Hi, I'm back again. for another CS Re-Run.

again on NEXT GEN playthrough (yup this is a 2nd run), due to my stupidity after learning "way too late" about previs-precombine (yup, killing my frame rate) BUT I still wanted to have Commonwealth Slavers as the background story. So I restart, a new save game, all over again.

However I messed up something big (I didn't remember the load order or mods I used previously with CS), Here we go :
1. JARED FACE TURNS WHITE.

If you know how what mod or what caused this please help. 

If you know FO4Edit, please direct me which materials or texture folders it points to. 

2. new AAF 1.71-0 beta
Apparently after the "transaction" I receive no caps after performing the service. I've reinstall CS, AAF, and everything, but maybe if you know why my PC is unable to receive caps (INV caps : 0)?

this is really getting my head screwed up for hours now.

"Jared face turns white,"
- this is my 2nd run in nextgen. The first one complete. Nothing like this.
- if I uninstall the commonwealth slavers, face back to vanilla jared. But if I reinstall Commonwealth Slavers again, face turns white.
- I opened FO4Edit, fallout 4.esm, gas mask of the wasteland,... no other mod conflicted for DN024_LvlRaiderBoss (Jared).
- About texture, there is no head texture in EVB male nude. Only textures for bodies. 
- material files, Currently looking into it, but I have no idea where Jared's head texture /face texture points to what folder - files. (perhaps still in vanilla fallout BA2.

UPDATE:
I cannot accurately pinpoint the problem, because I found at least 3 combination of mods (CS, GMOTW, EVB vers) that could have done this. I believe it's a new game feature on next gen or something else.
I finished CS Slaver using next gen previously and nothing sort of these came up. Then I have to redo all over again, because I learn about previs precombine, therefore I decided to redo the game from the beginning (CS is my choice of beginning). Then I use PRP and every engine boost I can find on nexus to make my FPS relatively playable in downtown boston. Maybe I pushed the game too hard running all the boosts, maybe memory problem... who knows. 

And why it only affects Jared (DN024_LvlRaiderBoss)?  even bigger problem. Maybe there are NPC that changes like these as well.

This was a fantastic mod.  An incredibly fun and engaging story!  Well paced and very rewarding to play through!  Thank you for sharing this!

Played this mod through for my 4th time in total and first time on next gen.

I can confirm the same bugs on quests the bomb and the scientist that bnub345 reported.

With in rare cases my character disappearing during some AFF animations. Like once with Ivana during The Porn Studio quest.

Been playing with x-cell and generated facegen data through VEFS .
With creating all faces, generate game faces: never and creation kit generated faces always for this mod.

Noticed that Murphy's hair always stretches across the world.
He went invisible when exiting vault 111 for the first time and during The Porn Studio quest

One slave in the cage fight also had the same hair bug.

Is it smooth sailing ?  did you encounter problems with dialogues and everything ? setstage quest much ?

Just sometimes subtitles not appearing on the screen. I played with voice files so that was not a problem.
I guess this is a problem with something else

I am working back on the mod with several nut adjustments. If anyone has any ideas let me know. I'm not talking about quests yet, but adjustments to the current quests.

 

 

  • It has occurred to me that working on Diamond City should be done with Devious Devices heels forcibly equipped, if installed. But I don't quite see if it is too restrictive. Dwayne would put it in when you report and take them out when you finish your round.🤔
  • A suggestion from a user I had written down some time ago. Working for a VIP should be optional, the player will be able to accept the job or turn it down for being too beat up, when the time comes. No consequences. The first time it will always be mandatory, but from the second time on it will be optional. 

 

Some fixes. 


Did you know that there is a whole set of greetings that Nora can do when she works in DC? But I never understood which condition was wrong (there are about a dozen). Today I caught the reason and now she can greet her potential clients.

I love the look of the complete Satisfactory Piercing set. Definitely a new soft compatibility and you'll be able to equip it via MCM (or Lindstrom will put it on naturally when he puts in the Lord Escobar piercing).

@Dontax would you mind giving me your mod list load order ? I was having lots of probs with the 1st one and worse on the 2nd run


@JB.this might not be related to C.S. But is GetDirty mod still working ? Shower doesn't do anything clean, Soap only gives "take" only.

