remiel, but not the FDE Aela patches for Inigo, Lucien and Remiel, is there a specific reason for this?

I havn't really worked on the Vampires yet. So when it comes to patches and placements its all undecided yet.

Thanks for the update on Zaz @Kusoneko, sounds like the added items are working at least.  It's my understanding that SLP+ 2.0 breaks animations from all versions of Zaz.  If you find differently, please post.

 

Regarding Orla's SoD quest items in Jorrvaskr, I'm surprised they're missing.  I thought that JK's Jorrvaskr was still the only mod affecting that interior, meaning that Orla's lockbox should still be under that bed - oh well.  I hate to impose, but thanks to @hardcoremanuel  (seriously), maybe he can find it.

 

None of this is really important to the larger build, so I'd also like to thank @Aylis, once again!

Quick question, so far, I've not experienced any vital crash, but it seems like there is something wrong with Werewolf/beast form as the model of the werewolf seems to be invisible. It's kinda weird because there's no crashed or error, just invisible werewolf (Interestingly enough, it only happened to werewolf/beast form, not a vampire lord)

Orla's Chest is accessible with Jk's Jorrvaskr.

 

Elisif's Chest was not accessible with Jk's Blue Palace.

I currently have 2 bugs (that I know of) and hope that someone can point me in the right direction on how to fix them:

Firstly my PC sometimes randomly gets in the animation where her hands seem bound behind her and I am unable to take any action besides walking. This stays for a second or two and then she returns to the normal state. What could cause this and how do I fix this?

 

Second the guards in Margarth have their lower legs invisible. What could cause this and how do I fix this?

 

Please advise :D

It's kinda weird because there's no crashed or error, just invisible werewolf (Interestingly enough, it only happened to werewolf/beast form, not a vampire lord)

Invisible Werewolf is usually caused by missing textures. Had the same issue with Aela in the underforge (Not with the new modlist though). I used more informative console to check where the game was looking for the textures, and copied them there - issue fixed.

Currently working through the guide and noticed this:

 

Under World - Physics for the mod Animated Ivy the installation instructions don't match the FOMOD installer for the linked mod. Maybe they were for an older version of this mod?

@Aylis Alright, thanks.

 

@Temphyx Yes, I'm aware of that, however there is the SLSB conversion patch thing from SLP+ which has an option for ZAZ animations, which claims to work with 7, 8 and 8+, which I ticked. In the exact same category, it has an option for Devious Devices NG, which I installed for a quick test and the animations for that work just fine. As a result, I kinda think it *should* work, unless I misunderstand how the SLSB conversion patch for that category is supposed to work.

 

@hardcoremanuel I did not see Orla's chest when I was looking around in Aela's room, perhaps I'm just blind, but I didn't see it. As for Elisif's chest, I wasn't even aware there was one, I found the Adoration book literally lying around on a table in a room in the Blue Palace when I originally found the book. That might possibly be as a result of the Bashed Patch though. I'm not aware that SoD adds those things to leveled lists, but maybe it does, and if it does then that would explain why I found the book lying around.

 

@FulgrimPrince That sounds like a Bodyslide issue, I'm not sure which mod exactly provides their leg pieces, but they probably don't have their bodyslides generated. Either that or you're missing something else that that set is based on but not overwriting the bottom part. Not quite sure on this specifically.

 

@Arkerthan Yes, Aylis is aware of this, the list is a WIP being regularly updated, at the moment they're working on specifically adding mods to each category and making the game stable with them. Afterwards, the instructions for FOMODs and basically everything else will probably be looked at and updated. The current instructions are from the old version of the list, so some might not be accurate, still there at all and some might not have instructions at all despite perhaps needing some.

From looking at SoD in xedit the only thing added to the Blue Palace is "Elisif's Keepsake Box". However the Adoration book is added to:

the Bard's College, the College of Winterhold Arcanaeum, and the Blackbriar Manor

would you mind explain to me how to do it in detail? I would like to try this method. For example, where to find the model/texture required or where should I copy it to. (P.S. It doesn't only happen to Aela, but also werewolf in general)

Ok, I got my werewolf back, apparently I forgot to install Monster Facial Animation (MFA) main file. It seems like I only install the Werebeasts only file that was linked to only. (Maybe the author could separate the link into Monster Facial Animation (MFA) and MFA Vanilla SE - Werebeasts only by making them 2 separate link under the PC section?)
