Some additional locations that almost no packs use (or if they do, the pack or individual tattoo isn't exactly the best):

The area of thighs right above the knee, and below the middle of the thighs.

Pretty much the entire leg below the kneecap.

The area of the oblique right below the bottom of the breasts, kind of just below where you put the sideboob tats, but on the side.

The shoulder, as in on top of it, and on the back JUST below the neck where it's in line with the shoulders.

The very middle of the back, right below the bottom of the breasts, but above with the hips start. Kind of at the same height as the oblique suggestion.

Verner's Scrawls, Bistro's pack, and Body Graffiti could be other packs worth adding to misc. areas if you run out of ideas.

Yeah, there's a few more spots I can definitely use. The biggest problem in some areas is just how badly anything there is stretched.

Definitely want to do some below the kneecap tats but need to think of some good ones or get some suggestions.

Also have a new version with a few extra tats and some adjustments to 1 or 2 others to make them less distorted.

I made it using SE, but I don't know how or if they need to be converted for LE. I haven't played LE in 5 years at least.

As is these are not compatible with LE (LE can't use BC7 dds files). They will need to be converted to BC3 to work with LE. I already did this so i could use them on LE. If you don't mind i can share these here.

Sure no problem. If you're interested i wrote a batch file to automate the conversion using nvidia texture tools that i can send you to make this faster.

I tried making a tattoo for the first time taking some inspiration from your mod. but i cannot for the life of me figure it out. I used GIMP and followed the directions on the main slavetats page, any idea what could be wrong? my file with the one tattoo i tried making is below

To get the to show up properly I open a copy of the female_body1.dds, use GIMP to add another layer to figure out where the tattoo is gonna be placed, then create a new image with the same resolution as the body I use (4096x4096). When I copy it over it will look something like this the attached picture. So that way slave tats knows where the overlay will go on the character.

How do you choose the specific resolution in gimp? I was wondering this because I noticed all of my tats are coming out around 8k resolution when my body is 4k.

Also, how can i get around starting to fix the UV distortion with blender? This was something I saw on the slavetats page in LE. Im sure I have the appropriate packs downloaded and everything, but I keep getting a error stating that a BSTrishape is an unknown block type.

I haven't figured out how to fix UV distortion on modern bodies (3BA or BHUNP), eventually I just gave up and accepted that there would always be some slight distortion to the textures. Especially in areas that bodysliders change around a lot like boobs, ass, and thighs.

When creating a new file in gimp a window will be brought up and you will be able to enter the height and width (you may need to untick "maintain aspect ratio")

cool i will try to look for that. do you know how to make tattoos appear on the butt? because the skin or whatever its technical term is splits in half there, Im not not sure how it would appear harmoniously on the body portion and leg portion

Are you using the SE or the LE version? I didn't get to test the LE version.

No worries. It was just me being stupid and using the SE for LE. Anyway, great tattoos. I really like the advertisement tattoos and really would like more of them. Making the Dragonborn into a walking billboard, lol. I like the others too. Great job.
