Each Skyrim section has a topic for people looking for mods ranging from adult to non adult orientated mods where they can ask such questions and get responses. It helps reduce the clutter I personally use and like Tamriel Reloaded.

Basically it's CT77's armor replacer converted to UUNP and has better HDT placements then another full replacer on nexus which name I forgot.

EDIT: sadly after downloading and exploring the above mentioned Newmiller mod, it does not contain said belt either. at least i haven't been able to find it. it has circlets, and necklaces but no belts. so it appears there are 2 mods showing the same item from yet a different mod.