Works fine in pre next gen. Doesn't work on the next gen? 😱

 Sunday love update for Commonwealth Slavers

Commonwealth Slavers 2.6.0 

 

 

  • Replaced the Correctional Facility's extractor chair to avoid conflict with other mods that could block it from being interactable. 
  • When you finish serving Whore House customers, Lindstrom will tell you that a VIP has arrived. You can either reject him or do the service (the first time is mandatory, but you can reject the next ones and there are no consequences). 
  • Added Satisfactory Facial Piercings to mods with softs compatibility: 

 

  1. Lindstrom will put "Satisfactory Facial Piercings" instead of my facial piercings, if you have it installed. 
  2. Jared will give you the septum piercing from “Satisfactory Facial Piercings” instead of mine, if you have it installed. 
  3. You can use the MCM, appearance section, to put these new piercings in yourself if you want.

Some adjustments and fixes for “The Hooker”:

 

  • If the random traveler on the bridge chooses you to fuck, he removes your KFT or DD gag, but it turns out he forgot to put it back on. 
  • When you start the walk from DC to the Whore House, Griste forgets to put handcuffs on you. 
  • When you work on the streets of Diamond City, the mod will put you in Gunner faction, in case you want to do the painting quest and Hardware Town is populated by Gunners instead of Raiders. 
  • When you start working in Diamond City, Nora has a lot of dialogs to greet potential customers, but a bad condition blocked them. 
  • When you report to start working in Diamond City, Dwayne will put you in Devious Devices heels, provided you have set the option for it in the MCM. Miscellaneous Section. These heels will be removed by Dwayne when you report to finish your round. This will affect the other slaves, who will also have these heels if you adjusted this option.

More Fixes and Tweaks

 

 

  • The purse you can make at the chemical station will have the same behavior as the Nuka Ride purses. You will get a compact mirror in the quick menu. 
  • Declan will no longer have sex in any random place that might look bad, but on the couch next to him.

  • Updated the description that FPE Classic is preferable. 
  • I was able to reproduce the jammed dialogue after I whipped Ivanna, and took the appropriate steps to secure the scene. ✔️
  • I was never able to get this fixed until today: If you escaped during “The Scaver”, you end up coming back with one less arm. Lindstrom should greet you with a “Wow, you look more... lighter. But you look like you learned a valuable lesson,” alluding to the amputation. Because of a mistake in the conditions he would just say “Welcome! How was it outside? Go to sleep, I'm sure you're tired.” 
  • From now on, Lindstrom won't give you repeatable quests until you have done all the quests first (currently the last one is “The Bomb”). This is because some players kept playing repeatable quests to unlock the ending, and ran into characters they never met, because they didn't play the new quests. 
  • Added Dontax facegen files, for New Gen users who are using XCell. 
  • Added Dancing pole for Red Seat (for Diamond City Expansion) as a recommended mod. A different way to make caps in Diamond City. Friendly reminder that Diamond City Expansion should have higher priority than Slavers, so you don't suffer from graphical glitches. 

 

Commonwealth Slavers - Voices 1.04

  • I redid all the laughs of the Junkie character and now it sounds definitely more natural. Hehehehe... Ahhhh!  😜
  • I found that I can easily detect which dialogs are missing voices using “Lazy Voice Finder”. In total 56 lines of dialogue were missing for different characters. Lindstrom, Dwayne, Declan, Jared, Murphy, Gunners from "The Scientist", etc. I did voices for all of them!👌 But this tool is only useful to detect unique characters. Raiders, Gunners (generic characters sharing the same voice actor/actress) is still more elusive and complicated. 
  • Added voices for the few new lines. 
  • Added new voices when you accept a raider who grabs you from behind. (The "Hell yeah, bitch" now have another 6 randoms lines).

Yeah, no prob. I updated only the quests I played yesterday. The Hooker mainly.  These days I want to play the others and see what else I can implement. Replacing the stranglin pole with the impale pole is definitely a great choice.

See, that's an atypical bug where the slaves follow Gristle even after finishing “The Hooker”. To fix it, disable Real Handcuffs in the MCM. Then click on the slaves and type “Resurrect”. 
I think that's the source of your bug. That those slaves are intruding in the scene.

Awesome Mod btw, went through the whole thing and it was great. What i do wish is something Devious Boston Helper whereby you have a dominant follower had the same level of intensity of the early missions of Commonwealth slavers kinda like a mobile version you can experience while completing vanilla quests. That would be the golden goose for me.
