 Yeah, I figured as much as it's the main tool, but the mod creator of Submit is alot more friendly and helpfull so I decided to ask here. :) Still no idea how to check the safety check to be sure?

Each time my character get tied, she ends laid down in the ground. Tested clean saves, fnis run, several versions, and even new game, it always happens since version from 11 JAN. No problem with previous versions.

about serana plugin, can she drink our blood as payment for sex

  • consensual or aggrisve
  • or use 3some to avoid getting your blood sucked but you will lose relationship points? 

like some mini-game where we get weak when our blood go lower and lower so we cant abuse the mod with high speech

I have  a few questions about what's supposed to happen when you are tied up.

 

My character (and follower) lies on the floor - Seems fine to me, above discussions suggests she's meant to be kneeling? Not an issue for me, just wondering on the desgin intent.

 

My big 'problem' though, is once submitted n tied up. There's this % chance in the top left corner, and my character  is ALWAYS under observation and still in combat. - Are NPC's meant to walk away at  certain point? I have many mods, including once for steath so enemies search longer, is this a conflict of sorts?

Secondly, I can NEVER escape, my character jsut stays bound untill I reload, this is with MCM menu  set to LOWEST/novice difficulty and none hardcore. Longest I've left it is 10 minutes.

 

I'm basically wondering if all this is normal, or if my 240+ load order is causing misbehaviour?

You need to hit the surrender key to try to escape.

Depends if you have zzz animation pack. if you use it then you get the hog tied animation on the floor, if not you get the kneeling tied up one. Though it might be tied to hardcore escape as well not honestly sure as I always use hardcore.

 

Once you are tied up you have to hit the hotkey I forget what it is by default I changed mine to the delete key. Every time you hit the key you have a chance to escape based on your skill in lockpick.

 

As for NPC's it depends they are meant to go back to their normal AI pattern. But if they normally hang around right where you are then they will often hover near you.

 

240+ mods is likely part of the problem. Anything that can cause script lag will effect any mod that uses scripts to work and Submit uses scripts.

 

So if you are hitting the submit hotkey, you should see a message about you trying to escape, you rolled x and your chance is y. Then a message about possible being noticed trying to escape. If you are not seeing these messages, both of them when you hit the hot key then my guess is script lag is the cause.

i have a small problem. not sure if its a conflict or bug but..

everytime my character tried to surrender or attack someone during combat it just says in the top right corner of the screen "you are still in combat". can anyone help?

Best bet is to post a zipped copy of your Papyrus log in a forum post so Dkatryl or another user can take a look at it and possible spot where the issue is.

HAH! A submit key. A play on a controller, damn it. I really cant get into all these Sexlab mods, my controller has no spare buttons. And I play on a couch miles from my actual PC/keyboard.

 

I don't suppose there's a mod or plugin that "hijacks" the 360 control map, so I can keybind keys to it for Sexlab controls, but returns to normal afterwards is there? Would that even be possible, anyone know?

I've noticed a bug while using Submit, it could be a conflict with another mod i have since i have so many. When set to use a grapple attack, not the shout, and using it on a npc it sometimes changes my speedmult. After using it I move slower or much faster. I have checked before and after and player.getav speedmult shows a change. It should be around 106~ and sometimes it goes up to 200+ sometimes less than 80. When set to use the shout attack instead there is no change to speedmult.

 

I have tried sneaking submit attack, making sure i wasn't set to walk (caps lock by default), standing, and it still happens. I'm not sure if it's 100% of the time i haven't tested it in all scenarios, but it happens sometimes.

Not that I am aware of but if you can find some mods for 360 controllers you might find some mods that let you hold one button and press another to add more possible button combo's. Your best bet for something like that is likely the Steam workshop or nexus.

Not sure if this has already been resolved, but I ran into the bug where the submit button doesn't let you break out of bonds, and I think it may have been caused by me being in sneak mode when I was defeated.  I suspect the mod might think I'm still in sneak mode and be trying to ambush someone who isn't there.

Not sure if this is an actual bug or I'm just misinterpreting what's meant to happen.

 

Upon asking people to untie me post-capture, if I fail the first persuasion roll the probability on the second seems to be backwards - for instance the message "10.027000% success chance, 14.000000% rolled.  Your rescuer has taken mercy on you!"

 

Should this not be the other way around, i.e. only free me if the roll is under the success chance?

i need some help, when my char is beat, raped, then tied, it says your hands have been bound, then it says you are still in combat. So when im on the ground bound the ai still attack me.

Anyone know why?

The very first time in my current game that my player submitted, everything worked as expected.  She got raped a couple of times, but was able to escape her bindings.  (By the way, is one press of the hotkey sufficient to attempt escape, or do you have to keep mashing it?).

 

The next time, however, I got the "still in combat" message, and no amount of hotkey mashing enables escape.  I made a save before the battle, and have reloaded and re-fought it 3 times now, and still can't escape.  On one retry my follower escaped and killed the draugr but my PC was still unable to escape.

As for the question about pushing the hotkey to escape. You don't keep mashing it but yes you do have to push it until you escape. How it works is this. You push it and it makes a check to see if you escape, if you fail it makes a check to see if the NPC's noticed your failed attempt. After then assuming you failed you push the button again and keep doing this until either

1) You get free

2) You get spotted and are treated to another turn by your captors.

 

If 2 happens then you start all over.

 

As for the part about still in combat I will let someone a lot better than i at read papyrus logs try and help. Since I have not ran into that bug for some time not for a couple versions of Submit anyways.

So do I only need to press it once between each "x% chance to be noticed, you rolled =y%" message?  Thanks.

 

You push it once and it won't do any good to push it again until you see that. Once you see the message you posted above then you can push it again and try to escape again.

Thanks, that will save my keyboard some wear and tear :)

 

In my 4th try with my saved game, my PC was raped 5 times by the draugr (once originally, then 4 more after "noticing" escape attempts).  I'm still getting the "stiil in combat" message, and after the 3rd rape my follower started attacking the draugr when she should have been bound.  She eventually killed him, and my PC worked her way from 0% to be noticed all the way up to 100% to be noticed, then two dozen more 100% messages, with me hitting the hotkey between each message, but she was never able to escape.

The Framework has a safety check for that.  Submit is mostly a manually activated mod so some random NPC doesn't do anything with this mod.  You're probably using some other sexlab mod and you're using a killable children mod or some other mod that removes the child flag.

Yeah, I figured as much as it's the main tool, but the mod creator of Submit is alot more friendly and helpfull so I decided to ask here. :) Still no idea how to check the safety check to be sure?

If you mean the Alpha version, Ashal said he is doing some series rewrite of some parts of it that might cause some mods to not work or parts of some mods to not work.
