thanks for the resources. what i have in mind actually is one or more custom race builds...i just don't know how to go about doing that.

 

think minotaur or the lord of darkness from the movie legend or something along those lines.

Well I wasn't looking for generic followers. The mod offers your own forts, people, and ability to hire soldiers and assign them to captains. Captain A and B can follow you and the soldiers will follow their respected captain. There was even an enemy fort to attack not too far from one of the forts.

There may be a few mods here and there which roughly approximate that outfit but I don't recall all of them off-hand at this exact frame of time. 

A number of hoodies in the Kankaraya shop bear a strong resemblance to it while the Alfheim Robes bear vague enough likeness to merely fit the same style of clothing but not enough to share a tailor or even a 'design house style'.

I know that have many mods that change in third P, and using imersion 1p just dont its good to play.

If have one that keep it vanilla but with the hands with diferent animations, and that have diferents animations lightning to fire and ice?

You may try to use bUseThirdPersonArms=1 within the data\skse\plugins\SKSE_EnhancedCamera.ini. The plugin then trys to put 3rd person arms at a first person body and the arm anims for 3rd person should be used.
