The beard is just a good HD retext of a vanilla bear, probably from Beards. Both are on the Nexus. Easy to goggle search the names.

So, be patient, she a mum of a little boy, has little free time, but her meshes/textures are simple great! Best stuff you can get for CNHF barbarian body! Use it for my Ronzo hyrid too.

Head mesh is custom, and i think he uses pure skin, but custom too, at least at face, or custom face tint mask.

Well i for one spent a couple hours trying to reproduce it to no avail , the textures are the same i guess but there are just not enough sliders to make the char look adult. I wonder how they did it! This is the closest i've gotten , still looks 100% like a child
