Many of the tattoos don't appear to properly take color/glow into account and/or are hard to see when doing so. Anything I can do to fix that or is it just how they're setup?

Is there any specific ones having issues? nearly all of them are using color #444544 that slavetats recommends to use for tattoos.

An example is "Knows what she wants" in back, middle. Here's what it looks like with white text and white glow, compared to another tattoo with same settings:

 

It honestly looks even more difficult to read in-game. Light pink as color and glow is even worse ?

Can barely even tell something is there, (This is Sleeping dragons charm ad)

Most likely its either an issue with the fonts or that the mods use different base colors. I've used the same process with all the tattoos I've made so I don't know why some glow more or less than others.

 

Put up another question in the poll! Sorry, progress has been really slow with the mod. Between college, projects, finals, and certifications being due/approaching have really been taking up most of my time. So I haven't really managed to work on the mod at all the past few weeks, and with Thanksgiving approaching it might be longer still before I can put out an update. I'm still going to work on the mod, but I'm just juggling a lot of things right now.

So I reinstalled Skyrim again, but forgot to backup the tattoos I had already made.

So the update may not come as quickly or be as big as I previously stated, because I have to restart from scratch.

I'll work on putting out some more for the breasts. It's a bit difficult to get the tattoos to look alright since so many people have different bodysliders for their PC's breasts. I had a few more for the breasts but when I lost my skyrim (always backup your work guys) I couldn't remember them all.

If you're looking for something specific, share it here and I'll try to add it to the next update.

You're a beast, thanks! Some of the tattoo areas I feel are under represented still are hand ones, arm ones, and flank ones. There's tons for the areas around them, but they will often over lap with each other without actually hitting some of the spaces between. Is it *really* a bondage slut if she isn't inked head to toe

Yeah, I tend to agree. The problem I have is my tattoos tend to be wordy, and those places tend to be limited to 1 or 2 words in order to be legible. Writing "Slut" on every appendage just isn't very fun for me. Runes are okay, but they tend to take a while to line up properly.

In the [Overlays/Body] section, change the iNumOverlays number to however high you want it to be. I've set it to 48 and never ran into any problems.

Did you click the add/remove tattoos button in the MCM? Slavetats SE doesn't automatically add tattoos to cut down on scripts.
Also v1.7 doesn't have the json file in it by default because it had typos, so if you're using 1.7 make sure you use the bugfix, or just use v1.8 instead since it has more content.

Nice a bunch of new tats. You've got the most tats of any tattoo mod that I've seen. It's getting hard to put them all together. Could you make Whole Body Tattoos (just a bunch of your tats in one whole body one) that use themes. I can see at least four themes that have tats in a lot of the spots. A "Husband Theme", "Public/Free Use Theme", "Don't Fuck Theme", and a "DragonBorn Theme". The tattoos included would only need to make sense in accordance to the theme not necessarily reference the theme directly. Like the Husband Theme can have tats that don't mention husbands as long as they make sense in the other men using wife way. The Don't Fuck Theme could have(if needed and only on back where she couldn't see) rape based tats(or those 'display only' ones). I just would like the main(biggest) tats to be about the theme and the others make sense regarding the theme. You don't need tats in every spot to make a whole body tat, just about 1/2 the spots(more is always better as long as they don't ruin the theme).
