It looks like this mod is not getting updated anymore so I updated it myself should work on the latest version of stellaris.

It still overwrites some vanilla files but its alot less than before. Also fixed broken events, traits etc.

Think you messed up the file path in the descriptor though. I'll see if I can fix it on my end
Seems like you had your own pc's profile set in the descriptor for the as the filepath and when I manually set it to my own user it loaded fine. Not sure if its supposed to be auto or something but setting my own user as the filepath fixed it for me

Thank you so much. Does your update work with Lustful Void / Need the compatibility patches? What about the vassal patch?

I didin't use the compatibility patches since I don't use those mods so there most likely broken.

I love the mod but unfortunately it makes my game crash when I am loading a save.

 

But I can reproduce the crash.

It only happens when I or an AI is an Lupanarius subject and the save is loaded.

The game crashes when the loading bar is at the step (loading map graphics).

Just for clarification it does not crash while playing.

 

As long as there is no Lupanarius subject the save-game can be loaded without the game crashing.

 

I tried to modify or replace some of the dds files connected to the subject type but it didn`t change anything.

 

I know a little about coding but this leaves me clueless.

Not even sure if anyone can help me with this.

Edit your savefile (It's a zip file, so just rename it to whatever.zip, extract the gamedata file from it, open it in a text editor)

Find any lines with:

 

                        key=                      value=subject_loyalty_lupanarius_effects                    }

Replace them with
 
                        key=subject_loyalty_lupanarius                      value=subject_loyalty_lupanarius_effects                    }
 
Save the file, write it back into the zip file, rename it back to a .sav file
 
Run your game. 
 
Should work until your next save.
 
There's some issue with the mod where the key is not being written correctly.

Somehow I never got this crash, It looks like I forgot to add subject_loyalty_lupanarius to the 00_agreements_terms.

Should be fixed now.

I can confirm that the updated version does not work with Lustful Void. The game itself runs fine but for some reason the traits are all busted. None of the randomly generated species spawn with LV traits and you can't remove any traits even with Genetic Resequencing unlocked. Still trying to figure out why.

I fixed it by deleting some files that seemed redundant to me, though I can't really tell which one was the actual culprit or where exactly something went wrong, so you might want to look into that.

I had no issues running it with LV, though you do need to rewrite the .mod file in order to get it to appear in the launcher correctly.

I just looked at the files and there seems to be minimal conflict so it should work.
I plan on releasing a version thats more compatible with lustful void but it will take some time because I don't use lustful void

Just curious, Would it be possible to make it so if one of these ladies was the leader, that you could put throw other characters behind her? Picture an animated portrait that contains 3 people, the other two being in the back and off to the side.

What exactly am I supposed to do with the escaped gene slaves after researching the techs gene tailoring and glandular acclimation? I'm using LV so that might be why nothing happens after that? Do I just keep it going and wait for something to happen or do I gotta do something more to get the event to trigger?

Is there any other way to become a Lupanarius subject? When I submit to become someone's vassal, I don't have the option to change what type I am
