but looking at the file "5_InsertOutputs.json" i dont see how the code identifies the gem thats inserted, i only see the id it chooses as an output 

(the output id is in "Gems" and its been edited to be the full version of the lesser gem, it was originally the empty lesser)

Insert outputs are hard coded. Only accepts empty gems.

What you can do is change petty - lesser to petty - filledpetty, 

but you can't make filletpetty - lesser stage.
