astor Posted Sunday at 09:18 PM Posted Sunday at 09:18 PM I'm not sure which SGO i should be using anymore. I've got SGO Beta 8, as well as this 1.11.1 version of this mod. The drop down shows there's a 1.12 Experimental Merger and something called: TNTR 0.74 SGO4IF Patch. Can someone, anyone, help me sort this out?
Yahron Posted Tuesday at 04:20 AM Posted Tuesday at 04:20 AM (edited) I was having a few issues, and after a lot of troubleshooting here's what I found: The issues: 1. Bodymorph slider labels were showing up blank in MCM. 2. The default values would only load one line item/entry per slider category (e.g. one milk slider, one belly slider, one weight slider) 3. Morphs were not working at all, whether from the default config or the custom one that gets generated. The quick and dirty fix (if you're using 3BA): For anyone who wants a quick fix I've attached my Custom.json. It has a few settings tweaked that you may want to change, but it should get your sliders working as a baseline. Just place it at <YourMO2Instance>\overwrite\configs\SGO4\settings\Custom.json or <Game Folder>/Data/configs/SGO4/settings/Custom.json, however you'd prefer to manage that. The deeper fix: With the game closed, delete your Custom.json (make a backup first if you'd like) located at <YourMO2Instance>\overwrite\configs\SGO4\settings\Custom.json Navigate to <SGO4 IF Mod Folder>\configs\SGO4\settings\Default.json Edit that file and replace all instances of "Name" with "name" at each slider entry. Save and close that file. Launch the game, see if it's working. If not, try tweaking a setting or two in the MCM to force the Custom.json to generate, then re-launch the game again. Should be good to go. One final note is to make sure you don't have the old beta 8 version of SGO4 installed if you're using v1.12. It's listed after the link on the requirements, I had just missed that part due to its placement. This was all done on v1.12 Experimental Merge, with the v1.12 Experimental Merge hotfix 1 and the TNTR patch loading after. Skyrim AE 1.6.1170 Also, I saw a message in here recommending to disable the EngineFixes memory manager and scaleform allocator, which I would recommend against. If you have a big mod list that is very likely to cause more issues than it solves because Skyrim's base memory management is not great. Appreciate all the work you've put into this mod, and I really like the direction you've taken it (I used to consider SGO4 to be almost unusable) Custom.json Edited yesterday at 02:53 AM by Yahron 1

Make sure you load the hotfix after the base mod. The TNTR patch is if you're using TNTR from Nexus: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/107836?tab=description My post above might help if you're having issues with bodymorphs not working for 3BA. 2

I did get it working in the end though after finding a few mods inparticular fsmp and ussep needed updating, which then broke skyrim to the point that i had to purge vortex and start fresh in a new mod profile to slowly rebuild a working mod list, can't say for sure but im thinking it may have been the above plus a bad interaction with either bimbos of skyrim, MME, BAC or devious curses, as it is now working without them. TLDR fixed it after full mod list rebuild. 2
astor Posted yesterday at 03:02 PM Posted yesterday at 03:02 PM I'm not seeing the option to insert gems into PC or NPC.
